Well. The cover is nice. Too bad I find nothing to liked, relate to, or sympathize with. Aside from what Lacey had to go through. It was horrific, life-changing... the kind of the thing some women never fully healed from. But I give her points for being a survivor. She didn't just shriveled up and let life beat her down. But Landon? What a disgusting weak POS. He couldn't cope and deal with the aftermath of her violation. So he runs with his tail between his legs. Abandoning her in her darkest hours. And two months later, marrying and knocking up some other chick??!! Such a slap in the face and knife to the heart. Am I to believe this kind of guy deserves a second chance? When he didn't have to balls to stick by the one he claimed to love. Such hogwash. WTF... I am so beyond pissed. That SHIT will just not fly with me. It no universe will I find it appealing to take back a guy who left you in the dust to deal with your own loss and pain. While he sought comfort from another and marrying them right away.

And to have this be a second chance romance where their kids (very close in age) meet years later and la de da it's serendipity. FUCK that. No. This is a horrible betrayal where the guy not does redeem himself. The despicable jackass was still MARRIED while trying to pursue Lacey! Fucking A. I wish Lacey was stronger and did not sell herself short. Stories like these is why I am so tough on second chance romance. I need contrition, remorse, groveling. Forgiveness need to be earned. This weak girl didn't make him work for it, sadly.

The way this book is written is good and there are really emotional moments but I have soooo many issues.

He left her, for good, not taking a break for 6 months, a year, no, he left her then he gets someone else pregnant, unintentionally yes but still, married her even though he still loves Lacey. Why if he loved her so much couldn't he just take a step back, pity for him to go without sex for a bit...

Then he is seeing Lacey while still being married to Bree. I know she cheats and they are not actually together anymore but he puts her in a position of school ground gossip.

He hasn't filled for divorce until after Lacey finishes things and he rethinks things after he sees what he needs to do, around 80% mark.

Did Bree have no family or friends that could look after her instead of him, did he need to be touching Bree, comforting her when she cried, not only is it mixed signals, possibly getting her hopes up but gives others the wrong impression too.
Landon didn't seem to have much sense, can you imagine if it was the other way around and Lacey was the one helping her ex that's a non ex.

I know my review is probably unpopular but I could barely read it he annoyed me so much.

As I sit on the bed reading Cry For You, my husbands walks by and says, “You’re smiling that book must be really good.” He is so wrong this book was not just good it was GREAT.

The love story of Lacey and Landon gave me this warm and bubbly feeling on the inside the more I read it. WARM and TINGLY… At 32% of the book I was smiling to myself and hoping that they would find there happy ever after.

The chemistry between Lacey and Landon is something people DREAM of; ASPIRE for when in a relationship. Lacy and Landon has that “THING” that only they are able to give each other. A sense of EASE, JOY and CONNECTION.
I am GUSHING 😊. I loved it so much.

I enjoy the kids both Jacob and Jackson were too cute. There are both so smart.

I felt bad for Bree, it’s hard to be in love with someone that is in love with someone else. Although you are with the person physical you are truly not with the person because that person’s heart and soul doesn’t belong to you. I don’t know how I would have reacted if I was in Bree’s place.

The book is well written, I was captivated and couldn’t put it down. Even while at work I would try read a little between all the work I had do.

If you are looking for a GREAT, ENDURING romance story. I strongly recommend this book.

Goodness Gracious. This is one of the most poignant second chance story that I have read in a while. It's a real tear jerker! It's told in dual POV, and alternates between what happened six years ago and now when the past and the present collide.

Landon is introduced to Lacey who is just sweet sixteen. He is a little older and although apprehensive at first, they start dating. They become a big part of each other's life and form this incredible connection. They couldn't be happier until an atrocious turn of event turns their lives upside down.

What happens to Lacey is vicious and calculated. Landon is furious and feels her pain, but is unable to accept her decision. It would be too much of a reminder, which as fate would have brings them back together six years later. Their lives are now different and when they meet, the surprise punches them in the gut and the connection is still there. The change in circumstances becomes one of the biggest barriers and puts them through some heartwrenching tests.

