I really enjoyed the first book in the firehouse 13 series. These are novella’s but I would love to see this as a full length.
Blaire’s trying to escape her past and ends up in Armstrong, a small town. There she meets a guy who will change everything.

This is a sweet small town romance between Blaire and Aiden. Sparks fly with their instant connection and strong chemistry. Their relationship grows quickly and I enjoyed watching them come together. It's a short ,feel good story and I hope to see more from this small town.

There was something between Blaire and Aiden the moment they first met and when they meet again things hot up! The connection and chemistry between them was believable and lovely to see, especially because of what Blaire had been through. Aiden never stood a chance after he met Blaire and it was lovely to see how open and honest he was about it all, he wasn't letting anything come between them, not her past and not his best friend. I hope to see more of them as this new series progresses.

I really enjoyed this book. Aiden and Blaire had an immediate attraction to each other when Blaire came to town. What Aiden didn't know was that she was his best friend's little sister and she had just escaped from an abusive relationship and was running. Aiden was sweet and a real hero to Blaire and she loved the attention that he gave her. I loved the excitement in the story dealing with her ex and if he would find her. This story was a great read and I can't wait to read more and find out about the other firehouse employees. I received a review copy of this story and am leaving a voluntary honest review.

This was my first book by this author, and it was a fantastic read, I could not put it down! The connection and chemistry between Aiden & Blaire was apparent from the start. The characters were believable, and the story was written beautifully.
Tempted By Fire is book #1 in the Firehouse 13 series, and what a phenomenal start! I look forward to reading more from this series, and catching up with all of the characters.

This is a very sweet, insta love short read.
Book starts with Blaire leaving a toxic relationship and going to live in a small town where her brother Jake lives. There she meets Aiden and sparks fly. For the first time in a long time she feels as herself again and comfortable enough to trust Aiden but her past comes back to haunt her. Will Aiden be able to keep her safe?
It's a short read but packed with emotions. It makes you feel the connection and friendships of a small town and I love small town stories. Definitely worth a read!

This is a good short read.
When things start to go horribly wrong in Blaire's relationship with Rich she leaves. Making a run for it she goes to a few towns over to be near her brother Jake. As she enters the small town she gets lost, Aiden comes to assist her. It's a nice short read with lots packed in. I love these small town romance stories. The characters are believable.

If you looking for a fast paced romance this is the book for you. Coming out of a difficult relationship Blair moves to a new town to have a fresh start. When she gets lost, it’s Aiden who gives her directions. Their connection is immediate even though neither understands it. When they meet again it’s fireworks, but Blaire doesn’t want to get into a relationship after everything that’s just happened to her. Aiden wasn’t looking for a distraction, but his best friend’s little sister is someone he can’t keep out of his mind. When the past threatens, can they all make it out alive?
This isn’t super heavy on the firefighter aspect. If you’re looking for an in depth knowledge of firefighting, there’s not a lot of details. If you’re just looking for a hot firefighter, here it is.

Such a fantastic story that had me totally hooked from the minute I started to the very end!
Blaire has had a tough time so ends up heading home but when what she is running from catches up with her she decides to go and live in the small town that her brother Jake calls home. What she doesn't except to happen is to bump into Aiden and immediately she can't get him off her mind......the feeling is definitely mutual!
If you love a small town romance that is scorching from the very first page you will love this!

I love reading books by C.N. Marie! They are always so romantic. Aiden and Blair's tale was no different. From the moment their eyes met on the side of the road, to the first touch at a New Years party, these 2 are destined to be together. The instalove is written to perfection, and the fact that Blair immediately knows that she can trust Aiden, even after all that Rich did to her, is beautiful.

This is a good start to the new "Firehouse 13" series. This stories is a stand alone read in a multi-author series centered around the firehouse. This one is a short and quick read about Blaire and Aiden. It is a small town romance with loads of chemistry between the characters. These two meet and sparks fly! She is his best friends little sister and has just escaped a bad relationship with an abusive guy. He is so sweet to her! I love how their story develops!

A real cute small town romance. When Blaire headed to see her brother I do not think she was expecting to fall in love. Blaire and Aiden have instant connection and their chemistry was so good. They have steam and I was throughly engaged in the story and felt C.N,. did a great job keeping me interested.

OH YES, BABY! I loved this story. What an amazing way to start a fantastic series.
It's never easy to open up and confess your best friend you fell for someone he cares a lot. This book is such a roller-coaster of emotions that you can easily feel part of this story.

Great fast entertaining read.
I really felt for all that Blaire has been through at the start of this book. She moves away to where her brother lives to get away from everything and meets Aiden. It’s insta romance from there, but it’s not all plain sailing at all!
This was a really enjoyable romantic read! Four stars!

Enjoyed reading how Blaire and Aiden met not knowing that he works with and is best friends with her brother Jake until it is too late for them to walk away. They fall for each other as soon as they meet when she comes into town after leaving an abusive relationship. Great story and characters.

This is the first book I've read by this Author. I like firefighter stories so that drew me in. It was a quick read, straight to the point, and exactly what I'd expect from a contemporary romance short story.

I am really loving these Firehouse 13 novella's. I am completely hooked on these firefighters. I loved everything about this book , it took me on an emotional rollercoaster. Another fantastic five star read in this universe.

Engaging! Absolutely loved Aiden and Blaire's story! I embraced these characters. This is a fast-paced romantic read. Well-written characters. Aiden the hunky, swoon-worthy firefighter. Blaire the kind-hearted, skittish (for good a good reason) heroine. Their sexual chemistry is undeniable. C.N packed their story full of sizzling sex scenes and left me wanting more. This is my first story by C.N. Marie, but not my last. This is an all-around, feel-good story.

Blaire has had a tough time and manages to flee from her relationship, and she runs to a small town to be nearer to her brother Jake. Wow what a good book to start a new series with. I really loved this book!!! It drew me in from first page till the last page, so well written. Can't wait to read more books in this series
