Having worked on guided meditation for a while now, I can't say there was tons of new information, in terms of practice... however, as an introduction into the work, along with terminology, it's a nice starter. Crowhurst touches on chakras, energy healing, and Mudras, but doesn't push any of this connected fields a reader who would not have that interest. 4 stars
