Me he leído este libro justo después del primero y, sinceramente, me ha gustado bastante más. El cliché de que sea el mejor amigo del hermano me puede, lo disfruto mucho, y además aquí no tenemos ese instalove tan pesado del primer libro.

Eso sí, como siempre, todo va rapidísimo (normal con lo cortos que son). El conflicto me pareció medio absurdo, como si lo hubieran metido solo para darle un poco de drama, pero al final tampoco molesta tanto porque sabes a lo que vienes con este tipo de historias.

Lo importante es que me enganchó más que el primero y ya estoy con ganas de leer el siguiente. No sé qué tienen estos libros, porque son puro mamarracheo, pero oye… me los bebo igual.

Summer has had a crush on her brothers friend Cash since she was a teenager. Her brother practically raised her after her mum passed away from a genetic desease and she just learned that she might also have it and would best get pregnant as soon as possible and get her uterus removed and this just being 24 years old. The only sperm donor she can imagine for her child is Cash. But unknown to Summer his feelings are more than friendly and he wants to be more than a sperm donor for her and them to be family. But will they open up and her brother accept it?
It is sweet that Cash always calls summer cub, a special nickname and seems to know her so well. It is heartwarming how devoted Cash is to the town, not taking the job with the fancy surgery and keep his family farm, a truely caring doctor for his people and even more his beloved.

Summer finds out that she has the same genes that caused her mothers cancer. She has been advised to get pregnant now if she wants kids before its too late. She starts to look into IVF options, but the process would take longer than she need. She would prefer to have started a family along with a husband, but she doesn't have that option, though she knows who she would choose. Her brother's best friend Cash, that she has had a crush on for years.
But little does Summer know that Cash is also attracted to her. When he finds out about her predicament, he offers himself up as he cannot bear to think of someone else getting Summer pregnant and he wants to make a baby the old fashioned way.
But will they both confess their feelings to each other before a misunderstanding comes between them.

I enjoyed reading this book and am looking forward to the next book in the series.

Summer comes to Courage County to visit her brother, Jack, because she has found out that she has the same possibility of illness that killed their mother. She came there for her brother’s birthday party and that her brother practically raised her. However, she has had a crush on her brother’s bestie, Cash Taylor since there were younger. Summer owns a pottery shop, Seize the Clay. First off, I love that name of the shop. It is cute. Plus I loved Cash in the first book which was awesome!

Cash knows something is up and confronts Summer about it. She tells him and since he is a doctor, he understands all the dr mumbo jumbo. I think Summer and Cash’s relationship up to that point is adorable. But as they talk, everything changes. READ the book. I loved it. Cash’s brother, Dean is a riot, I can’t wait for that book, or the other brothers as well as Jack’s book.

This is one of my favorite tropes and I love when it has the added twist of a friends to lovers. Not only is Cash her brother’s best friend, Summer and Cash have always been close as well. Having been practically raised by her brother, she always spent time with Cash too. Her crush became an ignored mutual attraction once she was grown up. I loved the change in their relationship once she realizes her biological clock is almost out due to a medical condition and Cash decides he wants to father her baby. I loved the possessiveness of Cash and his HUGE heart! He cares for their small town, its people, his brothers, his best friend, and his soon to be baby mama and would do anything for any of them. I enjoyed this sweet and steamy romance and would definitely recommend reading it.

She used to tell him when she was troubled, but an incident that happened a few years ago changed that. When he presses her for answers, he finds himself volunteering to help her to achieve her goal……having a baby. Her brother is his best friend, but Cash is done putting his friend’s feelings and wishes ahead of his and Summer’s. He is finally going to claim Summer. Too bad Summer has no idea how he feels and is too busy trying to hide her own.

Cash has had a crush on Summer for some time. He has been there for her when she needed. Knowing something is not right, he seeks out Summer. When he finds out the truth, he is more than willing to "help".

