It's a good quick introduction to yoga, most of it I knew already but I do enjoy these short guides. I like how it talked a little bit about the history and culture of yoga too although I would have liked a little bit more on this. But all in all, I liked it and would recommend to anybody who wants a quick introduction to yoga. It also includes some easy practicable exercises at the end which I found quite useful.
Good book for those who are beginning to practice yoga. A good introduction to the idea and types of Yoga. The practices that were mentioned were easy to do in the comfort of your own home.
