Vampire prince Michael the Bad has a reputation—his breathtaking looks, his force, his control. But there’s a part of him that’s very different. A hell spawn lurks inside him, one that he’d rather keep forever dormant. But the time has come for Michael to face his strongest enemy, and for that he needs to become the beast.
Problem is, the beast will demand something in return—to consume Michael’s fated mate, Angelique Serrano.
In order to win against his oldest enemy, Michael has to give himself completely over to the demon, and sacrifice Angelique to its dark desires. If he doesn’t, the war is lost, along with both their lives. Will Michael the Bad find a way to save his lover, or will he give in to evil, and forever become The Devil’s Son?

The devils son was another example of why Ana Calin is one of the best writers of paranormal romance today! Between having memorable characters and great villains its her storytelling that makes this series and all her series must reads! The Dracula's bloodline series is one of my very favorite!! I love drac and the gang and when Michael his son was introduced with a twist I couldn't wait to know more about this cold and beautiful vamp. Michael has evolved and his story told little by little and in true Ana style she layed the bait and hooked me on another anti hero who seemed unredeemable and nothing more then a monster but she gave him a fated mate and that's when things changed. This is the last book in this series and Ana did one hell of a job wrapping up Michael and Angelique's story! Its full of angst, tear's,and the emotional turmoil that comes with truly loving someone and giving them the power to rip your heart out. Michael is distant and growing further away from angelique and she fears that after 500 years of michael fighting his demon side he's losing the battle. Awesome plot line and hot and steamy action! I want me a vampire that turns to mist to make love!!! That way of getting down was HOT!!! I will miss these characters so very much! This was a awesome take on the Dracula legend with all kinds of interesting back stories that flowed flawlessly from book to book. Ana Calin is a awesome writer and I can't wait to see what she does next! Until next time Luv's💞💋

Talk about action! This book has it all; and then some.

It has been a minute since I read Prince Michael The Bad, so to remember where it left off, I read it again! That’s what’s great about Ana’s books, they don’t get old. I could read and re-read them all and still want more. This installment of Dracula’s Bloodline series does not disappoint.

I have been a fan of Prince Michael the Bad since he was first introduced in this series. He was always “Bad” but there were glimpses of him that stayed with me. I have been looking forward to the conclusion of Michael and Angelique’s story. It was everything I hoped it would be; and then some.

I had a moment of clarity while I was reading this that surprised me. Angelique is a regular woman. In the world of the supernatural, she’s really nothing special. Yet she is. She is a woman who struggles with her own self-worth, much like many women, myself included. This isn’t something that Ana glosses over or minimizes, it is part of Angelique and it matters. She let Angelique share her insecurities with us. The fear of not being beautiful enough, or skinny enough, or tall enough, or simply not enough. I felt a kinship with her. I willing to bet many readers will. The beauty in this is that Michael still loves her. He doesn’t want the “perfect” woman; he wants HER! She may need to be convinced, or shown time after time, but don’t we all? I appreciate the realness of her character.

I think Ana has wrapped up the Dracula’s Bloodline series quite nicely in The Devil’s Son. She promises a bonus chapter that will bring us an update on all our favorites. I for one have made sure I’m subscribed to her newsletter so I can be notified as soon as it’s released. I can’t wait!

Thank you, Ana, for sharing these friends with us. It’s hard to know how a book or a series will be received by the readers. If it’s going to be loved, hated, or mediocre, that’s the risk of being an author. I’m grateful you didn’t hold back; you had the courage to write what you loved and sent it out to the world to be enjoyed by so many. I for one am a BIG FAN! Keep doin what you’re doin! I’ll be here waiting with anticipation for every new release. And to keep myself busy… I’ll just start over in my Ana Calin library!

I received an advanced copy of this book from the author in exchange for my honest review.

The Devils Son
By Anna Calin.

I am always astounded at the depths that this superb author is able to go, within the lives, of both the characters and those who are tightly involved within the world she has created.
You are never reading the adventure as a singular event, Ms Calin has the uncanny ability to look at all sides of what she is writing about which gives the reader an amazing view of the storyline as it develops and grows.
This series has been exciting from the start, but I have to admit “The Devils Son" has brought so many characters together it gives you a perfect understanding of how the events all came together with Michael finally taking on ‘The Serpent Lord' giving the series a terrific conclusion.
I don’t want to give to much away, but as is often the case there are a number of twists and turns that could easily throw you off the trail, perfectly tying up a number of situations that could have easily created a different pathway and twisted result, but Ms Calin giving us information about certain characters and how they ended up being part of the major battle that takes place, was something that was needed, so Dracula could end up dealing with the threat to his family and fated mate.. oops, enough of the details.
If you want to read a novel with plenty of excitement and action-packed drama with a twisted yet understandable scenario, then this is definitely the book for you.
I couldn’t put the book down until it was finished, and it left a heck of a story in my mind for some time after.
Take a leap and grab a copy.

