Being claimed by the Dreki dragon brothers saved my life. If only some new bastards didn’t insist I’m their mate too.
If the Darkonian dragon brothers think they can just go dropping claim-bombs and magical contracts on my life, they’re sorely mistaken. Who do these guys think they are, anyway? Entitled dragon princes? Yep. My real dragon mates? Hell, no.
At least, that’s what I thought. But the magic of the fates, even if unwanted, proves to be irresistible. It’s now me who hates that my soul craves them. And don’t even get me started on their warlock guard who started this mess in the first place.
Lucky for the Darkonians, my dragon’s heart can’t be tamed. They’re even luckier the Dreki brothers don’t tear them apart.
I thought the fates were insane before, but it doesn’t compare to what’s happening in my life now. These new awful circumstances prove that I need all the help I can get. I need to unite these two dragon clans. It’s our only way of getting the future we desire. It’s how I will remain free.
Ginna Moran is the author of an array of both paranormal and contemporary young adult novels including the Demon Within, Falling into Fame, and Spark of Life series.
She started writing poetry as a teenager in a spiral notebook that she still has tucked away on her desk today. Her love of writing grew after she graduated high school and she completed her first unpublished manuscript at age eighteen.
When she realized her love of writing was her life’s passion, she studied literature at Mira Costa College in Northern San Diego. Besides writing young adult novels, she was senior editor, content manager, and image coordinator for Crescent House Publishing Inc. for four years.
Aside from Ginna’s professional life, she enjoys binge watching television shows, playing pretend with her daughter, and cuddling with her dogs. Some of her favorite things include chocolate, anything that glitters, cheesy jokes, and organizing her bookshelf.
Ginna is currently hard at work on her next novel.
This is one of those series that you think you love the book then you get the next book and it’s even better then the previous one and so on and on! Nova whilst having her mates around her is still on the run and as we join her on her rollercoaster of an adventure there’s so many twists and turns, power plays, action and emotions that you will easily get lost in the story and not want to come up for air! Love the storyline, love love love the characters and I just cannot wait for the next book!
Ginna has done it again. Poor Nova can't catch a break. This book has so many twists and turns happening that I feel like Kash took me on a ride on his dragon while blindfolded. Once you start reading this book, you will not be able to stop. With all the power plays happening around Nova, she really has no idea who is really on her team, and why. Warning: highly addictive and will leave you wanting more
This book picks up where the first one ends. Nova and her mates encounter even more enemies and a lot more surprises. More secrets are reveled about Novas past. Very interesting plot twits and some great steam in this book.
Freed by Her Dragons continues Nova's story and I hope she's ready for the testosterone dump she's got headed her way. LOL! Nova is fiery and sassy, but she's not about to back down with these new men who think that they can just come bursting into her life and lay claim to her. Sounds like a lot of drama is about to unfold with the men she already has, the trickster causing trouble at the end of book one, and more men. Nova needs a break, but I doubt she's going to get one. This book is packed with twists, turns, drama, and so much more. I'm pretty sure I ended up with whiplash at one point. LOL! I enjoy Nova's sass, and some of the attitudes I get from the guys, but there are moments of where I just feel it dances that razor edge of crossing the line and then -- it slips and goes over that edge. So it's a mixed bag of I can't stand it, and I love it. LOL! This book falls in the 4.5 out of 5 star category for me. I love the storyline, but the characters test my patience. If you enjoyed book one don't miss out on book two.
I liked book 1 a whole lot more than I did this one. It was a struggle to keep reading at times, especially the first 20%. I almost quit the book several times. This seemed to move really slowly, and had a lot of stuff in it that seemed either out of left field or wasn't needed for the story to progress. The story definitely has a 2 steps forward & a 1 step back vibe, that gets old at times. The sex is actually minimal considering Nova has 5 guys in her harem. I don't see what the attraction to her is, seems like everyone wants her either for her abilities or dragon or just to have sex with. As to increasing her harem, it just seemed awkward, especially since the one is not voluntarily added. The twins are just not likable and also don't seem like the brightest crayons in the box, compared to the 3 Drekis. I hate to say it, but I've lost interest in the series at this point & won't be continuing with it.
