About the author

Lisa Daniels is a (young) retired school teacher who resides in Miami. After five years of teaching, Lisa Daniels found that it wasn’t quite the world that she wanted to inhabit. After leaving her position, she moved to Miami. She hasn’t regretted it.

In her worlds, Lisa Daniels creates characters that go beyond the usual narrative. While they definitively include romance, Lisa Daniels strives to make the worlds more real with characters that are more than just cardboard cutouts of the genre. All of the main characters (and many of the secondary ones) have a rich history that span much longer than the stories themselves. This makes it easy to weave the stories together so that you can see characters you met in previous tales and see how they have managed since.

Northern Realm Royal Box Set . . .

This box set is the complete Northern Realm Collection. Below is a review of one of the stories to give you an idea of what you will find in this set.

Favina is a Royal princess. She and three other princesses end up kidnapped and imprisoned. The women are able to escape and Favina is befriended by Adrik who offers to help her. At first she doesn’t trust him completely. She finds out that he is a bear shifter and those who had kidnapped the princesses were actually shape-shifters. Will Adrik be able to keep her safe? Will she see that he can indeed be trusted? Is there a HEA waiting for them as they begin to fall in love?

I enjoy this author’s books, so this box set is extra special with so many selections! The characters are likable and the story lines are good. Grab your copy and enjoy some excellent shifter tales with a royal touch!

This is a great collection of the Northern Realm series. It includes fourteen books with great storylines, interesting characters, and perfect endings. Here are a few of my favorites from the series.
Bridgette's Royal Rescue: Northern Realm Royal Dragons:
Princess Bridgette was married and widowed within a year and now she must marry again. Prince Liam, a dragon shifter, is to be her husband. This is a dragon shifter story about a Princess and a Prince finding love after many twists and turns along the way.
Favina's Royal Ransom: Northern Realm Royal Bears
This is book one of the series and it's an action packed read filled with danger, kidnappings, suspense, and well developed characters. Favina is a royal princess and Adrik is a bear shifter. Their story is filled with ups, downs, and some twists that had me cheering for them to get their HEA.
Naomi's Royal Taming: Northern Realm Royal Wolves
Naomi's Royal Taming is book two of the series and is a fast paced, well written story about fated mates. In this book we get Princess Naomi's story. I love how strong the characters are and how neither of them wants to marry but the more time they spend more time together their feeling for each other have grown. This is an entertaining read filled with danger, action, intrigue, suspense, unexpected twists, and a great ending.

Awesome Paranormal Romance Box Set

Though I read little speculative fiction compared to historical romance, this author is one whom I've read consistently for the past couple of years. I first read her fantasy books about the Six Isles and then tried out her paranormal shifter ones. I am not typically one who reads shifter romance, but I just like this author's writing style, including well-written characters. This is an excellent collection of books from three different Northern Realm series focusing on dragon, bear, and wolf shifters. Each storyline and its hero and heroine are unique; some are even twists on tropes normally seen more in contemporary romance. Even though these are relatively short books, the author creates three-dimensional characters who are easy to care about, making the stories page-turners. I love it when she puts out these huge box sets so I can binge-read. I always seem to have missed a few when they came out originally, so it's great to be able to read them all together. If you enjoy well-written paranormal shifter romance, you will enjoy this fantastic collection of 14 of them!

I received this box set with the understanding that I could leave a voluntary and honest review.

This is 14 stories about the mates of the norther realm. Each of these stories has the couples having to prove their worth even though they might be mates doesn't mean they can have their HEA. Will they succeed or with others make sure that never happens?

Amazing set. Each of these couples draw you in and won't let go of you. I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone.

Okay, but no fireworks here

This series is probably the most boring I’ve ever read. These are the kind of books you finish because you’ve already invested time and would like to finish and because they came in a single package anyway. I also got the impression that the writer couldn’t decide in which era to base the stories so she just mashed up all sorts of eras living you confused and questioning the point.

Sexy shifters finding their mates

Another amazing boxset following the journeys of these shifters finding the one for them. I loved getting to know all of these characters, and their paths to love. The roads may have had twists and turns, but in the end love was always worth the fight. I can't wait to read more from this author. A very enjoyable way to lose myself in her writing for a few hours.

Another wonderful set of shifter love stories by Lisa Daniels. I love these stories. They are HEA. They all have wonderful characters. Some of the stories are better than others, but there is not one bad story in this set of books. I would recommend them.

Struggled to finish the series. Not only was it written on a middle school level language-wise, the author failed to make the premise of the books believable.

I have no idea where all of the 5-star reviews are coming from - there was a lot of wasted potential. The series would be so much better if it was edited thoroughly.

Shifter prince

Wow the collection gets to the