Landon can't shy away from his commitments and although that in itself is admirable, his dilly dallying becomes frustrating. Lacey is patient and understanding until the situation becomes too overwhelming. It's not easy for either of them, and unless he makes the right decision, it's misery all round. There is more than the two of them involved and there's a lot at stake!

I found myself glued to this story and went through all the emotions with them. The happiness. The tears. The love and the laughter. Jacob and Jackson are sweethearts who bring so much to this gripping story. Although, Bree sometimes got on my nerves, I couldn't help but feel for her. It would be nice to get the sides of Shay's and Trigg's story who play an important role throughout.

The storyline is about a sensitive issue which could act as a trigger to some readers. As heartbreaking as it is, one thing is for sure, love survives! It's one of those that will stick with me for a while to come. It's intricate and emotive. Well worth reading despite the emotional rollercoaster.

I was kindly issued with an eARC and the views expressed are my personal opinion.

Until Forever by Shaniel Watson is a 2nd chance romance that's full of emotional rollercoaster ride of ups and downs, intense chemistry and deep feels. This is Landon and Lacey's story. You need to keep tissues handy because you will cry. I ugly cried and it wasn't pretty as parts of this story aren't but that's the beauty of this read. This makes it a more honest , heartfelt, heartbreaking yet beautiful romance because that is what life is about. What drove apart Landon and Lacey, how they found their way back and can their love withstand outside forces..all that makes this such a great read. I will say Landon needed to be more proactive about getting certain persons out of his life alot sooner and not be so wishy washy. Lacey is truly a great person who went through a horrific experience and came thru the other side. She struggles but triumphs everyday. She is amazing. She's sweet, hardworking, and just strong. Without giving any more away, just does what needs to be done. The secondary characters add to this romance and I really hope that we get a book 2 with Shay and Trigg's story. This is a really good 2nd chance romance.

Cry For Me by Shaniel Watson is a second chance romance. Lacey was just 16 when she started dating Landon. Despite his initial reservations, he falls hard for Lacey and the two have a solid relationship. But when Lacey makes a decision he can’t deal with, he leaves her. Six years later, fate brings them back together but can they overcome all that happened in their past to try for a new future?

Ms Watson relates this story by not only alternating view points, but also time periods, see-sawing between the present and the past. Fortunately, there are nice headings that allow the reader to easily follow the changes, especially since it is written in the first person. I was initially attracted to this novel because I am a sucker for second chance romances. This certainly delivers on the angst one might expect. However, I found it difficult to really connect with the characters and didn’t love Landon. Ms Watson does do a good job of creating characters that have flaws and showing how they navigate through all that life throws at them. I also thought Ms Watson did a good job with the kids – they were more than just mere window decoration.

I will note that there is sexual violence in this book – though not between Lacey and Landon. Also, if you’re not a big fan of marriage infidelity, then you may want to give this book a pass. Ms Watson knows how to pull at the heart strings but I just found some of the delivery a bit wooden for my tastes.

Cry for You by Shaniel Watson is a heartbreaking story about love and love lost in the face of tragedy. Lacey and Landon began dating when she was sixteen. While he was a few years older, he fell for her anyway. There relationship was sweet and not rushed, Landon who looked like a bad boy, being the perfect gentlemen. When Lacey goes to college, the unthinkable happens, and Landon can't handle the aftermath of this tragedy. The only thing that Landon can do is walk away, with Lacey's heart.

Five years later, by chance or maybe fate, Lacey and Landon meet again in what can only be a divine coincidence. The love that these two had for each other never faded, despite Landon marrying another and having a son with his wife, when they see each other its almost as no time has passed.

Can Lacey risk her heart? Can she wait for Landon to sort his life out? Or does she need to walk away until he comes to her or maybe forever? You need to read to find out.

This story deals with some serious subject matter that might not be for everyone, but the overall message of this story and this couple is moving and worth putting aside your preconceptions and reading.

