Good premise, poor execution. The whole book is basically just statistics and quotes from politicians. It got quite dull quite quickly which was rather disappointing.

Very enjoyable, full of items you can't help but read out to those around you. My favourite was the item about the new coordinator of a project to encourage local people to eat healthily and exercise - a 19-stone clinically-obese councillor who takes no exercise - but many more gave it a run for its money.
