"Щастлива съм" е книга с упражнения, която смело мога да кажа, че може да бъде полезна, както за мъже, така и за жени. Съдържанието на цветното бижу, е разделено на три части, наименовани : "Да разбираме щастието", "Кажете "Да" на щастието" и "Инвестирайте в щастието си". Към всяка една глава, има прикрепени упражения, които ни насърчават, как да бъдем позитивно настроени в забързаното ежедневие, крадящо удовлетворението ни от деня. Напомня ни, как да бъдем свой модератор и да не забравяме, че всяка малка победа е част от пътя към крайната цел.🥰

Anna Napawan’s Happiness Workbook: a CTB based guide to fostering positivity, and embracing joy, receives four stars for me. I feel the book has more potential than what I did with it at this current moment, so in the future, I may change it to five stars.

I decided to do this book because I recognized that I wasn’t a very happy person. Not that I am having depression, but simply that I wasn’t happy I didn’t control negative thoughts that sort of thing. I bought this book with the hope that I could learn more about what happiness is, and how I could go about becoming a more happy person. I think the author does a good job of directing the reader through exercises and points to ponder on defining happiness, understanding what happiness is, and then how to go about developing a set of skills to which one could embrace happiness skills with which one could endure difficult times, and come out in a more positive way.

I went through the book rather quickly, because I wanted to get a Lee of the land. I feel that I need to go back and redo the book, taking my time on each of the chapters, practicing the different skills, finding points in my day where I need to use those skills.

I think some thing that I would like to see may be done by this author or by another is a daily workbook with one exercise that one does a day so that you can focus on that one thing. I’m sure it’s out there.

Recommended: yes, if you’re a person who is concerned about negative thoughts, or intrusive thoughts, this book could be very helpful to you.

If you are feeling a bit blue and need a pick-me-up, please don't let my rating discourage you. I think this book is great when you just a little lift, but as someone having a rough week with her chronic pain, this just wasn't helpful. It wasn't bad, but it's nothing I hadn't heard before and I needed a little more than this book has to offer.
