Secrets (Web of Sin #1):

This book SUCKED. ME. IN! I didn't want to finish it in one day, because I wanted to take the journey Araneae was on. Sterling, this man is full of power and mystery and we haven't begun to get a glimpse of him beneath his surface. I also love how Aleatha portrayed the scenery as if I'm really there. I trust she is going to put us through one hell of ride with a lot of secrets, twists and turns that I'm not even sure I can conjure up, but I have already started to put some theories together. I can't wait to see how it plays out.
This book does end on a cliffy and each book in the trilogy must be read in order.
Lies (Web of Sin #2):

Wow, I thought for sure this one was going to be a solid 4 stars, but the last few chapters totally bumped it up to 5 stars. Aleatha has done her research on the Chicago profile. Being a native myself (and also recently moved to Colorado), I remember on the news when Alinea's restaurant was mentioned and how long the reservations were lol. We learn about some things that happen in the past and the ending has me thrown in a different direction that I didn't see coming. I can't wait for the finale!
Promises (Web of Sin #3):

Wow, there were a lot of things that happened in here that I wasn't expecting....at...all! This was so good and a great conclusion to the trilogy. It had the right amount of action and heat. The ending is very bittersweet and I'm curious to see what the new trilogy will be about.

Brilliant trilogy.
SECRET.
Sterling Sparrow WOW!!!
This book is just brilliant from start to finish. I couldn't put it down the story and characters are just to additive. I 've been looking forward to this book since I heard about it. I m a big fan of this author her Infidelity series is just amazing and Nox is my favourite character of hers. But I think Sterling Sparrow as just taken first place wow is just a everything you want in a hero. He's a total alpha and can be a total butt. There so many side of him that you are in this book and it's only the first book. He can be so domineering and in your face then he's caring and gentle. He had my head so over the place but god I luvd him straight away. It's hard not fall for him he's so sexy and just drop dead gorgeous. There isn't many heroes that have done that to me. I m DYING for more of him.
Kennedy/Araneae what can I say she is just had great as Sterling. She has had to deal with a lot from a young age but has dealt with everything so well and now has got a great business under her beat. But things can't alway stay perfect and deep down she knows that her past is goin to come back and haunt her. She just didn't know it was goin to be a sexy tall strong alpha guy like Sterling.
The chemistry between them from the start was so hot. Araneae has not had anyone telling her to do in a long time she is so independent. So have this guy demand her to do things didn't really go down to well. Plus Sterling isn't used to people well woman do has he says. So let's just say these two butt heads pretty much from the start. I understand where both characters are coming from so I find it really hard to take sides. But I do think that they need to each other it might not come across that way but I think they do. I just think that Araneae doesn't need to listen to Sterling a lil bit more but after the way this book ended I m not sure of anything.
I highly recommend this book I honestly can't say enough good things about it. The story is addictive I hated putting it down. I was dying to know how things were goin to go. I got frustrated with both characters at times but I still luvd them. I really luv it when I get a book like this that has my gripped from start to finish. The ending is still killing me. I can't believe that it ended where it did. So I m begging that we don't have to wait to long. I need more of this series and more of Sterling Sparrow.

I m luving this series so much. Lies is the second book in this trilogy. It's just as good as the first book. The story started where the last one finished thank god. That cliffy was a killer I was dying for this book and it was brilliant.
Araneae and Sterling's story is getting so intense. I thought it mite if slowed down just a little bit not a chance this book is just as crazy. Araneae still doesn't really now what is right and wrong or what's lies and the truth. There are just so many secrets goin on it hard for her to keep up with. But for me it's just great. I really like Araneae she is so sassy stubborn and strong. Even when she is confused she still holds her own when Sterling is being his strong alpha self she stands up to him. She has been independent for to long to let this crazy sexy guy stop her from doin things. But there connection even in a short space of time is just getting stronger and stronger. But there is still that small bit of doubt that's is he telling her the truth.
I 'll say it again Sterling is amazing. Yes he is annoying and bossy but he has his reasons. Living in the world he has been brought into isn't easy and in this book we do find out more. There is still so much more to know about him and Araneae. But it's hard to fall for this sexy men. He really is becoming one of my favourites. The way he protects Araneae is great I know it annoys her but there is reason for him being like this. There connection is so hot and they are just so good together. Araneae does mellow him out in some ways and he needs it. He has been too guy for a while he needs his but if sunshine.
I m dying for more of this series. Again the way this book finished has killed me. Why why why does it have to end there I was so into the story i didn't even think the end was near than bang it's over. Lucky I luv my kindle and wouldn't throw it. I luv this authors writing she just knows how to get hooked into the story. I get sucked into her books every time. I would highly recommend this book. You do need to read Secrets first but you won't be disappointed Sterling and Araneae story is amazing. I m on the edge of my seat throughout the whole thing can't wait for the final part.