Perfect story of love, care and tenderness mixed with heated passion and off the chart chemistry. Cash and Summer feelings for each other exploded the moment they kiss.

Summer has always wanted a family and after receiving some devastating news she decides to go about having a child on her own. Unfortunate she’s not in a relationship and everything else takes time, which she doesn’t have. Cash can sense that something is upsetting Summer and is determined to find out what it is and help her through it. He immediately offers to help and decides this is where he can finally make Summer his and his best friend will have to deal with it. This was a heart wrenching story. Summer is strong and independent and brave to go after what she wants, even if it unconventional. She’s only ever loved Cash but is that love reciprocated or is Cash only helping his best friend’s little sister? I received an arc copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

Another beautiful love story

To me, this was a touching, beautiful love story because of Summer's medical discovery. Summer and her brother, Jack lost their mother to cancer. She went for testing to see if she could end up with the same cancer, it was positive. Her doctor recommend to get pregnant and have a hysterectomy within a year. She had no idea how she was going to go about getting pregnant. Enter Cash, her brother's best friend, who has had feelings for her for a long time. Read how she goes about getting pregnant. How her brother and Cash handle it. It's really a good book, I enjoyed it a lot and hope you will too. Written by Cindy :)

I loved Her Older Cowboy Book 2 of Love on the Ranch. Summer received some devastating news and Cash knows something is wrong but when she tells him she needs to find a baby daddy there is no way it will be anyone but him. They are both in love with the other but their lack of communication leads to hurt feelings and Summer pushing Cash away. But Cash isn’t going to take that, he’s going to make Summer his so she better get ready! I just loved this story and the characters. I can’t wait for Jack and Justices story. I would definitely recommend this book and the series.

I received an ARC from the author and am voluntarily leaving my review. This short love story will touch your heart. Cash and Summer have known each other for a long time. They have both hidden feelings for each other but her brother is the reason for their silence. Now Summer needs his help and their relationship takes a turn immediately. There are some communication problems, but other than that it's sweet and spicy. I liked how the characters were perfect together but it took a health scare to give her courage. The storyline is fast paced but full of emotions and determination. I do wish that it was longer though

I fell in love with Cash! So did Summer. Her older brother is Cash’s best friend. Cash and Summer are friends. At least that’s what they each think that the other thinks. Privately, both have strong feelings for each other.
Summer receives some news that makes her want to have a baby as soon as possible. Seeing his chance, Cash volunteers for the job. This book held my interest the whole time. I read this book in one sitting and completely enjoyed it!.

Love has a way of being in the shadows disguised as frienship. Cash and Summer found that out.

The fact that she has the gene that may put her in the position of never having kids pushes Summer to turn to her trusted friend Cash, who also happens to be her brother's best friend and who she is in love with. Cash loves Summer just the same but fear keeps them from expressing it.

Lesson here is ypu never know til say something of what might be..or already is.

Always Loved You

When Summer learns she is high risk for various cancers and needs to get pregnant within the next year so she can start further preventative measure she's at her wits end with no prospects for the father in insemination taking too long. When she confesses her situation to her brother's best friend and her long time friend Cash, he volunteers but only for the traditional way of getting pregnant. There one night leads to feelings on both sides and Cash won't let Summer get away in this emotional read.

This one had more steam than the previous book. The lack of communication trope was here but since this was a short story it didn’t last long. I just despise FMC’s who always say “he probably didn’t mean it that way.” “He didn’t realize what he said.” It’s irritating when the H is clearly saying what he feels in regards to the woman and she says all that in her inner monologue. Otherwise, I enjoyed this story and of course will continue on.

A sweet best friend’s sister novella

This novella is a brothers best friend pregnancy story. Cash is the doctor in town as well as helping to run his family’s ranch with his brothers. Summer is Cash’s best friends little sister. Despite their feelings for each other neither has acted on them until Summer has to get pregnant. While short, the story was well written and the characters were well developed. I plan to read more from the series.
