A perfect ending for Savage! Sigh..

I have to agree on the author about this particular book. This one needed to be written. The third book just didn’t feel finished enough for this guy.
Savage is one of those characters that really takes no crap. He’s been through a lot. He knows who is is, what he has; but he’s honorable and he’s in love.
The story gives us a insider‘s view to this character and just how awesome he really is. Jones creates such a memorable characters with all of her guys and it’s always a pleasure to dive into one of her stories.
This particular story is a mixture of hot romance, suspense, crime, and the most wonderful HEA for Candy and Savage. Their connection is electric and I just love how he worships her.
Savage Ending is a blend of passion and suspense that brings the best closure to this series. Jones is a master at her craft and continually blows me away with her inventive stories. I cannot get enough!

I'm always up for more Savage. He'a such a fun character and I love that he got his HEA. This was a great way to wrap up his wedding and mixed it with a bit of danger he always seems to find himself in.

I thoroughly enjoyed the fourth and final book in the Savage Series. It could not have been more well-crafted and the writing was amazing as always. The perfect ending for Candy and Savage's story. Plenty of suspense, intrigue, action, passion and sizzling chemistry. Not to mention the entire cast of characters in the series that I love so much... I'm truly a fan of Lisa Renee Jones for life! Overall rating: 4.5 stars! ❤️

What a wonderful finale for Savage and Candace!
I love every crazy, over the top, obsessive thing about Rick Savage. Watching him prepare for his wedding to Candace was absolutely delicious. Especially when there is danger lurking at every turn. No one deals with the bad guys in quite the same way as he does.
Candace is his perfect counterpoint. She’s strong and brave enough to deal with everything that being a part of his life entails without losing who she is. Despite the drama and fear she was facing she was stalwart in her love for him and never shied away.
It was so sweet to finally see them get their happy ever after. This has definitely been the most satisfying storyline of not only Savage’s story, but of the Walker’s as a whole.

My Review:
Savage Ending was a brilliant finale to this couple and I loved seeing their wedding story. This was an audiobook that once it started, I didn't want to put it down. I loved everything about this one. Returning to this couple was such fun to be honest. They are one of my favorite couples that this couple has written actually. I love their connection and seeing them again was such a fun time. I was a bit sad for Savage and how he gets hurt in this one, but I really felt the fierceness and passion of this pairing's connection to each other that matched the vibe of the previous books. All the banter for the team members were so much fun. And the ending was pure perfection....kept me on the edge of my seat and I stayed up way too late listening to this one here. If you are a fan of the Savage books or Lisa Renee Jones....I highly recommend this.

What a way to wrap up the series!
This has been such a great series it's full of suspense, action, a second chance, and lets not forget about all the steamy scenes between Savage and Candace, and in this final book we get a WEDDING!
Rick Savage is the type of guy you can't resist, he has bad boy written all over him but when it comes to Candace he's a big teddy bear...well an overprotective big teddy bear. But he has good reason to be overprotective of her, she is the love of his life and he has finally gotten her back after years of being apart so he is going to make sure no one comes between them again.
If you have read the trilogy this is a must read, and if you haven't started the series yet What are you waiting for? This is a read I would recommend to anyone that enjoys Second Chance at Love Romances or Steamy Romantic Suspense reads.

This is book four of the series featuring Rick Savage who has been a side character in previous books by LRJ. So originally this was written as a trilogy, but we are coming back to visit Rick and Candace for their wedding. Of course, things aren’t easy as Rick gets a call from a past contact just before his wedding asking for him to pick up and deliver a package. Rick has to get this out of the way so there is nothing threatening their happiness, but will he be able to outsmart the bad guys again or has his luck run out?
There were so many wonderful twists and turns and I loved seeing some of my favorite Walker Security guys and loved every minute of it.
LRJ is my go-to author for romantic suspense and she did not disappoint with this series!