Well what a pleasant surprise. Just literally turning the page after my update found this read tick up considerably with angst and ow antics and the Hero needing to get his priorities sorted. Technically there was cheating going on, even if the H was seperated from his wife, and too many grey areas were ignored by him and the h. I still say the H had way more grovelling to do but you know how these books go.

It's not a romance when one of the main characters is married through the majority of the book.

Divorce first, then romance the MC. Otherwise, you're cheating and forcing other person to be the "other woman"

The feeling of instantly being absorbed into the story, is almost a rare feeling. But that was the case and the beautiful start with Cry For you!! I knew I would fall hard for the characters right from the very first chapter. And I wasn't wrong!

I completely adored the story, which might I say might have made my heart tear apart more than I thought possible. ANd it has been a while since I teared up to a book.

The start of the book, where Lacey is talking to her little boy - ahh it's too adorable but I also go the chills. I ad the feeling something other that laughter and smiles were coming... I mean, from the title you can maybe guess that tissues would be your best companion, but let me tell you. You have no idea what you might be in for!

From that chapter, when she began to tell her boy the story of meeting Landon, I fell in love...

From a personal perspective, I don't tend to be a huge fan of stories that move between the past and the present. There weren't many instances that I loved or could get through that sort of book. CRY FOR YOU though, is an exception. I really liked the switching of the past and present. It played with the readers emotions in JUST the right way.

Shaniel Watson knows how to draw out your heart without you even knowing it, and then throwing a few stabs while it's so vulnerable!Add to that teh writing style that made it so easy to feel part of the story, and then the characters!! I loved Lacey and Landon. I loved how they were with the kids and I absolutely could not get enough in how their relationship progressed!

The only thing though, I personally felt it was a little slow passed. There were instances where I felt it could have added a different element to certain chapters because though I was fully absorbed into the story 99% of the time, that last 1% I knew I was slightly detached as I wished it was faster in leading up to certain events. But, even despite that, I still LOVED the way the story ended. I couldn't get enough of the characters and how they got through it chapter by chapter.

ADDICTIVE.

HEARTBREAKING.

SWEET.

INTENSE.

ROMANTIC.

TOUCHING.

ADORABLE.

This was the first book I have read by Shaniel Watson and it definitely wont be the last!! I was s honored and glad to have witnessed sch a stunning second chance love story!

This book was a complete sh*t show. I have no idea why this would be a romance. Landon is the absolute worse. Leave the "love of your life" after she has just gone through one of the worst things someone can experience, and then decide like 3 months later that you are ready to commit, be a dad, and husband to some random woman you hooked up with. While he is off living his happy little life, buying a home, opening a business....Lacey is raising her son while living at her mother's house. The only bright spot here is that she did date someone and was happy with them for a time.

I can understand a young guy not being able to handle the situation they were thrown into, but to run out and get married right afterwards. F that. If I was Lacey I would never have given him the time of day. I don't care if our kids are best friends. Let the past stay in the past and find someone better.

Anyways, after we live through him dumping her, we have to experience him making her the other woman. That is what she was because he started pursuing her while he was still married to Bree. I am actually really upset Lacey slept with him while he was still married too. I don't care if Bree and Landon have a dead bedroom and haven't been together like that for a year. He kept acting like they were in the process of a divorce when he didn't even file until the end of the book! I felt bad for Bree too. She loved this asshat and was basically used. The whole "Bree and Jackson saved Landon so he could be a better man for Lacey" nonsense is just too much. Bree was able to make Landon be a father who was emotionally present. Insert every eye roll imaginable. I really hated how Landon just bulldozed his way back into Lacey's life and loved her son so much when he didn't care about them at all.

The only way I would have bought how much he loved her is if he had never gotten married and had a kid. Maybe if he had felt some actual damn grief and regret. There was no remorse, no grovel, no regret.....I truly do not understand why Lacey or Bree would want this idiot in their lives. This story reminded me why most second chance romances don't work for me. As a reader, you really need to believe that their love was strong and true while they were apart and for me he was off loving Bree and living his best life. The only reason he really thought of Lacey was probably because of his stupid tattoo.