I absolutely loved The Devils Son, I couldn't put it down and read it in one sitting, my son actually commented on the fact I hadn't moved in hours and all I could say was Book!
At the beginning I did get a bit annoyed with Angelique, what seemed her inability to take in to account the lives and safety of others. She was only interested in how she felt and what she wanted but she definitely redeemed herself. Michael tried keeping away from her as he was afraid as he turned himself over more to his inner demon that his mother had pledged him to as a child, he would end up hurting or killing Angelique also as his fated mate she was his only weakness which he knew would be used against him in the upcoming war. She was kept safely in a tower at Dracula's castle but no, she had to escape so she could help Michael.
All of the characters are so strong and well rounded, Angelique is a strong, devoted and incredibly brave character that won't be pushed around by anyone, be they vampire, demon or immortal. Michael is deep and not the monster he thinks, you can't not fall in love with him. There's one sex scene and it's one of the best I've ever read, it's amazing what mist can do 😍
The end is a good twist I didn't see coming, the battle is well written and what Geneva gets is perfect. I was so disappointed to actually finish it but needed to at the same time. I'm really looking forward to the family update in June.
I received this book as an ARC in return for an honest review, I loved it so much I immediately bought the whole series as I haven't read them.

This begins with Angelique alone and Michael gone what happened to there happy ending they were supposed to be fated. The enemy has come to Transylvania to Draculas door step the stage is set for a battle Michael has embraced his darkness and blood will be shed what will happen with Michael and Angelique. This is a short read that concludes and epic series based of Draculas bloodline but even at the end it gives you a glimpse of more to come and a greater enemy waiting to rise. There is angst, anger, passion, and love but not without sacrifice. My only complaint that its over somewhat it was way too short sigh I wanted more I will miss this dark series. Michael has definitely earned his name as the Bad Angelique was a little agitating a little to needy at times but by the end her character grew up and I cant wait to see where the author goes next with her character's.

I was allowed to read and advance copy of this book and this is my honest review.

Satisfying Ending to a Captivating Series

Let me start by saying I'm not a reader who craves book series. I prefer stand alone stories or maybe 2-3 in a series max. So I almost didn't read the first book in this one. I'm glad I didn't make that mistake.

Now that I've read the last book (maybe?) of this series, I can say with no doubt that this series is so captivating that it will probably remain amongst my favorites.

The characters are strong and easy to fall in love with. The author did such a good job of introducing and inter-weaving them into each story in a way that makes readers care about each one. It made their own stories more enjoyable and satisfying. (Side note: Rux and Vlad are my absolute favorite couple.)

The allure and action start from the first page of Book 1 and don't stop until the last page of Book 8. Some of the books are really short though, so it's also easy to get through the entire series pretty quickly.

Best Sex Scene Ever!!

The Devil's Son is the PERFECT finale to an already perfect series. The angst, the adrenaline and that sex scene... Uff, I almost screamed in excitement at 3 am when Michael licked her while in mist form. That scene is the best sexual encounter I have read among all of Ana's books.

The Devil's Son has a way of capturing tge reader that few books have. I almost read the whole thing in one sitting. The first 4 chapters have all the angst and romantic drama while the last two hold all the action. And boy what an ending. I was biting my nails to the very last page. This book is certainly a masterpiece, totally worth the delay in publication.

Honestly, I loved the book. I read it in one sitting and couldn't put it down. Michael is trying to stay away from Angelique so he can embrace his demon side to take down the Serpent King. Angelique is having none of that. I don't want to include any spoilers so I will leave it at that. We get cameos from some of our favorite characters throughout the series. At the end of a series, the final book more often than not disappoints, but Ana Calin did not let us down. I felt very satisfied with the ending. I tried forcing myself to slow down my reading pace when I knew I was getting close to the end. I highly recommend this book and the entire series!

Michael has Angelique secured in the tower at Dracula’s castle. He only comes to her at night as mist. He is slowly evolving into the deepest darkness within him~ Angelique will do anything to save Michael, turn the tides of the coming war, and be able to stay at his side. She will unknowingly hold him prisoner! He is different and is around Geneva once again…what is she doing by him? She is his enemy! Everyone will come to battle with the Serpents and destroy them…but it will cost the ultimate sacrifice in the end to give them even a chance of saving everyone in the human realm…just who will it be? This is a fantastical ending to the series you do not want to miss!

”The Devil’s Son- Dracula's Bloodline Book 8)” by Ana Calin is a tale of one Michael the Bad...a Vampyre with everything including a hidden hell spawn ...a terrifying part of himself that wasn’t needed until that aspect of himself was all he could call upon to deal with an enemy ..The Serpent Lord that threatened to destroy all he held dear...including his precious Angelique Serrano...a prize he refused to wager ...in a battle he intended to win.
Transylvania would never be the same. Read and see in this final installment of the Dracula Bloodline series .Much enjoyed and Highly Recommended. I voluntarily reviewed an Advanced Copy of this book.

I voluntarily read and reviewed this as an ARC
Danger, suspense, twists, turns, and a passionate love that won't be denied. Ana Calin delivers this and much more in this amazing conclusion to this series. A little secret, I don't normally read the last book in a series first and although that's what I did here, it only whetted my appetite to start at the beginning and learn all the characters and what led up to this. Some would ask "doesn't that blow the complete story?". My answer would be NOT AT ALL!!!

Fated Mates

Ana Calin’s eighth book in her ‘Dracula’s Bloodline’ series is heating up the charts. Michael and Angelique, the main characters, are fated mates but due to the war with the Serpent Lord, Michael has been pushing Angelique away in order to keep her safe. But Angelique is not having any of that. She demands to stand by her man no matter what. This story was so riveting with adventure and emotion I couldn’t put it down. Highly recommended and definitely a MUST read!

Pleasantly surprised!

I loved this series! The characters were fantastic, with true emotion and a willingness to go to the end for each other. There were a few misspelled words here and there but Dracula's Bloodline was a pleasure to read. I would recommend this to anyone over the age of 18.