I really do love Lisa's men - they tend to be on the alpha side, some super smart, all fierce in their love and protectiveness of those they love, but I think Rick Savage is the pinnacle of all her men. He's more alpha, more savage, more honorable, and more in love. Because this is his second chance, he does not mess around, he gets right to the point, which is his woman, and doesn't deter from his mission. Oh to be the focal point of all that intensity...
I've loved this whole series, and am glad Lisa gave Rick and Candace such a fitting conclusion, filled with signature action and suspense, beyond steamy and intense intimacy, and the whole Walker crew! I am going to miss this amazing couple.

I love Rick Savage. There is no other way to put it. I waited for this story. Unfortunately, it’s the final one in the series but am hopeful that we’ll see him again and again and get to find out how his life is going with Candace. There’s no way to describe Rick Savage except as savage. He’s determined, over-protective and oh so comical. You have to love his one-liners. And, Candace is just perfect for him. She can actually handle the savage beast (teddy bear) that Rick Savage is. She’s just as determined but will always stand by her man. I personally thing she’ll stand right along side him and not by him because she can be just as strong and protective as he can be. Perfect … that’s the only way to describe this couple.
I loved the wedding (it’s not a spoiler) and everything leading up to it. It was perfect and couldn’t have been more fitting for the two of them. You pictured it and felt it .. enjoyed it as much as the guests. It actually brought a tear to my eye. The vows were heartfelt and the love oozed off of the page. It couldn’t have been any more romantic. Hence, the romance part of romantic suspense.
And was there suspense. Leading up to the wedding and after. At least those that were trying to manipulate Savage left them alone for the wedding. As usual, Lisa Renee Jones writes a story that has you sitting on the edge of your seat. You’re not sure what’s going to happen before or after. But, she brought us to the edge with the honeymoon and couldn’t have made it any more perfect than what she did. Savage was Savage and it was inevitable that the savage would come out to play.
I loved this series from beginning to end. Actually, I fell in love with Rick Savage long before his series. He’s easy to love. But, LRJ brought him to life. She gave him a personality that fit her persona and paired him with the woman of his dreams. The perfect match and the perfect ending to what was an extraordinary series.

Thrilling and romantic treat to end this Savage man's story. It's such luck to go back to these characters' world once more to see them finally happy. It's wedding time, baby, and it's done with deep feelings and the ultimate challenge.
Savage shows off his unique wit and gritty sense of humour while his most romantic side shines in all its glory. I loved the way he declares his absolute commitment to Candace and their relationship. At first, there's a hilarious scene that represents his inner struggle with his sins and his dark side compared to the goodness in the woman he loves. This is an issue that haunts him, but they fight against it together.
He embarks on a dubious mission right before their wedding, and that drenched the atmosphere with a strong sense of unease and foreboding. I liked that mix of tension, mystery, and romantic preparations. The scenes dedicated to their love, passion, wedding bliss, and future plans are gorgeous. I felt really satisfied. Then, the suspenseful part of danger, tech surveillance, mysterious threats, is very engaging. I didn't really know how it would pan out, but in the end it exploded at the right moment and in an epic way. So exciting!
I always have a great time with the Walker Security men working together in smooth, dirty-mouthed synchronicity and camaraderie. Pure magic. I am going to miss them all. Hopefully, there's another story coming about Lucifer or Smith in the not-so-distant future :-D

Tell me not to cry. Tell me not to get angry. Tell me not to be so excited. Savage and Candace are working too hard to get what they have wanted. This is not a sprint. Their HEA is a marathon and the both need to be prepared.
I got myself ready for this release by going back to book one of this series. I was ready with so much excitement. What I loved most was there was no bs. No hidden crap. You go it all right in your face. Lisa Renee Jones let all be seen and for me I am excited to hear the story on audio. That will be my next steps. I have to start from the beginning with the audio also.
If you haven't begun get on it. If you have started this series get yourself in gear to have a heck of a read that will completed their story (okay mostly).

If you have read the previous books (Savage Hunger, Savage Burn and Savage Love) you will see this finale give Savage and Candace a lovely wedding, a very interesting honeymoon, intrigue, danger and Savage finally understands what a real "family" is all about.
This book will have you smiling, laughing, sighing and perhaps cry a bit - because they finally (after a decade of waiting) become man and wife! You might do a bit of cringing as Savage does manage to put his foot in his mouth again with Candace and his Walker "brothers". But love lets you forgive stupid and they do just that.
SAVAGE ENDING is the fourth and final of the Savage's series, but as a fan, I am hoping we catch glimpses of him and Candace in future Walker Securities books.