I'm angry. So, I guess kudos to the author for making me feel today. lol

Oh my gosh, this one was an emotional rollercoaster, but so worth the ups and downs! Landon and Lacey met in high school and thought it would be a forever, happily-ever-after love story. But after a tragedy tore them apart, they went their separate ways. Years later, however, fate intervenes and they find themselves intertwined in each others' lives once again.

First of all, let me say that Lacey was an amazing character. This girl had been put through the ringer since one horrible not in college, continuing to be judged by her choices many years later. Although she endured a terrible experience, she stood her ground and made the best of her life. Landon also moved on after tragedy struck Lacey, but his life was more going through the motions rather than true happiness. I must admit that there were several times throughout this novel that I wanted to choke and/or smack Landon, but I hung in there with him, as did Lacey.

Author Shaniel Watson packed this novel full of every emotion imaginable and kept me on my toes the entire read with conflict and indecision. There were so many sad moments that broke my heart, but also plenty of happy, sexy, feel-good moments that balanced out the story. Being the first novel I have read by Watson, I was unsure of what to expect. After reading, I can certainly say that this talented author is one I will read again. Cry For You is an emotional, romantic story that addresses very sensitive topics in a respectful way. I highly recommend this one!

This story will be one of my favorite stories off all times. To say that I ugly cried and was one hot mess over it is an understatement of the year.
You know when you start reading a book and just don't want to continue reading it because you know what’s coming and what will it do to you but you keep going?
THIS IS THAT KIND OF BOOK!

My heart was breaking with everything that has happened to Lacey. This woman had something unthinkable happened to her and she somehow managed to pick herself up and carry on against all odds.

»I see you. I see who you are. You are not a victim anymore. Your are a strong, capable, compassionate women, with a strength I couldn't even imagine having.«

I hated Landon for not staying with her. As the story begins to unfold you get to hear his side and why he did what he did but still….I’m lost for words and I’m sure this review will not make much sense but this is one heartbreaking, wonderful (despite off all the ugly that happened at the begging) story that is the testament that true love can't stay apart no matter what and can conquer all.
»Please. Take a chance on me and step out on faith that I would never hurt you intentionally. Faith that my love for you runs deep as the love for my son. Please.«

This might sound strange to read but a part of me wishes that I never read this book. It’s just that powerful. Since I have Kindle I never bought paperback but this will be my exception.

5 brilliant stars!!!

This Book!! I’m just going to tell you up front, you know that feeling you get when you know an author is going to destroy you!! Gut you!! I felt it before I even finished the first chapter. My stomach did that little flip that turned into a knot. This is my first read by this author and Gawd!!! Hold on to whatever you can. I hope your hearts are ready for the little fishers that are going to appear. This book covers tough subject matter, but is written so beautifully. It isn’t easy to tackle the hard topics, this story is absolutely brilliant and one I will never forget. Must read!! Be prepared to ugly cry!!

Holy crap. This is my first Shaniel Watson book, but she is now one of my favs!

I don't think I have cried during a story this much since Pet by Isabella Starling. This book is so emotional. But Shaniel did a great job with the issues that she decided to deal with. The back and forth from then and now was beautifully done. I loved this story!

This book was so unique in tackling a touchy and sensitive subject matter and the after effects. I cried and laughed and loved and despised characters. I knew from the first chapter I was in for something different and I honestly loved it! I couldn't get enough of those boys either....so cute!

Rcvd an ARC at no cost to author. I have to admit when I started reading this I almost stopped. When I read about what happened to Lacey and that Landon had left her, I was not a happy camper, then when I read that he had a kid around the same age as her, I about flipped because I hate to read about people who swear that they love the other person but jump into bed with someone I really can't accept that for being a love story. But, then I continued to read saying let me give this a chance and then I understood, yes I still wanted to knock out Landon sometimes but he really had no clue what to do. Lacey went thru no doubt about it and yes she always loved Landon, however she might have waited a little to get into a relationship with him while he was still married that in itself is bringing hurt to not only herself but her child. I also read reviews that people hated Bree, well I am going to play devils advocate, put yourself in her shoes how would you feel. No I didn't condone everything she did, but it could not have been easy, yes I know I am rambling but give it a chance.

