Ivy Wilde is not a hero. She doesn't want to be a hero. She wants to live a quiet, stress-free life that involves as little work as possible. If her innate magic can help her achieve that, then it's all to the good. Alas, you don't always get what you wish for.
Slouch Witch
When a bureaucratic disaster ends up with Ivy as the victim of a case of mistaken identity, she's yanked very unwillingly into Arcane Branch, the investigative department of the Hallowed Order of Magical Enlightenment. Her problems are quadrupled when a valuable object is stolen right from under the Order's noses.
It doesn't exactly help that she's been magically bound to Adeptus Exemptus Raphael Winter. He might have piercing sapphire eyes and a body which a cover model would be proud of but, as far as Ivy's concerned, he's a walking advertisement for the joyless perils of too much witch-work.
And if he makes her go to the gym again, she's definitely going to turn him into a frog.

Ivy is my soul mate!
I love this series! Brutus is the best part and I'd totally read more just for him, but I swear Ivy is my soul mate. I only wish I could be that lazy. I mean, without all the work she ends up doing of course. There are no naughty scenes, which normally makes me not read a book, but its actually not needed because the story is just that engaging. Highly recommend this series! Its hilarious and heart warming both.

Love Ivy!
Ivy is my hero! I want to grow up to be just like her!
A couch potato, crime solving genius. Ivy Wilde is a witch who loves to be able to do just enough without doing too much if she can help it. Kicked out of the Order years ago, she finds herself dragged back in completely against her will. But that won't stop her from helping Raphael Winter to learn to relax and work smarter, not harder. Opposites do indeed attract in those two. Plus her familiar is a talking cat.
Really enjoyed this series and highly recommend it for anyone looking for a hero that seems way more normal than most.

Such a funny story!!
Ivy Wilde is smart but extremely lazy. She is forced to work with an over-ambitious witch because of some mix-up.
These four novels are all about the 2 of them and a little bit about saving everybody else.
I loved this series and finished it rather quickly. It made me laugh, but it also made me cry and at times, I wanted to yell 'Oh no! Please don't!'
It's one of those stories that you can read again and again.

Being lazy is hard work!
I love Ivy, Rafe, and Brutus. This entire series kept me intrigued and entertained. Ivy gets a lot done for someone who is so lazy. The fact that someone who appreciates her as is makes this perfect. We should all be loved and accepted for who we are, just as we should love and accept others!

Ivy Wilde is my spirit animal
I read the entire series in less than a day and I loved every minute of it. I even stopped to read my bf parts aloud so that he could laugh with me. Highly recommend.

Great story.
I lived this series! I was lucky enough to have it recommended to me in a Facebook group. O love how Ivy is so comfortable with her lazy girl attitude but yet she always does the right thing.

2nd time trying
This is the second time I’ve tried to read the series and have given up. The other series by this author are fabulous, but I just couldn’t get into this one. Partially because it’s more of a murder mystery, and because I found the heroine whiny.

delightful and engaging storyline
The protagonist, Ivy, is a well developed character. She deals with crises in an economic and humorous manner. The series is highly engaging and definitely worth reading!

Hilarious
Love a heroine who doesn’t like exercise or running. Brilliantly lazy. Why get your own needs if someone else will do it. And her familiar is encouraging her laziness. So much fun.

J’ai adoré cette saga, entre les enquêtes, les personnages et Brutus tout ceci était un parfait mélange.

I highly recommend this exciting and engaging urban fantasy, especially in this complete series boxed set. I loved the very last chapter, as it was a nice surprise ending. Enjoy!

Love love love this series. So funny and entertaining. Clean romance, hilarious ghosts, hilarious cat. Goofy personalities and has a unique plot in each book. 3rd book is definitely the best.