5 PERFECT ENDING STARS!! Nobody does a suspense book better than this author...I was on the edge of my seat all the way through. This series is one of my favorites and I will be rereading again. This is one series you do not want to miss.

As much as I complain about the "one-shots", I think I prefer them. This was a little drawn out. The first book was amazing. And the last one was good too. The middles were tough.

What a well deserved ending for Savage and Candace. Their story is one of my favorites in the Walker Security series. As usual Rick Savage loves intensely and will do whatever it takes to keep Candace safe and his. In this final book Rick still has people after him and this time who it is surprises not only him but the reader. I love how all his brothers in the Walker team are more than willing to help him take down his enemies. Al Rick and Candace want to do is plan their long awaited wedding and begin their new chapter of their life. As usual this story is full of action, suspense, mystery and intrigue. The passion and chemistry between Rick and Candace just seems to get stronger and deeper as their love for one another grows. I loved this book and am sad to see it end. Wonderful HEA. I can not wait to see which Walker Security team mate will get his story next.

Well………… if I’m being honest, I needed more. There’s something unfinished in Candace and Ricks story. Or maybe for me there was. I felt like everything was just too neat, too clean and tidied up. And will Adam get a novel? Gosh I hope so! I still loved it and will reread the series as a whole again but it did leave me yearning for more. But again, that’s just me. Overall, This was exceptional.

Not only is she his sweet salvation, his reason for BREATHING, but she shines her bright angelic light into his tarnished soul . Candy is truly the other half of his heart —and accepts him completely, flaws and all. Yet as much as she supports and love him, the radiant bride to be doesn’t stand in his shadow or allow herself to forfeit her dreams for his sake. LRJ is a MASTERFUL storyteller and I love how she often includes flashbacks to help us gain insight into her MCs backstory. Which she did with pitch perfect precision in this story. Snippets from Candace and Rick’s past are interwoven throughout, chronicling pivotal moments from their relationship, beginning with their stormy first meeting up until they were torn apart all those years ago. These glimpses into their past not only provide an intimate glimpse of how potent—and perilous—their connection has been from the very start, but also wonderfully underscores how these two are truly the loved of each other’s lives.
Bottom Line? Together these two are a FORCE OF NATURE! Their connection is combustible and the searing emotional intensity coupled with their all-consuming love for each other is utterly irresistible. I adore how Candace is as addicted to him as he is to her. But sighhh…we should ALL be blessed to have a man like Savage in our corner. What I wouldn’t give to be worshipped by this man, heart body and soul! Candy is truly the center of his entire freaking world and the intensity of his love for her gave me GOOSEBUMPS!
Of course, this book is much bigger than just Candy and Savage, and I relished how the whole Walker crew rallies around them when Candace tips them off that her man might need reinforcements when he leaves town to tie up loose ends from his past . Even though she knows her tall, dark and deadly groom can hold his own, a part of her is still terrified he’s walking into a trap and that she will lose him forever as he becomes embroiled in this final mission.
The bond of brotherhood between Savage and his fellow “Walker Warriors” is a huge highlight as they dodge flying bullets and try to annihilate the bad guys, as is Cady’s close-knit friendship with her bridesmaids, and when all is said and done, I just adore how everything comes beautifully full circle for this dynamic duo in this unforgettable last installment. Not surprisingly, I was totally blissed out during the breathtakingly romantic wedding and honeymoon, but eeep before the newlyweds can fully bask in their happiness, prepare for some major fireworks in the stunning climax that will leave you riveted!

