How many fated run-ins will it take to convince Rosemary she's found The One?
Rosemary has known Oliver her whole life. He's her brother's best friend and has been practically forever. How had she never noticed his epically handsome face? Or his heart of gold? After several accidental meet ups, Rosemary can't get Oliver out of her mind.
Serendipitous is a stand alone novelette (10,000 words) with a Happily Ever After ending.
Jess B. Moore is a writer of love stories. When she’s not writing, she’s busy mothering her accomplished and headstrong children, reading obscene numbers of books, and knitting scarves she’ll likely never finish.
Jess lives in small town North Carolina with her bluegrass obsessed family. She takes too many pictures of her cats, thinking the Internet loves them as much as she does. She is a firm believer of swapping stories over coffee or wine, and that there should always be dark chocolate involved.
The Fox River Romance novels combine her interests in family, music, and small towns into a thoughtful tales of growing up and falling in love. These books can be read as stand-alone, or as a series starting with The Guilt of a Sparrow.

I read this cute novelette yesterday, it was really fun!
It's 50 pages long, and I was awed at how the author presented such a complete plotlines in every few pages!
This was a brother's best friend trope, the MCs have multiple run-ins through which they start to like each other. There was initial angst, then the actual relationship, followed by the relationship hiccup and finally ended with a HEA. Overall, it was a fun and wholesome read! The author has said that this could be the start of a new series, and I look forward to it! ❤️
Check it out if you want a wholesome but short read! It's also on Kindle Unlimited!
Rosemary and Oliver are the sweetest couple! I fell absolutely in love with chin dimples (Oliver) and gay penguins (Tango Makes Three) while writing this one. Consider this a brief introduction to a series coming your way next year!
What a sweet romance! This was exactly what I needed to escape after a day at work. Jess B. Moore developed the characters remarkably well in such a short time, giving the characters back stories that were relatable. The story wasn't rushed despite its short length and was truly enjoyable!
"A charming southern novelette" is a perfect description. I could add "romance" and "humour" (yes, that's the spelling where I come from) and "food for thought". Overall, this is a pleasant read.
Nice short story. After several run-ins with her brother’s best friend, Oliver, Rosemary starts to see him in a new light. They quietly start dating, worried about what others might think. But are their worries unfounded?