This is one of the BEST second chance romances that I have read! It seriously sucked me in the first couple pages and I couldn't put it down. This book broke my heart and then slowly pieced it back together. It is a story of young love, tragedy, loss, joy and a reconnection. I loved Lacey and her strength even through gut wrenching sorrow. I loved Landon also but I had so many times that I wanted to kick him in the head, jump on him and scream.... SERIOUSLY?!?!? If you like a book that grabs your heart, makes you feel, makes you so sad, makes you cry and then brings the light at the end of the tunnel, than Cry For You is your book. I personally loved it! I would recommend it to everyone. This is definitely a story that will stick with you. READ the book.

The Problem Is….. He’s Still Married

This story can’t help but touch the heart. All the trauma experienced could be real. Yes, its fictionalized but the issues aren’t. The brutal pain, all if it, physical, mental and emotional are real. And Lacy’s struggling with it is real too. As a result, it ended her relationship with the one she loved, Landon. He left town only to return years later.

Only problem is: Now he’s married. He says the marriage isn’t working but … He’s still married. As her mama kept saying and her sister kept reminding…..He’s Still Married!

No matter how Lacey tries to justify it…. He’s still a married man, a father with a son. Six years have passed and Lacy has been through a horrendous situation but Landon left and got married, fathered a child and now wants to pick up the pieces from his dumping her six years ago…. and, He’s Still Married with no site of divorce papers.

Landon tells her he has a lot to make up for …. Well, that’s a given. But, he’s still married. However, what he did to Robert Stanton 111 was great, have to give Landon kudos for that. He got the needed DNA sample.

Lacey was violated in the worst of ways…. Raped and beaten because she rejected a popular, entitled, wealthy frat boy. She was in love with Landon and the rich guy was put off by her rebuffs. What she did was a ‘no-no’. Rejecting him, turning him down because of someone ‘beneath’ him? Not gonna happen. Rich guy decides to show her that he, his popularity and money is in control. Landon can’t handle the fallout and skips town only to return six years later …. married and with a son.

He tells her to trust him … but we’ve seen he had his limits when that ‘trust’ was put to the test six years ago. Present day, his wife breaks her ankle, Landon’s there for her and once again Lacey is hurt.

Yes, Landon did do a good deed when he beat the living daylight out of her attacker, and took DNA evidence to the police. Gotta respect him for that, but was that for Lacey or for himself? He didn’t care enough to stick around.

💫 WANTS and DESIRES 🤩

Need to know more about Robert Stanton 111. Did he learn anything from what he did? After serving his punishment, did he change? Did it make him a better man … or worse? Is Lacey safe now? Will he ever try to make amends?

Does he EVER think about his son? We know his sister wrote Lacey requesting to see Jacob. Did he or his family ever try again? Does he EVER have any remorse. How did all this affect his future?

I easily could see a spinoff here.

💅HE WAS STILL MARRIED 💍

✒︎ I never condone cheating, affairs or adultery. Yes, I know it happens but it’s not to be glorified. Landon and wife lived in the same house. He said they were separated but stayed in the house for their son. Tsk, tsk….. Landon wanted his cake and eat it too. Before starting anything with Lacy, he should have at least filed for divorce. As the wife pointed out, he said in sickness or in health. Well, those vows also would include for better or worse and till death do us part. As I said, he at least should have filed for divorce.

✒︎ And, Lacey’s not innocent here either. She knew he was married. I thought they wanted to be a good example for their sons. Yes, divorce needs to come first, thus dropped a 1/2 star.

✒︎ Language please…. I expect cussing but can’t stand profanity, thus took another 1/2 star away.