We all watched Savage find his way back to Candace and get her to fall back in love with him – although we know that she never fell out of love with him. Their story was rough – watching their families be a huge cause of pain between them, knowing there were secrets and unknown alliances (good or bad). We have been waiting for their happy ending, but we also know that there’s no way for their wedding to go off without a hitch.
We join this couple as they are on their way to the church that Candace wants to get married and the same church that Savage thinks he’s not suited for. There’s so much in his past that he firmly believes he will burn in hell for, that it’s amazing that Candace is the right woman to help him find the bright side.
We watch as they make their final wedding preps and how the Walkers continue to watch over them and even welcome Candace into the family even more. They are a week out when things go pear shaped.
You’ll remember Max from previous installments. Savage’s buddy from his black ops missions, and a guy that we’re still not sold on because it seems like he’s on the wrong side of things even when he swears otherwise to Savage. There’s one more thing that he’s asking of Savage – claiming that he’s owed one more debt, so of course Savage has to pick up and take care of things. He’s being asked to retrieve a hard drive and deliver it to an unknown person, and then to bring money to Max at his cabin in CO. When the Wlakers catch wind of this, they don’t let him go alone, which turns out to be a good thing.
They’re days away from the wedding and they’re ambushed. We are in the throes of a gun battle where we know that there will be casualties. We can only hope that these guys get out unscathed, but things area always dicey when Savage is involved. They manage to get the drive, get it to where it’s supposed to be and then go on the hunt for Max. Who turns up missing.
This puts everyone on red alert, increasing security and potentially putting the happiness of the wedding at risk. The story isn’t over here- we know that there’s going to be someone coming for them, we know that Savage was set up, and the balance of this story takes us through what that looks like for the soon to be happy couple.
It’s no surprise to see how this nets out, and to hear why and how it’s come to pass. We also know that Savage does his best to distance himself from Walker security often, and he trusts no one, so when there are new Walker guys introduced, he’s even less trustworthy. You really have to wonder who’s been planted where and what that means for the guys we love so much.
The nice thing about this story is that we continue to see Adam in his amazing light – but not yet getting his own trilogy. I hope our amazing author gives him his due. There are also several new guys that seem a bit on edge and dark that I’m dying to see how those stories play out. There’s no shortage of excitement, peppered with trust, loyalty and hot hot steam and passion. All that means is that now I have to be patient to see what’s next.

Another great story by LRJ
I’m not going to rehash the plot because most reviews that’s all they do. Go read those for what’s on the back cover of the book. Here’s the real skinny of my review
We’ve seen these characters before (3 books worth) so there was no build up of romance. It was already well established. So what did that leave? Lots and lots of sex. Good sex. Descriptive and hot but a little too redundant and needed to be more varied. Be that as it may, it was hot and you just felt the love between those two characters. And they say it (I love you) a lot. I mean a lot. But having lived through all they did in the other books, it’s understandable. Did I say you need to read the three books prior to this one? Well technically I guess you don’t to follow the story but it will mean so much more to you if you do). I appreciated the story plot line between Candace and Rick but to be honest, the brotherhood between Rick , Adam, the other A name I’m forgetting (oh yeah Asher), Adrian, smith, Lucifer, Blake and even dexter made the story great.
Conversations felt real. Sometimes LRJ has a habit of beating a dead horse w repetition and whiplash, but this was not as extreme as in some stories. Action was great and real since Characters get hurt. And again this book was heavy on the sex but I was totally okay with this even though I thought things could have a little more variety
Overall I really liked this book. And it was a great ‘Ending’ to savage and candys love story. (Though I have no doubt that they will continue to be -especially savage-key to all the next books

