Love this cute little reminder for kids to be present! Being present is something even adults have to work on, so what a cool experience to try and teach children at a young age about it. All of Marsico's Mindful books mention yoga and meditation... Not sure that's needed. But I think her topics are unique and her language is simple--easily understood by little kids.

This is a great book that introduces kids to being present. It's rated for kindergartners and even has a glossary. It's part of a series called My Mindful Day, and I intend to check them ALL out from the library.

This is an "enjoy the moment" type of book for kids. The illustrations are not the cartoons you see on the cover but rather stock photos that depict familiar sights and events in a young kid's life.
