This book deserved every bit of five stars. Alan not only covered a lot of ground but he also made it enjoy enjoyable which is very tough to do. After reading this book it gives me the confidence to go out and give my best effort. Thank you Alan and your team for sharing all of this valuable information.
This book is really good. It teaches you about real estate, while being very comical. This book make real estate a lot more interesting and fun. I read it because Alan Corey is my dad's friend, but it still taught me a lot about real estate and I understand it now, as a 12 year old kid who knew nothing about it.
Good book that discusses how to use real estate to reach financial independence to allow yourself to retire early (if that is what you want). Breaks down concepts into easy to understand language in a casual way that is entertaining and informative.
Actionable steps that are relatable and easy to digest to get you to fat FIRE fast. Great for a beginner into real estate as well as for investors with less than 10 units.
Easy to read with some laughs. Gives great high level advice for new real estate investors. A great primer as we get closer to making our first RE investment.
Alan Corey, thank you, thank you for sharing your wisdom and knowledge with the world. The world will never be the same again with this piece of advice.
I really enjoyed this book. Alan has so much experience with this, and makes it accessible. I found the humor a little distracting at times, but overall really got inspired by this book.
I lost momentum half way through. I did finally finish it but ai have read other books that were more interesting about FIRE. I may relisten to some parts later.
