My only complaint is its too short. Hope he brings us more pasta masterpieces soon.

I had no idea that making pasta was so easy! One thing that he does that I don't remember others doing is that he rolls his pasta twice on each setting. Is that the key? Lots of great sounding recipes accompany the pasta but I was also hoping for more graphic colored pasta designs and different shapes. But looking forward to reading more of his books.

Good cookbook with an amount of detail that makes beautiful looking food accessible without over complicating things.