This book was so good I 've been looking forward to finally getting the answers I wanted from this series. There have been so many twists and turns going on this series and this book was no different. Araneae and Sterling haven't had an easy ride. They have had everything thrown at them and in this book it's just the same. My heart breaks for Araneae she doesn't know what is goin on the secrets and lies just keep coming. It's only Sterling that is keeping her sane. I luv that man! He will do anything for this woman that was alway meant for him and now he has her there isn't a chance he's letting go. So he will do anything to protect her.
I really enjoyed this book. The story throughout as been so addictive. I 've been hooked from the start. The twists and turns were alway so good and just made it so good. They really kept me in my toes. Even though there is a lot of suspense through this series the romance was still there. Sterling and Araneae are amazing characters. They have both changed so much throughout this series. Araneae has gotten so much stronger and Sterling has finally let someone in that he can trust and love. That was something he never thought would happen. This just made me luv him more. I would highly recommend this book and series. You do have to read it in order and there is cliffys so be warned but it is worth it. The story just keeps getting better and better with every book. I m so excited to see what this author does next.

I read these as they were released and loved them so much. You can read them and not have to wait for the next book to release. I have included each review for the books as I read them. I hope you love them too.
Book 1: If you have been waiting for the next book for Aleatha, I can tell you that the wait is worth it. You will not be disappointed, you will be sad that it ends so soon but there will be more. And more of Sterling Sparrow is a very good thing.
Sterling Sparrow is as sexy, demanding, and intriguing as any hero that Aleatha has written before. He will leave you breathless and wanting more from him.
Aranea is the woman he has waited for his life for because she belongs to him. But he must tell her the "Secrets" of her past and keep her safe. But she is a strong, independent woman that has a sassy mouth that Sterling finds appealing but he has to make her see that he is the one to protect her.
So grab this book and enjoy the roller coaster ride, keep your hands in, hang on tight and lose yourself in the pages of "Web of Sin".
Book 2: This is book 2 in the Web of Sin series and it picks up where book 1 ended.
While Sterling promises to not keep anything from Araneae, he is finding it harder each day to tell her the whole truth. But the more she knows the more danger she could be in.
Araneae stills fight Sterling on running Sinful Threads, her business with her BFF, but Sterling has a bad feeling about a few things that he can not explain. But he has to keep Araneae safe. That is his main concern and he will do anything to keep her safe.
This story brings all of the dark romance that I love from Aleatha Romig. But that is not all it is, it is also filled with suspense, love, intrigue, twist & turns, and an emotional roller coaster ride that will leave you wanting more. I love this series and can't wait to see how it ends.
If you haven't read book 1 yet, please do before you read this one. You don't want to miss anything. Have you been “Aleatha’d” yet? You should.
Book 3: I couldn't wait to get my hands on this one and when I did, I didn't want it to end. It was the perfect mix of romance and who done it that kept me on the edge of my seat and wanting more.
Sterling promised to help Araneae to learn the secrets of her past and to tell which are lies. And why there are people out to get to her. He has come to realize that she is the one person that can save him.

Book 2: This is book 2 in the Web of Sin series and it picks up where book 1 ended.

Araneae stills fight Sterling on running Sinful Threads, her business with her BFF, but Sterling has a bad feeling about a few things that he can not explain. But he has to keep Araneae safe. That is his main concern and he will do anything to keep her safe.
This story brings all of the dark romance that I love from Aleatha Romig. But that is not all it is, it is also filled with suspense, love, intrigue, twist & turns, and an emotional roller coaster ride that will leave you wanting more. I love this series and can't wait to see how it ends.

Book 3: I couldn't wait to get my hands on this one and when I did, I didn't want it to end. It was the perfect mix of romance and who done it that kept me on the edge of my seat and wanting more.