I've been going round and round in my head about story, and how I can write this review without giving anything away, and yet, doing the story justice. I have no set answers on how to do that, but I'm going to give it a go anyway. Cry For You was a very emotional story that brought me to my knees. Yeah, not just hinting at it, but fully to my knees as my heart broke for Lacey all throughout the story. See, she was in love with Landon, and they thought they were going to be together forever, but one night changed everything thing. Landon left her, not to look back, and I'm still battling my total border line hatred for him, even after the story is over. Because, even though he had his own heartbreak with the tragedy (nothing compared to Lacey's), he is still the douche of the highest order in my eyes. And let me tell you why, six years later, they come face to face, as their sons have become best friends, and while Lacey is unattached, Landon has his own commitments. That's why I have such a problem with him, because he could leave her behind after the worst night of her life, but make a commitment to someone else, shortly after. I'm #TeamLacey all the way, as her story was told very realistically & emotionally charged, but I feel think she forgave him too quickly, because honestly, I'm not sure I would have ever forgiven him at all. So this story pulled out all of my emotions, and I cried like a baby more than once, and I know that my opinion may not be the popular one, but hey, there are just some things that are hard to forgive. Now, through all of this heartbreak, there is more with the secondaries, as that night changed more than one life, Lacey's sister Shay, needs her own story so badly, as she was one of my favorites, along with the two tiny humans, Jacob & Jackson. Those three were definitely my break from the heavy with some well placed humor breaks to make me laugh. Shaniel Watson blew me away with such a heartbreaking story, and the road to forgiveness, as her writing was straight up brilliant! Before I word vomit any spoiler douchery, I'm going to end this with saying, again, I really hope Shay & Trigg get their own story! HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Gaahhh!! This book! Had it all! The passion, the tragedy, the heartbreak, the humor, the firsts, the second chances, ughh. I can't even. This book was emotional in so many ways. I absolutely loved this book!! I'm a newbie to this author and once I started reading, I couldn't stop! I devoured this book in a day and it's been a while since I've read a book that made me tear up the way this one did. I feel like I have so many emotions going on in my head, and I can't fully explain just how awesome of a book this is.

You have Lacey baby, this sweet, even keeled girl in love with bad boy Landon, who in all actuality, seems pretty effin great to me. A heinous act has the two parting ways, hearts fully cracked and always belonging to one another. Fast forward 6 years and fate has a crazy way of bringing the two back into each others lives for a second chance.

I got to say, I am a sucker for second chance romances, and this one takes the...pie! There are definitely quite a few obstacles thrown at them, and I wondered a few times, how the heck things were going to pan out and give me my HEA. However, you can feel the connection between them, and it's like nothing changed between them after all those years. That's got to mean something right? Still the same passion, the touches, the knowing looks. I don't know what else to say, except that I absolutely loved this book and I really hope we get one for Trigg and Shay. Curious to see what happens between the two and I desperately want them to get an HEA. I'm most definitely a new fan and can't wait to read more from this author!!

Until Forever by Shaniel Watson was a great 5 star read.
I was pulled in right from the start. We jump from past to present and it’s told in alternating POV’s. This is Lacey and Landon’s story. It started with her sister setting these two up. Landon wasn’t sure at first because of Lacey’s age but they quickly became a couple completely in love with each other. Until a scary turn of events that caused him to walk away.

We jump ahead 6 years, Lacey gets a shocker when she meets her son’s best friend and father. As their son’s grow closer, Lacey and Landon start to rekindle their friendship. Landon has some personal things that he is dealing with at home. Can these two get things worked out and get a second chance at the love they lost?

Overall I really enjoyed this read, my emotions were all over the place. All of the secondary characters were great, LOVED Jacob and Jacksoin. I would love to read Shay and Trigg’s story. The author does a great job with her writing, this is a great second chance romance. I will warn that there may be a trigger for some. If you're looking for a great couple to read about 1-click and get started today.

