We’ve witnessed heartbreak after heartbreak with the Williams brothers. Anything that can go wrong in a family has happened to them; losing their youngest brother to suicide, childhood sexual assault, losing a father to the prison system, and their mother leaving them, choosing drugs over her four precious sons. The Williams brothers already know what it feels like to experience heartbreak and pain, but in the finale, they will get everything they deserve and worked so hard for. The pain of losing Taahid will never be easy on them, but at least they’re coping and finding a way to seek justice for their little brother. Then, there’s Sage and Jordynn. From the outside looking in, the two of them have a friendship that most women would envy, but once the truth comes out, can anyone blame Sage for wanting to kill Jordynn? How does one deal with this kind of betrayal? As easy as it would be for Sage to end Jordynn’s life, she has to consider her beautiful baby girl who looks up to her. Sage is the only parent Iyanni has left. With a new baby on the way and a relationship that has shown her the true meaning of love, our hopes are high that Sage doesn’t lose everything due to one impulsive act. This is the finale to Dem Boyz From Da Bottom. Secrets will be revealed, friendships will be tested, lives will be lost, and in the end, we’re hoping for a big happy ending. Hopefully these boyz from da bottom can finally overcome their struggles and move boldly into the next phase of their lives. If anyone deserves a break from pain and suffering, it’s definitely the Williams brothers.
Loved everything about this series!! Taliban stood on business when it came to his brothers. Him meeting Sage was exactly what he needed in his life. She was dealing with some traumatic situations in her life and still was able to keep her heart open to love. I loved all of the Willams brothers and I just wanted them all to win. So happy it’s a spin off because I’m not ready to let them go.
I loved the character development! These boys have been through so much- they deserved all the good things that came to them and more. In the last two books Suki really got on my nerves but I was so proud of her growth in this book. I hate what happened to her but I’m glad that she got away with her life and was able to be a better mom and co parent.
Whew I loved this series!! I mean it just gave me all of the feels. This was the perfect wrap up to the Williams' story. Taliban lawd this man is so damn fine and distracting every time he came on the page😫😫 I mean, I just whew. Let me take my inappropriate thoughts, but just know that chocolate, thoughtful, determined man has me ready to risk it all goodness. Teddy came a long way, he really worked my nerves in the previous book with the bs he was on. However, I'm glad that Celine and him worked it out and their little family is prospering. I was glad to see that he realized he deserved real love and more importantly Celine definitely didn't deserve the shii he was dishing out. Seeing him become a man was everything. I look forward to seeing him get it all the way together. Tremaine didn't deserve any of the mess he was dragged into and I'm glad he was able to live out his dreams despite the bs. His story could have went all the way left, like so many other brown boys have in the past. This series covered loss, love, life after loss, overcoming abuse, protecting your family, staying steadfast in your goals, overcoming addiction, and rebuilding fractured families. I mean Diamond gave us EVERYTHING and she owes me nothing. Now let me go read the hundred other follow up books lol!
Oh and I'm mad Jordynn didn't even get pinched uugh. She deserves ALL of the smoke 😒
Whew! With everything that happened during books 1 and 2, I didn’t know if my boys would come out on top, but they did!
Taliban - Mr. Williams himself is living good and feeling great thanks to his hard work, dedication, and a solid woman on his side. Everything good that happened for Taliban during book 3 was rightfully deserved after everything he went through. 🥰
Teddy - He drove me insane during the beginning of book 3. I understood why he was the way he was, but I got so tired of him making excuses for hurting Celine. Eventually he was able to get his sh*t together because he needed Celine at the end of the day.
Tremaine - Ain’t God good? Thats all I’ma say. If you read book 2 then you know. 🙏🏽 He’s on the field and doing what he was meant to do.
Sage - I will forever love Sage because she is a real one. Even while going through the worst betrayal ever, she was able to hold it down. Now, did she have issues with trusting Taliban? Yes, but could you trust that easily after being betrayed like that?
Demetri - See you in hell, 🥷!
Jordynn - Part of me started to feel bad for her, but you know what, what’s done in the dark will always come to the light.
Suki - I’m happy that she FINALLY woke the hell up and got it together.
Montana - HEYYYY, daddy! 😏
Finally, the Williams parents were able to get themselves together.
THE EPILOGUE!!!!!!!! 🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹 “I probably scared the Black out of him with my approach, but hey, it worked.” Yes, it did, baby. 😫
Again, there were some long winded moments, but all in all, this series was good and it kept me entertained. Now, let me go ahead and visit Montana and auntie Alecia. 👀🥰
What a ride it’s been. I loved Talban and his BDE self. He dealt with so much and even kept reassuring Sade he wasn’t Apollo. Sade was so damaged from Apollo but managed to heal and be loved by Taliban and his family. Teddy and Celine finally getting there HEA. Tre getting justice he deserved. There was no need for Ambers POV. Jordynn has to be the most delusional bxtch ever. I don’t know how she thought Sade was just going to figure her. Taahid made sure karma got all they asses. I can’t wait to for Alecia and Montana BDE story.
