Oh my god, the writing of this was so well done!! All of the relationships between characters and the emotions just, in general, felt REAL. It was definitely a lengthy read, but honestly it was so worth it.
This wasn’t a simple ‘they get together and have an easy happy ending’ kind of story. There were so many raw, heartbreaking moments, but there were equally as many that made my heart swell for the characters. There were so many details that sold the ‘authenticity’ of this fic, especially in the complexity of Harry and Louis’s relationship. You really get to watch them grow as people over the story’s timeline, and the overall length of the story just makes sense when you think about how much they go through together.
I would definitely recommend this if your up for the emotions ;)

Different from what I have read in this fandom so far. The portrayal of drug addiction was very unique for fanfiction. Very well written.

I genuinely really liked this fic, the only downside is that it's so LONG and took me basically 2 months with breaks in-between to finish. It was really really good at first and the last half could've been shorter but I really liked their characters and how they interacted with each other. Louis was really likeable and Harry was so soft and I just genuinely really enjoyed seeing this new development. It was adorable. I don't remember a whole bunch because I did start it 2 months ago but I have a lot of good memories and it's a nice read. I did kind of skim towards the end though. Overall, it was nice.

Book Summary for personal use:
Louis is an actor and Harry is a singer, they are both fans of each other. Louis is in an abusive relationship with his boyfriend Joshua. Louis just came out of the closet and moved next to Niall, that's how he becomes friends with Harry and Niall. They get along and are friendly; Harry develops a crush on Louis. Louis slowly realizes that his relationship is toxic and with the help of Harry, he gets out of it. Harry is stuck in the closet because of his management, also he has a problem with addiction. Harry and Louis eventually get together. They need to keep it a secret. They date and develop their relationship and it's soft but also difficult as they manage Louis' toxic ex that won't leave them alone and Harry's issues with drugs and alcohol. Eventually, Harry's issues get solved and so do Louis as they work on themselves and they have a happy ending. I think they get married and have kids at the end? Oh also Joshua shoots Louis and kills himself towards the ending half and they both have trauma from that and have to work on dealing with it on their own as Harry goes to rehab and Louis heals from the injury.

Great story line but way too long. I really really liked the characters though
