i just need sarasa and shuri to see each other again 😭

Công chúa lớn Ginko được gả cho đảo chủ Awaji. Đang lúc mặn nồng thì chồng bị khép tội mưu phản, cả thành Awaji bị thiêu rụi và đảo chủ bị giết bởi Kakihito - người bạn thanh mai trúc mã và cũng là cận vệ hoàng cung. Công chúa bị thương ở chân bởi tàn tích của thành Awaji bị hóa thiêu. Kakihito đã hy sinh thân mình (bị bỏng nặng ở lưng) để cứu công chúa Ginko, người sau này được ban cho tước vị Bạch Vương, còn Kakihito đổi tên thành Hiiragi, trở thành cái bóng bên bà, hầu cận, dạy võ cho các thủ hạ trong Bạch Phủ. Câu chuyện này đã hơn 20 năm.

Đảo chủ Awaji, người chồng, người quan trọng nhất trong cuộc đời Ginko, bị giết bởi Kakihito, Ginko hận Kakihito. Nhưng đồng thời Ginko cũng đã yêu Kakihito từ trước đó. Yêu và Hận đan xen, chất chồng lớp lớp tầng tầng.

Tatara hận Xích Vương và Sarasa yêu Shuri, Yêu và Hận song hành, muốn tha thứ, lại không thể thứ tha. Cho nên, Sarasa là người cảm ứng được câu chuyện xưa cũ ấy, cảm ngộ triệt để những cảm xúc tương đồng ấy.

Điều khác biệt là, Bạch Vương suốt đời vẫn không thoát khỏi thù hận, mãi vẫn lạc lối trong Mê Cung cảm xúc ấy, càng yêu càng hận, càng hận càng yêu. Còn Sarasa và Shuri có thể vứt bỏ được thù hận, tha thứ và hạnh phúc bên nhau.

Ugh, I want Sarasa and Shuri to talk. Like really talk. It's irritating how they haven't met each other face to face yet after all that has happened. Sigh.

The emperor sends assassins to take out Tatara. Tatara's great Sakura ship sinks and the Army marches on foot. She heard Shuri is battling nearby and sends him a bottle of red wine from Suou to let him know his country is doing okay. She briefly watches him and returns back to Kakujii.

Un tome vraiment sympathique, la situation politique devient de plus en plus complexe. Les alliances sont vraiment originales et on sent comment va évoluer ce manga. Vraiment incroyable.

Nah inilah jadinya kalau seseorang seperti saya mementingkan cover diatas segalanya. Saya jadi nggak jeli dengan isi dari komik yang panjangnya ada 27 volume ini.

Setelah mencicipi volume 1, bisa dibayangkan betapa besarnya penyesalan sekarang karena baru aja tau kalo komik ini SANGAT BAGUS.

Sasara yang berubah dengan kesadaran sendiri menjadi Tatara, seorang perempuan berumur 16 tahun yang menguatkan diri dengan tujuan membalaskan dendam desanya yang hancur dan kakak serta ayahnya yang mati diakibatkan serangan dari Raja Merah. Sasara hanya bisa menjadi dirinya sendiri saat ia berada di Onsen yang kemudia benar benar tertarik dengan seorang pemuda humoris tapi juga kharismatik dan seenaknya sendiri bernama Shuri. Tipikal kan? Nggak ada yang aneh dari jalan cerita ini. kecuali kalau Shuri ini adalah sang Raja Merah.

Hebatnya lagi yang membuatku sangat sangat kagum, Yumi Tamura menguatkan ikatan mereka tanpa terburu-buru dan alur yang keren, bisa dibuktikan dengan terbongkarnya identitas Shuri sang Raja Merah di buku ke-5.

Tidak perlu ragu lagi, inilah lambang dari cover not worth anything. :D

My Thoughts:

Things are moving swiftly towards Kyoto. Everyone has grown so much. I'm sure it will be some time before Sarasa and Shuri reunite, but I'm looking forward to it.