This is one of my favorite all time stories! The intrigue, drama and suspense are off the charts! A page turner that you do NOT want to miss! This final installment in the Web of Sin Series is amazing! Secrets pulls you in, Lies keeps you frantically turning the pages and Promises unravels all of the mysteries and twisted web in this dark underworld of corruption. Sterling Sparrow doesn't think his dark twisted heart deserves or will ever experience love, but Araneae McCrie shows him differently. The love Sterling has for Araneae is all encompassing and turns him into a better human being, which is a feat considering the terrible environment he was born into and raised in.
The talent that Aleatha Romig has with weaving a story while building her complex and intriguing characters is amazing! Fantastic conclusion to Web of Sin! I was sent a copy of this set and I am choosing to leave my voluntary review.

Aleatha tells an intriguing story full of twists and turns. Secrets and lies were revealed. Promises were made and kept. Sterling Sparrow is an intriguing man. Araneae McCrie is a woman who’s life is full of unknown secrets and Sterling is the one who holds the answers. I loved this series and all the characters.

The Web of Sin trilogy is one that I highly recommend to you to read. I have been addicted to Araneae and Sterling’s story from the very first chapter. Filled with twists and turns throughout, I’m certain you’ll become consumed discovering the truth too.

Hooked from the very first chapter, I literally did not want to put my Kindle down. Why it has taken me so long to read this story I do not know. Better late than never as they say.
I loved the twists and turns throughout this narrative. Aleatha Romig has me intrigued, and I love the way she's feeding me little titbits of information to hold my attention yet leaves me wanting more.
I love Araneae's strength. She's not frightened (too much) to go up against Sterling and make demands - whether that be answers or measures. Of course, this mysterious alpha is most certainly in charge of situations. I can't wait to see what happens next!

This trilogy couldn't have a better series title. Web of Sin is exactly what this storyline is about – a spider living within a web of sin, and the three books Secrets, Lies and I'm assuming Promises perfectly describe the narrative beneath that particular cover.
I absolutely love Araneae and Sterling's story. It is a complex storyline with many twists and turns which at times I do struggle to follow. However, I do find the developing storyline does help with my understanding through adding more information.
I am so glad I'm not Araneae as I've no idea who to trust right now. I am desperate to discover what happens next for her and learn the truth regarding her existence.
I highly recommend Lies to you to read. The storyline of Araneae and Sterling continues on from where Secrets left us so you obviously need to read that novel first.

I have loved reading Sterling and Araneae’s story. If you are looking for an easy, laid back read this is not it. There are an abundance of secrets and lies shared in the first two books of this trilogy, and Promises concludes this storyline and reveals the truth surrounding Araneae’s existence.
I absolutely loved that I didn’t know who to trust throughout this trilogy. There was always a seed of doubt in my mind about some of the main characters and the outcome of situations. On the whole I found this story grabbed and held my attention, although there were times when I felt that the same message was being repeated, only in different circumstances.
I highly recommend Promises to you to read. This is the final book in a trilogy so please read Secrets and Lies first and in that order.

Strap in for a wild ride
I was captivated by this series, and having it in a box set to keep cruising until the end is great. Don't be surprised when you can't put it down!
Secrets
Hearing this book played out in audiobook makes it feel so much bigger and intense. The secrets and unanswered questions mount with each chapter. Kennedy and Sterling have a chemistry that’s palpable, but I found myself disturbed by all the non-answers and power plays he did over Kennedy. The way he used their attraction to manipulate infuriated me. I’m hooked and can’t wait to see what happens next, but I so hope Kennedy puts him in his place and stands up to him. She’s portrayed as being his queen and so strong, but yet he treats her like a possession. Oh to see what’s next!
Lies
I’m in limbo over this story! There are so many unknowns and secrets and lies, its’ hard to find the surface. The chemistry between Araneae and Sterling is off the charts hot, but I get so frustrated with him ignoring her demands and telling her he’s keeping her safe. But even more frustrating is that she gives in and wavers each time. I have high hopes for the final book. I hope they find even footing and balance between his demands and avoidance involving her in the past she knows nothing about. Both books so far have continued to talk about how strong and full of light Araneae is, that I hope she gets her due and the answers left hanging so far! I’ve enjoyed listening to this in audiobook. There’s just something that pulls you in and makes it feel so real when you hear it.

