Beautiful Surrender
Have you ever wanted something so bad it defined your existence?

Never have I read a book (apart from the Bible) that models the love relationship between God (the bridegroom) & man (the bride) so clearly. It is a story of forgiveness, redemption, hope, faith and love. It uses Bible scriptures & God-conversations to open the readers’ eyes to valuable spiritual lessons. It is creatively written in such a way that you can almost see the characters coming to life and one way or another, whether single or married, we all can relate with their struggles and triumphs. It will make you laugh but be warned, could also bring tears to your eyes 😭😁

To be honest, it’s great that I’m at loss for words! I mean, what amount of words will be able to do justice to this riveting piece?!
Jesus truly is the author of Creativity. It’s evident and beautiful and how these characters reflect your yielding to the Holy Spirit.
Beautiful Wings was Great, to say the least. Now, this? Beautiful Surrender? I’d say God perfected the Beauty and purpose of the story through this Sequel💖.

This is a faith based book like no other. Every situation, every character, every moment points to Christ. If you thought romance in Christianity is dead, think again. Love, friendship, betrayal, relationships, and so much more. This book covered it all, with ample amount of suspense to keep your eyes glued. It’s definitely work your read. Make sure to read Beautiful Wings first to understand the whole context.

This book is so powerful! Written in an easy to read style yet conveys the message of God's heart for us so powerfully.
The author was able to capture the various emotions people go through when they are in a waiting process. Through Nimi's story in the book, the reader understands that God is particularly interested in the state of our heart over the things we do or have! For someone who has struggled with the concept of surrendering to God on a daily basis, Nimi's story reminds me that the pathway to what I am waiting on God for, is to surrender to His process and timing!
Lara's story reminds me that God can restore even the most broken and messed up life!
The author made the book very relatable to various life situations and circumstances
This book was so interesting to read, I could not drop it until I finished it! By the time I was done, I was filled with a fresh perspective of God's goodness and faithfulness!
This book and its prequel; Beautiful wings is worth reading!

It was as if you wrote this book for me because it explains and reflects what I'm currently dealing with in this season and it has to do with the process and the act of 'surrendering'.
I saw myself in many of these characters, especially in Nimi and Lara. This book also opened my eyes to some solutions to my inner problems.
I'm really glad you wrote this book, and I'm even more glad to find a spirit-filled fiction Novel which is rare to find these days.

Beautiful Wings was gooood. But, Beautiful Surrender is way better. Holy spirit literally thought: how can I add more seasoning to this already sweet soup? Then, He inspired Itunu to write Beautiful Surrender.
Beautiful Wings showed me obedience, salvation, Godly love. Beautiful Surrender showed me the stage two of it all. I saw how the characters have grown spiritually, and what they were able to make out of their growth in the midst of trials and temptations.

Oh my goodness gracious! I waited for this book like you wait for a ray of sunlight in a cloudy day. Got it and couldn’t speed read, kept binging on it little by little because I needed to savor every part of it.
A fictional story yet filled with the power of the Holy Spirit powerful enough to bring and align our hearts to Hod.

Beautiful Surrender is the equally beautiful follow-up to Beautiful Wings.
It was an absolutely wonderful read, and I loved how it took me along as we engaged with the characters we fell in love with in Book 1: Dapo, Lára, Nimi and all the others; the introduction of new characters, and even the resurgence of the annoying characters that we 'love to hate'. In my estimation, the even greater antagonists to our main characters were more internal than external.
I read this while facing a similar waiting period and so I could really relate to Nimi's impatience and discontent. I had times I wanted to shake Lára too, but coming from her past, it was totally understandable.
I liked that this sequel did well to build on the previous book in a subtle but solid way and it didn't drag on unnecessarily.
All in all, this was a solid read and I'll probably need to read it again to really maximize the full impact.

Beautiful Surrender is the book for you. I am struggling to not call this book my favourite Christian fiction book of the year. The characters came alive and were more relatable in the sequel; I felt like I was doing life with them at some point. Again, my favourite couple remained Lara and Ikenna. There is just something about the way kenna calls Lara Asa'm that makes my insides melt. The sequel gives you a fuller and richer experience into the lives of the characters. You learn love, vulnerability, accountability, and so much more in marriage. The title is so apt for the story because of how the protagonists learnt to surrender. Beautiful Surrender is a book you can easily get addicted to. Be prepared to laugh and shed a few tears, but most of all, be prepared to experience love in its finest form.

God truly desires marriages to thrive, built on the firm foundation-Christ Jesus and anchored in His word.
It’s important for the husbands, wives to give themselves to the Holy Spirit and lean on godly counsel of the people/ community God has blessed them with.
The book practically shows how a husband should love his wife as Christ loves the Church-laying down His life for her.
Also, the need of renewal of our minds is very, very important in our walk with the Lord. It cannot be overemphasized.
It’s God’s desire for a husband and a wife to enjoy marriage and not just endure.
Again, I am holding back myself from saying too much.
Thank God for such stories and the practicality of them.

I love how this is the sequel to a happily ever after story (Beautiful wings). It shows life after the butterflies of newly weds. It shows how as believers we still struggle with stuff and that just makes us human. It showed the love of christ through the love of Dapo for Nimi especially and also IK for Lara. Another beautifully delivered piece. As usual many lessons to be learned i will definitely be rereading this soon along with the prequel.

If there’s one thing I have learnt from this book it’s that no one has our best interest at heart than our Heavenly Father and hence we out to trust and obey Him with the help of the Holy Spirit.

Beautiful Surrender was a truly moving read. I could feel God’s presence woven through every page, both in this story and Beautiful Wings

As a Christian young girl growing up and trying to gain balance and walking in God will for my life, this book gave me a great guide, reawaken me, corrected some mindset via the help of the Holyspirit and made me really stand my ground in walking this path with God. Nimi story was God anotherway of communicating to me. Intunu Taiwo God bless you for being a vessel.🤍

I'm just so glad they found each other and reunited, and I learned that my entire life should not be tied to finding relationships, but finding myself and improving myself in God. The sequel got more serious and I love love their happy ending!

Omgggggggg, when I thought Beautiful wings was beautiful, Beautiful surrender decided to blow my mind. (Yes, this is my excitement even after the third read🥰🥰)
Itunu Taiwo thank you for writing Beautiful surrender. Thank you for showing us that surrendering to God might seem hard but it is also beautiful. I first read this book when surrendering was so hard for me and God used Beautiful Surrender for me and HE hasn’t stop using it.

Entertaining, light hearted and most importantly edifying! Thats what this book is! If you’re looking for Christian fiction with clean romance, then you would love this book. Each of the characters were so relatable. Seeing how God continues to help them to navigate issues was a reminder that God is always interested in the littlest details of our life. Great work Ms Taiwo!
