The book explains how to improve your life as well as to make others peoples lives better. He uses stories of other people that have dealt with problems to show how they made it through their worst days. One thing I liked about the book was the stories he gave because I got to see how badly other people are treated and how they got through their problems. Another thing I liked about the book was the repetition of the quotes just to show extra emphasis on your purpose. One main motif that the book showed me is that you need to embrace your uniqueness. I would definitely read this book again.

This book goes through many experiences that people have had, and how changing certain things can really improve your life. It is crucial to really value yourself and it will really affect everything and everyone else in your life. I really liked how it gave me many things to think about and things to improve on. A main motif is that he continues to mention that it is up to you to improve and it all starts with how you look at yourself. I think this is an excellent book for everyone to read!

Overall, I really enjoyed reading this book. It was interesting to hear about others and their stories. This was a great, quick read for anyone looking to learn how to become a better person. The main purpose of this book was to understand your intrinsic value and not let others affect that because they can't. I recommend this book to everyone. It is a must-read.