Brutally honest, captivating, gut-wrenching, beautiful. That is what I feel like I just read, a truly open and honest look at the challenges a person deals with when faced with a most heinous act inflicted upon them. Lacey’s world is shattered in one night and she has to figure out how to rebuild herself for the love of her son. Landon walks away from the woman he loves, unable to cope with what happened and that she chooses to keep the baby. When years later, 2 boys become best friends at school, who knew that Lacey and Landon would be reunited. This is a full on ugly cry book as you step through all the emotions that both Lacey and Landon face. The challenges for 2 young boys, one looking for a father and the other not wanting his parents to break apart, made my heart bleed. There are so many hard choices in life, no easy answers, this romance showed the beauty of love while being honest that the road to happiness is not easy. I voluntarily read an ARC of this book and this is my honest review.

Landon and Lacey definitely need a bit more of a backstory in this book. However, the book does mostly follow the past of when Lacey went through a very traumatic event that separated her and Landon. While the author tries to sell Landon as a mature adult with his own business, he makes many immature choices that "younger Landon" most likely would not have. There also needs to be more of a story about Shay and Trigg, they are supporting characters that really are underdeveloped. The story line is both gut wrenching and heart warming all at the same time.

The premise of this story line, is 2 once young lovers are separated by a horrific event that results in some jail time and a lot of mental and physical healing. During those 6 years apart, one moves on and gets married, starts a family and a business, ends up in a failing marriage with thoughts of the other while the other works on her mental well-being and personal empowerment while raising a son as a single mom. The sons randomly end up in the same class and become best friends which throws the parents together.

Who are Lacey and Landon? How do they meet? How old are they? Who are Bree, Jacob, Jackson, Shay, and Trigg? What happened between Lacey and Landon? When Bree meets Lacey, what happens? What does Jackson say to his father? This book was not what I expected, but it was so much more. This is the first book that I have read by this author and will look forward to reading more by her in the future. This is a second-chance romance, or maybe it is a third-chance romance. Things go one way in the book for so long, you have to begin to wonder if things will ever work out like you hope they will. I will only say that they do end with an HEA. I really liked when Bree and Lacey got to know and understand one another better. That was a good thing. You'll have to see what prompts that. Enjoy the book!

Wow! Cry For You was SO freaking good! This was my first book by this author, but it won’t be my last. I wanted to read the book because of the blurb. Landon and Lacey meet though Lacey’s sister. Landon is a few years older than Lacey and knows he should stay away from her, but he can’t seem to resist her. The two fall in love and have a beautiful, loving relationship despite their age difference. That is until the unthinkable happens and turns their lives upside down and ends their relationship. Several years go by before their paths cross again. Will they be able to start over and find their way back to each Other? Cry for You made me feel all kinds of feelings. Happiness, sadness, anger and everything in between. I had a hard time putting it down because I was so invested in the characters. I finished it two days ago and still can’t quit thinking about it. I highly recommend this book to everyone who enjoys a well written, angsty love story.

This is Lacey and Landon’s story. These two are introduced to each other when Lacey is just 16-years old, and Landon is a little older. The love and connection between these two are incredible and magical. When Lacey endures a vicious and brutal event which is life changing and shows what a survivor she is. Landon is furious and cannot accept her decision, so he leaves when she need him the most. 6-Years later fate bring these two together again, but is it to late for them to have a 2nd chance? This is a well written emotional roller coaster, which is heart-wrenching, raw, gritty, and with laughter and tears throughout. This story may contain triggers for some so be aware of the warning. This is not a story for the feint-at-heart. I look forward to reading more from this talented author.

OMG WOW JUST WOW

What a amazing story of hate, hurt, anger, savageness, healing, and love. To have a baby under those circumstances was a tough girl. But then to find the love of you life years later that walked away and to find he married and had a baby so close to walking away from you and yours is gut wrenching. Oh I get it but doesn’t make any easier. I do love how quick Landon falls in love with Jacob and realizes what he has missed. I love how the kids best friends brought them back from the holes of theirs lives in to love and light again. They deserve forever. Oh and I loved the tattoo it was icing on the or the topping on the pie.