4..7 perfect way to wrap this series up! Dem boyz & Sage!!!!
Started from the bottom now we here , started from Bottom now my whole team freaking here!!! I like this series alot . It was up/down , drama everything you could imagine a lot of OMGGG! But the ride was worth it. It’s sage boss ish and the way she was in general strong women cause the things she went through and add Taliban in the mix. He was just a real one he hold it down for his family and how he was just so destiny to make thing shake and to have sage believe him the way she did was really a breathe of fresh air cause I wanted all of them to Win so bad! Those two together magic! They really brought out the best in each other and I was here for it!
I was happy they got justice for Taahid cause that broke me ! & everybody that was trifling got what they deserve . So now issue here .
Dem boyzzz!! Let me see if she did a story on Montana & Alecia cause I know it going to be good asf!!!
I loved this entire series. There were a lot of ups and downs but I’m satisfied with how everything turned out. I think the award for most growth goes to Teddy. I don’t want to give away too much but I’m proud of how his character changed. The epilogue...Taahid... I shed a few thug tears on that part 😂 Diamond did great with this series. I’m most definitely looking forward to reading about Mr Montana in the spin off because he was giving off ENERGY.
4.5⭐️’s I’m so happy Suki got her mess together. I’m loving this series and family and I can’t wait to get into the next book. Teddy is definitely my favorite character.
All I can say is, this author has gained a new fan with this series! TALIBAN! What a man! I’m so glad Teddy got his shit together because I was voting for Celine to leave his ass. The brothers went through so much and I’m happy they got justice for Taahid. I cried in the first book when Tremaine found him in that bathroom. I hope Demetri rots in hell and honestly I hope Apollo trifling ass down there too. Jordynn should’ve had her ass beat one good time. Dem boys made it out the bottom for real! Taliban and Sage’s love gave me all the feels 🥹 can’t wait to start reading the spin off series
This series hand my emotions all over the place I was angry, cried and laughed. I loved the Williams brothers that Taliban is bae he was a boss I loved the way he provided for Tremaine, Tedman and Taahid. Sage was a perfect match for Taliban she never judged him just helped him get to the next level. Tedman finally got things right with Celine. I swear I felt that Shanice pain from her son's that tugged at my heart this series was everything.💓❤💗💟💝💖💞💕 job well done
What can I say other than this ENTIRE SERIES was bomb?! The way this author touched on the issues African Americans face in our homes and communities on a daily basis was brilliant! The love stories that unfolded in the midst of all the betrayal and past traumas had me me reading with my hand over my heart while trying not to cry! And hunni if you’re into spicy sex scenes, this is definitely the series for you! I can’t wait to read this spin-off so I can see what my boo Montana gone do!
I really loved these brothers for real. They all have their own personalities and things going on but they were never without love for each other. Add in Celine and Sage and you have yourself a nice story line. I am glad justice was served period for every person that needed it. The growth and closure this last part came with was definitely needed. I can't wait to read about Tremaine and the rest in the spinoff.
This was a wonderfully written book The Williams Brothers have been through a lot. The oldest brother Taliban held his brothers down and did what he had to do. I won't give anything away. I look forward to reading more about the Williams family and their friends. It was an absolute pleasure reading this series.
This series was an emotional roller coaster. The author discussed or featured very heavy emotional topics. It was suicide, molestation, abandonment,, drugs and mention of rape. Well this was Vastly different from her other works of fiction, it held an equally important role. It not only entertained but educated readers. Unfortunately the characters will be relatable to a lot of us in many ways and I hope they will also serve as a lesson for those who are not in similar situations to be aware of in those who aren’t a part of their lives.
I come from an area called the bottoms were everyone knows each other and this book ressinanate with my heart. Lest just say I could not read this book without shedding tears and connecting with each and every character. Taahid broke my heart but the sad truth bullying has been going on back when I was kid before the internet was so popular imagine what is now what a weapon it can become. Loved tis book......
I love this book. I also love the characters. The storyline was enticing and entertaining. I love how the brothers fought for the memory of their little brother that committed suicide. The saying every dog has his day is so true in this book I don't want to give anything away but you will love the series.
This series was wholesome lol. I loved it. While reading this series I was completely taken aback. It was nothing like the story I had made up in my mind lol. The journey these brothers went on was everything including Taahid. I enjoyed seeing the growth them especially Teddy. I had high hopes for him and he exceeded. Can’t wait to see where life takes the Williams and their families.
This book was good but it could've been better. It started with the death of a man by someone close and I wish it was nurtured to speak on it more. Showing how the friend went abt it and the drama behind it would've made it better instead it was only a few chapters within the 3 books that spoke it him before his demise. Too many characters were irrelevant in having their own chapters and this final installment...I didn't think adding new characters POV was necessary where it could've been placed somewhere else. Not saying it was bad but construction would've been good when following along. Also in the beginning of the book the children were 4...birthdays were in a couple months and didnt turn 5 until damn near the end of the book but someone's pregnancy was almost over...maybe it's me, but seems timing was off too.