The first book in this series is the first book that I read from Ginna and have now read a few of her others too. I enjoy the slower burn of the relationship but the longer play out if the story, and it's sometimes a nice break from fast paced fast burn.
I loved the first book, with its prison setting and the introduction of the Drekis. With this book, Nova is not only on the run, but has a couple more men to juggle which I was definitely down for. Give those Drekis some competition girl!!
Can't wait for the next book as I just want Nova to catch a break! Definitely pick up this series if your into PNR romance, harem of 4+, dragon shifters and mystery!!
This awesome read picks up right where book one left us, and my goodness does it gain speed 😉. Our Nova definitely finds herself in one fine pickle and has to figure out what in the blazes is going on. There is a mystery as to how she came to be hidden in the mortal realm and raised by her "aunt". There's tons of sexy time, sarcasm, alpha males galore, action, throw in an evil villain or two and of course the quest to find out who belongs with Nova and you've got yerself one heckuva read. Be warned it ends with a doozy of a cliffhanger!! So much fun!!
Nova, an aerial acrobat now prisoner, along with Kash, Maddox, Rowan, her dragon keepers, and Quillon, a lycan prisoner, have escaped the penitentiary to the mortal world. As the story progresses the search for answers is derailed, requests to fulfill the bargain become too much, and when some secrets are revealed trusting the wrong path could mean their end. Ginna Moran kept the sass but added intrigue in Freed by her Dragons. Poor Nova and her dragons get thrown for a loop they may not be able to escape when the last domino falls.
I received a free copy of the book from the author. I had the opportunity to review or not.
Ok, so I want to start off by saying that I wanted to cry at the end of this book, in a good way. The series is getting better and better. Nova continues her journey as a felon on the run with her Drekis and she picks up a few extra men on her way. Some questions get answered but there are many more unanswered. If you read the first book you will get sucked into this immediately as their journey continues to evolve. But beware the cliffhanger.....😩 Fabulously written and keeps your attention throughout the entire book! Loved it! Cannot wait to find out what happens next! 💜🖤
After being claimed and saved by the Drekis brothers, Nova is still on the run. But running with her now is more men claiming she's their mate.
4.5 stars I loved the addition of more men into Nova's harem and giving the Drekis a little competition. It made things more interesting and the addition of new people gave more insight to the story too.
The pacing picked up more in this book (thankfully!) I can't wait to see where the next book takes the group!
The author provided a copy, this is my honest review.
In book two Nova faces many new obstacles. While she now has her mates with her she's never safe and has to fight for every ounce of freedom. Deadly Fugitive is extremely steamy and action packed. I couldn't put this book down and the cliffhanger at the end left me wanting more. I loved how Nova embraces her dragon and strives to be better even if she can't fully control it yet. The story does flow really well, my only critique would be how quickly Ambrose's feelings towards Nova changes.
Oh i really love this one! With the dragons she was originally promised to it adds a very interesting dynamic. We join the main characters as they start to look for all the answers of Novas upbringing and why she was raised in the human realm. A whole new Rollercoaster as we are introduced to Novas intended and their warlock. We also just seem to be increasing enemies! I cannot wait to see where we go in the next book after that cliffhanger!
If you thought the first one was good this ones better. You still have a rejected me but it's her rejecting a male. Yep she gets more mates in this one. Well and possibly a male rejection of her its not different YET. This book has so many unexpected twists you are on the edge your seat! You don't know who she should trust and deals that het made are just WOW unexpected. Last WHAT A CLIFFHANGER!
Don’t let your good bits run your life. Nova finds herself in more crazy situations, most of them because of all the testosterone in her life. A dampener for that might help all of them solve some problems and live their best lives. 😂
Things are heating up in all the ways, and maybe, our fiery sky dancer will embrace her badness and starting raining fire in folks so she can be left alone.
Book two in the Fated Mate of the Dragon Clans - Freed by her Dragons picks up where the first book ended. Nova certainly can’t catch a break in this thrilling and chaos filled continuation that you won’t be able to put down. Some very intriguing new characters to meet… Another book filled with twists, action, suspense, drama, spice and chemistry galore. After a heck of a cliffhanger I’m looking forward to the conclusion!
