Giving the book a five to kindly jumpstart things. Truth be told, this is my first exposure to the genre; I can’t comment as an expert. That said, it assuredly was an enjoying, edifying read.

The author’s writing style could’ve been improved and edited as individual sentences didn’t flow perfectly at times. More importantly, though, Sheriff brings experience to the table in convincingly constructing this practical, pro-marriage piece. I learned a lot and feel encouraged!

Really great book with amazing advice, the reason I rate it 3 stars is mostly because I feel like Duane could have gone deeper into some of the topics and the writing was kinda shallow as well (again me wanting more depth)

But still really great book it special to me because me and my husband read it on our honeymoon! And would still recommend it to anyone who is getting married.

I loved this book. Simple, succinct and practical. This book is for everyone, because everyone is in relationship with someone, but if you want a happy marriage that stands the test of time, this is for you.

Absolutely loved this book. The way it was written gives you hope and excitement to be thriving in your marriage. My Husband and I spent 2 hours just talking about how good the points in this book were. I will be reading this time and time again. Recommend for anyone going into marriage or already in marriage. Wise insight. Recommend that you read it.