There was no doubt after reading books one and two that I would have to read book three, and there were so many high times, it was great. I listened to the audiobook, and the narrators were super in making you feel and experience the story. Highly recommend reading and listening to this one.

Wow! What an intricate web of sins! This is my first time reading Aleatha Roming, but it certainly won’t be my last. AR is a talented story teller. This trilogy is full of secrets and lies and our heroine, Araneae McCrie aka Kennedy Hawkins aka Renee Marsh, is the key to unlocking them all…or is she?
This story takes place within the span of about three months with a day by day play by play. As Araneae learns more about her past and present we are with her in the moments. We go through the emotions with Araneae and Sterling as they meet, battle for power (whew! crazy sexual tension!), and become more. I enjoyed this way of story telling although my attention did start to wane in the middle of the second book. This is a slower paced story and there’s not as much action as I anticipated. I especially loved that we got four first person POVs throughout the story. It really is a story of revelations as Araneae learns about herself and all the people that greatly influenced her life. She’s named after the spider and although others spun the web, she won’t let them dictate who she is no matter what name she does by. Araneae is so strong, resilient, and intelligent and I absolutely loved her character. Sterling is definitely an alpha hole, especially at the beginning, but to see how Araneae affects him is an entertaining thing to read. Even through he claimed Araneae, she’s the one that possessed him and a heart that he didn’t think he had. She brought Sterling to HIS knees. One of my favorite parts/lines, and I have numerous highlights, is this from Sterling: “Araneae McCrie scared me in an unfamiliar way. Though she’d been mine for nearly two decades, I was woefully unprepared for how she’d affect me, how much I would enjoy basking in her sunlight.”
I refuse to give anything more away as to not take away from reader enjoyment, but if you love a strong heroine, an alpha man who’s heart beats for said heroine, mystery, suspense, and steamy romance this is the trilogy for you.

Amazing as always

Growing up she was left in her own at 16 told never to return to Chicago. Fast forward, she has successfully business with her best friend that brings her back.

Nothing Better
There is nothing you can say that has not been said before. This author is truly amazing. I have loved this authors work since I read consequences, and this box set lets you know that she gets better and better with each book. Araneae and Sterling story really was a mystery it kept me guessing. That's something I like

THIS is why I read Aleatha Romig books!
Oh man! Ms. Romig did it AGAIN! Another incredible love story - this one between Sterling Sparrow and Kennedy Hawkins. So much mystery to be solved, so much love to be had! I voraciously read through the entire series hardly stopping to acknowledge I was starting a new book. I HAD to know the WHY and HOW. An absolutely awesome story.

Spiders, Webs and Sin
I've never been a fan of spiders, but this trilogy made me like one........I do love a bucket full of saucy sin especially when mixed with Alpha males, sassy women and brilliant storyline and Aleatha Romig is fantastic at doing all that with her beautiful characters.
Ready for the rest of the series now.

There are no words to describe how much I loved the three books. Aleatha is an amazing author and I loved all characters, which were superbly developed. Highly recommended.

Could not put this book down. Loved this series, loved the characters. Want so much more from the entire series. I so wanted Sterling to share more about what happened to Mason, but will read his books to find out. Not many books I would read again, but S&A will certainly be added to that list.

Good read
Good read. Lots of drama and action. Sterling was overprotective and borderline obsessive. And that got tiring. Araneae was annoyingly naive. It has some good parts just wish she took a stand and got away. Believe this could have been one book.

This series sucked me in for sure! It was hard to put down and not read straight through! The twists and turns kept coming and will keep you on the edge of your seat wanting to know what’s next! One of those series I hated to end.

Riveting!
Web of Sins Series Books 1-3 by Aleatha Romig: 5 stars!
This is a riveting storyline with so many twists, and constant revelations. Also. Engaging characters. Karma. True love. Along with a fast pace, mob threats, and really good writing.

This trilogy is Sparrow and Araneae's story. I have rated all three books separately, so please go to each to see my actual review. The Sparrow world is just beginning and the book is very well written. Over all for these first three books of the series I give 4 stars.

This is just so awesome. I have been glued to the pages until I finished. It made me breathless at times. The story was unbelievable, the characters great and the love story is absolutely brilliant!! Just loved it!!

Great series. This is the first books I’ve read from this author. I love mob stories and a strong female forced to do something to protect others. This has it all. Mystery, love, twists and turns, but most so all a happy ending.