I’m so happy for the Williams Brothers . Taliban , Teddy , Tramaine, R.I.P. Taahid , He’s handsome men has struggled from the bottom, now their wealthy. Taliban is the oldest and held down the fort to work hard to take care all of his brothers. In part 1 and 2 he met Sage a beautiful dark skin young lady . Who had a heartbreak from betrayal of a best friend and dead fiancé Oh he thought he could never have in his life. She became his background is everything she loaned him in the money get his security company up and running and now it’s successful .sometimes in life you got to have that strong woman to back you up to get where you need to be .it’s not about putting a brother down it’s about bringing a brother up if you have the means to do so. She’s a lawyer so she has the means to support his dream.she love him that much I’m happy for them they have their own child and accept her child as his own. He has also has a son. They also fight for the little brother Tahaad he committed sucicide. Taliban fought the rights and won the lawsuit of the education department in Miami Florida. About bullying. His other brother Tremain want a lawsuit from a girl that he used to date that line on him and try to ruin his football career he won the lawsuit of that. Teddy was fight his personal issues and overcome them .with their mother is reunited with them..every brother came out on top victory God knows exactly what he’s doing I’m so happy for each last brother that has women in there corner and their families. God is watch and delivered blessings to the Williams Brothers, can’t wait to read the next installment. With Tramaine.
I loved this series from beginning to end. I was hooked at book 1. Taliban us the man. He is rough with a perfect balance of softness. This series also touched on a two serious issues that plagues the black community daily but is often swept under the rug. I appreciate that while this is fiction that the author allowed the characters to process what life had thrown at them and gave them chance to heal. I love how Sage saw the vision Taliban had for himself and didn't write him off from their first encounter. The emotional support that both Sage and Taliban gave one another is what life is about because it will never always be perfect. I love me some Teddy too and glad to see his growth and loved Celine for him as well. As for Jordynn she will feel the consequences of her actions daily. Apollo well let's just say I'm glad he was already gone and a reminder sometimes is those closest to you that will do you wrong. I can't wait for the spinoff because I know aunt Aleca and Montana will be explosive. Again great series don't make us wait too long 🔥😊😊❤❤
My goodness what a wonderful story that I just read. This was a story about four brothers lives and how they were able to cope being it only black, but male with no parental guidance and only a corrupted system that is destined to destroy at every single turn. The ladies in there, the one god had created fir them, were strong, resilient, intelligent and very different. Of course we get the baby mamas, the baby daddies, the mother’s antics, the best friends betrayals, the jealousies and beautiful loves, but what you will not have is cheating once an official commitment has been made. Everyone was dealt with accordingly, from Suki and Eli, to Amber and Tremaine, to Jordyn and Demetri, and the biggest crown was the school system facilitating bullying and lastly child molestation. Now, let me see if I can found me another MS. Johnson because baby, this woman right here will always give you the best that she got.
Whew chile i dont even know where to start. Taliban, the epitome of a strong black man! He raised his 3 brothers when he was just a kid. And the sacrifices he made daily to make sure they had what they needed and all without selling drugs. I cried real tears every time i read his chapters. I dont have much to say about Tedman except for i was happy he got his s**t together. Tremaine showed some pretty strong traits as well. Eventho he did have some moments when he broke down. Now Baby Boy Taahid messed me up when he killed himself. Once again i cried real tears. If only he wouldve opened up a little about what was going on with him at school. But I completely understood his reasoning. He didnt want his brothers to look at him and treat him differently. That poor baby was so depressed and i could literally hear his soul crying out to be free. Im gonna end this review right here because im getting emotional again. But Ms. Diamond, this was a WELL written story.
Omg I loved this series, I shed many tears reading this series. Them Williams Brothers Was My Babies. Now That Taliban He Was Zaddyyyy All Day. That Man Was One Of A Kind. The Way He Loved Sage Was Something Women Search For These Days. I Know I Do. Taliban Was Such A Good Stand Up Guy The Love He Had For His Brothers Was So Unconditionally. I’m happy he got Shanice (His Mama) the help she needed. Teddy is crazy asf lol but he just love different. I’m happy Amber didn’t get away with doing Tremanie Wrong. I Hate Taahid did what he did but I’m happy Sage push Taliban to don’t give up on fighting for Taahid. Jordyn was never Sage best friend because you don’t do no shit like that to your best friend. I’m happy Sage let go of her past. Apollo was a dirty asf frfr. Celine didn’t not play with Teddy butt at all. I can’t wait to read spin off.
I cried, laugh and sometimes yell while flipping the pages. I’m glad that all the hard work and sacrifices Taliban made were appreciated. He definitely deserved his moment,Sage I’m glad she decided to let go of her past with Apollo and enjoyed what she had with Taliban, Jordynn didn’t mean her any good and their friendship was definitely one sided. Teddy the way Celine had him stressing was well deserved but I saw his growth. Tremaine he’s one step closer to his dreams and I know he’s going to make his family proud.Shanice she finally did something for her kids and it’s exactly what they needed. Now Montana I can’t wait to read about him, his confidence alone is on one thousand but Alecia won’t make it easy...
