Sách hay, khá cuốn đối với một cuốn sách chuyên ngành. Câu chữ, cách hành văn, lối diễn đạt giải thích và ví dụ rất hay và thú vị. Đọc xong quyển này có thể có cái nhìn khá bao quát về Nhân sự rồi.
