Daughters of Hecate Complete . . .

This is an incredibly good series where we meet Ophelia Turner who will capture the reader’s attention along the adventure ahead. She is expected to be the solution to a thousand year feud between vampires and witches. The courageous way she faces both the past and the future rushing toward her will let you know she will never give up, even if she doesn’t believe she is the “chosen one” they talk about. And if her own impressive strength is not enough, she can find what she needs in a magical sisterhood that binds her together with Vivienne, Lacey, and Mia. Having these books together in a complete series is ideal! You can set the pace for your own reading enjoyment, and you won’t miss anything along the way! Intriguing paranormal series!

At 9 years old Ophelia's mother, aunt, and sister were burned alive by witch Hunters. Had her mother's magic not hidden her, she would have died also. Even fleeing to the new world has not kept her safe. The Maleus still pursue her and most of the vampires in New York don't like her very much either. Ophelia has her job at Haven, a coffee shop, her familiar cat Suki, and her rock band boyfriend, but not really any friends or other witches until she spots another red-haired girl that makes her witchmark itch.

There was plenty of paranormal action in this exciting set of books. It really held my attention and I was absorbed in the books from start to finish. The storyline is creative and builds from book to book laying the foundation for a lot of other spinoff .books to follow, or at least I hope there will be since I really enjoyed these.

A good box set where you get the all the answers, it follows Ophelia's long life, and her friends she picks up along the way. Ophelia is a witch, who has seen many changes in her time. I enjoyed this series, it has danger, magic and mystic, and Ophelia isn't perfect but tries to do the right thing, and protect those around her.

I read most of these books separately and loved them. This is a great way to get the whole series at once. I loved the characters and the way they grew. It is an interesting world and has lots of action and suspense. The end was a surprise I did not see coming. I would recommend Meredith's books to anyone.

This is a great boxed set that takes the reader from beginning to end. It's a great pleasure to be able to binge an entire series without looking for individual books. I love magic and the fact that is was not predictable made for a great read. I Loved every page!

Ophelia, Lacy, and Maia have traits that every one can identify with. Their emotions are what we all go through and it makes you think of them as real. It's a book that gets your attention and keeps you reading until the end. Without giving anything away the next book will be a doozy!

Witches and Vampires!
This is a magical, easy to read, very unpredictable saga that has wonderful interesting characters. This is a wonderful story, that has dark sides, but you don't want to miss out on it, if you like witches and vampires. Looking forward to more books from this world.

I would have given this series 4 stars but like I always say, typos and errors take away from the enjoyment of reading the story. It seemed a couple times the author forgot what she wrote and made it annoying. It says "Complete Series" but it seems like there will be more.

This box surprised me. I couldn't stop read. I love the author’s approach to medieval witch hunts and the unfairness, envy, jealousy and greed that accompanied them.The characters are so well developed. Has a lot of action too. I won't give any spoiler, but I recommend the reading. You won't see the time pass. ;)
