„Fliegen aus dem Cockpit beantwortet“ von Hans Georg Rabacher ist eine absolute Leseempfehlung von mir für alle, die mehr rund um das Fliegen wissen wollen.
Das Buch ist kompakt und die Informationen sind leicht verständlich, auch wenn man sich mit dem Thema nicht gut auskennt.
Das Lesen hat wirklich Spaß gemacht und ich habe viel Neues lernen können. Auch empfehlenswert für die, die Angst vor dem Fliegen haben - das erlernte Wissen kann einem in manchen Situation bestimmt die Sorgen nehmen.

Amazingly woven like an interesting spell. I didn't think this book was going to be this good. It was , as you might expect , engaging , a total different piece of art from every aspect.
It sets a very high bar for whatever he does that comes next.

✈️It was a lovely read "FLYING : answers from inside the cockpit" is an absolute necessity read hard cover book! The Author Hans George Rabacher who's himself a pilot beautifully explains the queries of passengers about which you'll find nowhere but in this BOOK. 👨✈️
✈️Travelling through airways for the first time would make me very nervous and I will have a lots of questions filled inside me. I am sure the same happens with many people as well. So this book is the direct answers to all those questions.
✈️The best thing I liked about this book is that is very tranquil to understand and offers practical advice with every minute details for reader's understanding.😊

Bought as gift for a teen with an interest in flying. Read carefully first to not damage the backing or mark any pages due to my own interest in subject. (So, is this “re-gifting”?)
Easy to read, probably middle school and up level. It answers general questions such as why meals are served and why gastrointestinal gas issues while flying but also provides simple explanations of how planes fly, instrument systems, and maintenance. It explained mental, academic, and licensing requirements for pilots and job duties of flight crew members. Some points of interest included were the accumulated pollution and radiation hazards to crew; a day of recovery from jet lag is needed for each time zone crossed; and the continued use of different measurement systems in various countries.
Simple, easy read that would be great young adult gift.

An engaging and informative read that delves into the intricacies of commercial aviation. The book covers a wide range of topics, from the science behind wing shapes to the reasons for certain in-flight phenomena. I found myself learning quite a few new things.
However, I felt that the book could have been elevated by including more personal anecdotes and examples from the author's extensive experience as a professional pilot. While the factual information is well-presented and easy to understand, a more personal touch would have added depth and relatability to the narrative. Still an interesting read.

Interesting but basic book. There were some really good chapters which would have enthralled me much more had they been expanded on. This is a good read for the commercial flight novice.

Ich kann dieses Buch jedem, der mehr über das Fliegen und Flugzeuge erfahren möchte, nur wärmstens empfehlen! Die vermittelten Informationen werden kompakt und leicht verständlich überbracht und man lernt ganz viel Neues über das Fliegen dazu. Es hat mir einige Ängste genommen, da ich nun Erklärungen für gewisse Vorgänge beim Fliegen bekommen habe! Somit eine große Empfehlung für diejenigen, die Flugangst haben! Dieses Buch kann einem bestimmt einige Sorgen nehmen!
