Jess is working as a dancer in a strip club until she has paid all of her school tuition off Jess wants to work in a hospital and she’s nearly there, while dancing Jess see’s two people watching her they have red eyes and something tells Jess to get out of there but her boss makes her leave out the back door. When Jess starts walking down the alley she suddenly stops when she see’s the two people with the red eyes, they attack Jess with a syringe in her neck then it’s lights out. That’s all I’m going to give you guys but there is so much more going on in this fantastic story but I will let you find that out for yourself I loved this story and I highly recommend this book.

This story had me on pins and needles the hole time and the cliffhanger for the third book has me seething for it...I just have to read the rest of this trilogy...this story is action packed, dark, dangerous, scorching hot sexy MC and romantic nevertheless. I enjoyed that Hazel was part of this story and that Lucas and Olivia from the first book joined Dante and Jess to go along with Hazel to the third city. I loved this story and I am loving the trilogy so far...one more book to go...

Great storyline, but rushed
The storyline is fantastic, but it seems a bit underdeveloped. I would love to see the author take the time to fully develop some of the characters and spend more time and depth on the rebellion.
This story felt like it had a beginning and a climax, but not much in the middle. I love the creative use of technology and sentient AI.
The book is worth reading, but it leaves this reader wanting more detail.

War between dark and light magic.
Great, exciting tale of vampires and their mates. Dante recognizes his mate and rescues her from Berith. Verify and Dante are at war over the land but dark magic plays a role in this exciting tale!

Its exciting but too future

A fun read.

Love her stories!!
Love the world that Zara creates. I've read most of her books. Her characters jump off the page, and I find myself yelling at them when they make bad choices.
