I was never really a fan of manhuas. Every time I tried to read one, I almost always get disappointed. But this manhua proves to be different. I love the fact the story is not a drag, unlike most manhuas. I like that there are enough backstory, enough drama, and puns. I love how the author portrayed relationships from all angles and how she (assuming that Dolee is a woman because of google) showed that not all end up with a happy ending.
I admire Erin's perseverance and alpha attitude. I aspire to be like her and, I was so happy that she ended up with Henry. On the other end, I feel so disheartened with what Greg went through. I just wished he could have explained his side well so that the miscommunication between him and Erin would have been resolved, without them ending up being both emotionally hurt.
I'm probably never going to reread this but this deserves a 5-star rating since it partially took off my stress from med school this week.
Comedy + Understanding and mutual respect + Professional badassery + Romance One of my favourite manhua's, yet very underrated. If you can't stand over drawn miscommunications, immature leads and/or toxic relationships this funny fluff-puff is for you. ["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>
