A brilliant book detailing a great process for ensuring accountability at work. In a world where too many people think they’ve received a promise to deliver a piece of work, and where too many people commit to a delivery without really thinking things through, this super-useful text provides a framework for asking for and receiving promises. Where many texts spend pages and pages skirting around the subject with filler, Carolyn’s book is succinct and packed with tonnes of useful, actionable advice. Highly recommended.

Great advice

Carolyn has written yet another awesome book. Reaffirms what I’ve always considered accountability to be but presented in a way that is applicable for most managers (and principles that transfer to parents, teachers, those in relationships, etc).

A model that works

I’ve read multiple books on accountability and this one I feel is a simple and comprehensive model to follow.

Others have said it before me and I’ll say it again anyway.

Why did I not work this out before? I wish I had read and learnt about this model before

We’ll now I have and so can you