As usual, Ginna makes it a point to throw all the curveballs at us. This book is no exception to that. It is a fantastic rollercoaster of action and emotion. If you haven't read this series, do yourself a favor and start with book 1. I would bet money that after reading one of her books, you'll track down all the rest. She's amazing.
I don't know Ginna does it but all of her books are great. The characters are so well written that you can feel them and determine whether you like them or not. Quillon, can't stand that dude. Theo and his twin Tiernan are up in the air at the moment. Can't wait to see what happens next.
I can honestly say that I have seldom read such a tale of emotional and actual violence. The heroine is thrust into repeatedly difficult situations, but appears to have no problem with engaging in numerous sexual episodes. What about PTSD? Granted, its a tale of fiction, but I was left feeling irritated, not engaged.
OMG! On the run and hiding from basically everyone Nova and the guys are having to rely on the stupid wolf and crazy Fae. They literally can't catch a break I swear! Then the twins come with their warlock. Lies, truth bombs, 🔥🔥🔥🔥 time all the time 🥵 but the ending! Holy cliffhanger! Can't wait to read book 3!
This picks up where caged left off. Nova and the Dreki brothers are in the mortal world they must try to break Nova free of her collar as well as finding a cure for the lycan, but things are not as they seem and Nova and her dragons will be tested to their limits. Looking forward to book 3 and the conclusion to their story.
This book gets really twisty as we see Nova and her guys, Rowan, Kash and Maddox in the human world after her escape. We get many steamy moments whilst also getting thrown around on the rollercoaster ride. With stops when she meets Theo and Tiernan and the warlock Ambrose. Things get even more crazy when she ends back in the prison. To then end on such a crazy cliffhanger ending.
This series keeps getting better. Nova is is adding more guys who want to claim her but she is still on the run. Can she ever survive? What will her mother's actions mean for her? Will the guys all get along for her Sake? This series has everything I can't wait for to start reading the next book to find out how this ends.
Brilliant read. loving this series. Nova has been claimed by the clan of Dreki, unfortunately the draconian clan are trying to claim her too. the Warlock Ambrose seems to be getting in the way of everything and Nova is still trying to control her dragon but the interference by Quillion is just getting on everyones nerves. Brilliant read. Cant wait to read the next
Nova and her dragon mates from book 1 are back at it in Freed by Her Dragons, but there is definitely not easy times ahead. With even more mates showing up in her life, her current mates are a little on edge. Nova herself is confused by this new dynamic, and boy, does it add some interesting moments throughout. I am so excited to find out what is next for all of these characters in book 3!
We continue the story with Nova now on the run with the Dreki brothers and stuck dealing with Quinn the werewolf when in drop the Drakovich twins claiming to be her mates. This of course causes problems between the two groups. It’s a great continuation of the story. I do like the Drekis (Kash especially) but I love the Drakovich twins and their wizard.

Lesson one. Don't make a dragon angry. I loved Nova, part of it because her name reminds me of mine. Besides that she's got dragons in her life. I think favorite kind of shifter for sure. But it is testosterone filled and it gives some trouble for sure but I enjoyed the story Ginna writes here and keeps us wanting more. Must read book 3 now for sure to get answers. We'll done this book.
This book was absolutely amazing! I loved the adventure, the twists and turns, and the sexiness. I loved how the story is progressing and the shocking turn of more dragon mates and a the whole situation with Novas father. Can’t wait to read book 3
Nope that cliffhanger was mean,McKenzie is such a biyatch.
Still loving nova and her men but hello new guys😁❣️ I love emotional and amazing series like this and I have enjoyed the first 2 books surprisingly. Can't wait to read the finale now
This book was an amazing read that I could not put down once I started. It moves along at a pace making for a relaxing read. You will love these characters and no matter what happens you want to be there for them. This book needs to be on your TBR list, you will not be sorry that you did.
Book 2 continues with Nova and her guys. Things go from Good to bad with her and she just can't seem get a break, along the way she meets twins 😏 ah I hope she catches a break in book 3.
