April 20, 2025Not sure how one can rate the Bible. But I like this translation and think it’s affective especially if you’re reading through the Bible. If you’re doing more in depth study I recommend the CSB or NET.
In terms of what I learned, in this read through I really picked up on God’s high standards and expectations, the consequences of not meeting them, but the equipping he provides through the Gospel in order to meet them.

My intent was to give this to someone as a gift, however I kept it. I love it. The size and the quality and style of the cover is prefect for me to carry to church.
