Shuri abdicated to Tatara. They formed an alliance bewildering all their soldiers. Asagi is sent back to Kyoto as heir. Together the Red King and Tatara charges into Kyoto to save the people while not shedding any blood. It is beautiful watching them work seamlessly of one mind one heart. It's as though they are telepathic and know what he each other is thinking.
Asagi is by far the most interesting character in this series, and I find him absolutely fascinating. He's come a long way from being a character I despised and found annoying upon arrival, and is easily my favourite character in the series now. What a journey this guy's arc took. It's good stuff.

My Thoughts:
Things just keep changing in this series! Shuri has surrendered the country to Tatara and tells the soldiers that they should think for themselves and choose their own sides. Some of the Red Kings army join with Tatara, others with the Royal army. It's practically a free for all. And then, Asagi is called back to Kyoto by the White King and ordered to present himself to King Ukon as the Blue King. He takes over Kyoto and does some pretty outlandish things. Thanks to a note from Tatara and some good planning by Ageha and some of the Kyoto neighborhood leaders, they're able to safely evacuate the city.
On Tatara and Shuri's end, things aren't going as well as planned thanks to Asagi and Sarasa finds herself needing to know why Asagi would do this. She ends up setting off after him alone, but this time, Shuri isn't letting himself be left behind....
Meanwhile, some of Tatara's army are hoping that the alliance with the Red King is only temporary. They ultimately want Tatara to avenge them and take Shuri's head. That seems to be what Kaku wants as well. He can't stand to see Tatara and the Red King together. I think he needs to chill, but I'm worried about what might happen if Sarasa as Tatara doesn't give her followers what they want.
Nah inilah jadinya kalau seseorang seperti saya mementingkan cover diatas segalanya.