I was pulled right into this story. This is a 4-part story so be prepared to get all parts. The story has laughs, pain, secrets, and naughty fun.
Part one was the start of Candace and Savage’s story. Savage has feelings for Candace but thinks he does not deserve her. But when she needs him, he knows he must step up. But will it be enough? Will he be able to help her, or will he hurt her in the process?
This is more of Candace and Savage’s story. He loves her but his enemies will stop at nothing to keep them apart. Can he save her, or will he lose her forever? She’s a target because of him but will he be able to protect the one he wants?
This is more of this story. Questions will be answered but are they answers you expected? Will these two be able to have a forever? Will they take down all the threats? Will revenge be had? Will it be what was expected? After all they messed with his woman and he has no problem taking them all down.
Just when you think they are settling down. The honeymoon is here, and all is will until it’s not. When someone want revenge and thinks you settling down will make you lose your touch. Ah…. the ending of Savage’s story is bittersweet, to say the least. He is one of my most favorite characters and everyone should have a man in their life like him, even with his ultra-possessive alpha self. Lol Savage – I will miss you and your smart mouth.
As Savage and Candace prepare for their wedding, a former friend calls upon Savage to help him out one more time. Savage owes this person a debt that will be paid if he handles a situation. Savage is leery about this simple assignment, but he knows he has to honor it. Candace gets a bad feeling and calls in Walker Security to help Savage out – he doesn’t like it but he accepts it. Well, things go downhill almost immediately. With the aid of his friends, new and old, and Candace – they work together to figure out the truth, past or present - some friends are not friends.
Throughout all of this, Savage struggles with keeping Candace safe and whether he did the right thing coming back into her life. Candace has had enough of that and continues to reassure him that she gets him and that she is all in. It takes him almost losing her to realize he can't live without her and with him is the safest place she’ll ever be.
I love this series and this couple is one of my favorites. Everything they went through to together just makes it that much more beautiful. You can't go wrong with this series or any stories about the Walker Security men!!!

Oh my. This book! I loved everything about it. The story continues with Rick Savage and Candace..... I have always loved Savage as you knew from the moment you met him. There was a story. A back story worth reading about. This book comes to complete his story and show that even the most broken (in his words) can find true love and be loved for who they are 💯 of the time. He found his true love and got her back. Now it is time to give her the wedding of her dreams, but Savage’s history comes back to the present. He thought everything was I the past, but there was one more debt that he needed to pay before he could truly move on. All things seemed a go. One more trip. Complete a promise to an old friend. Easy. However, not so easy. It did not feel right. The Walker team knew this and had his back.... but there is always more going on.... danger for him, but also Candace. Will her dream of her fairy tale wedding happen? It will things be turned upside down? Can they really move to the next chapter? It all comes to an end on this one, but will Everyone be alive to enjoy the next chapter.
Loved. Loved. Loved this book. And it was a great read, but wait for it because it is coming. Like a freight train..... as expected if you are a Lisa reader. I thought it was done well and the perfect ending to a great series.

Savage perfection
SAVAGE ENDING was the perfect finale for Rick Savage and the woman he loves beyond all measure, Candace. After the conclusion of book three, Savage Love, I felt that these two hadn't quite finished telling their story ... thank goodness Ms. Jones thought the same.
A wedding ... everybody loves a wedding. Being able to see Rick prepare for his big day was an absolute pleasure. Not only was his big day approaching, there was also danger on the horizon ... something Rick is never shy of dealing with. Once again Ms. Jones allows her readers to witness both the lighter and darker sides of this amazing man, endearing him even more to my heart. He truly is a romantic at heart, especially when it comes to Candace.
A mission. Amid all his wedding preparations his past comes back to haunt him, Rick accepts to do a favor for a friend, one he owes a debt to. A simple in-and-out mission, or so it seems. Something feels wrong though, but with the backing of the Walker team Rick does what he knows best.
Action, drama and romance, exactly what I've come to expect from Ms. Jones, and that's exactly what I found in this book. I have loved Rick and Candace since first meeting them, and this was the perfect conclusion to their story.
The Savage Series is a definite MUST READ.

SAVAGE ENDING was the perfect finale for Rick Savage and the woman he loves beyond all measure, Candace. After the conclusion of book three, Savage Love, I felt that these two hadn't quite finished telling their story ... thank goodness Ms. Jones thought the same.
A wedding ... everybody loves a wedding. Being able to see Rick prepare for his big day was an absolute pleasure. Not only was his big day approaching, there was also danger on the horizon ... something Rick is never shy of dealing with. Once again Ms. Jones allows her readers to witness both the lighter and darker sides of this amazing man, endearing him even more to my heart. He truly is a romantic at heart, especially when it comes to Candace.
A mission. Amid all his wedding preparations his past comes back to haunt him, Rick accepts to do a favor for a friend, one he owes a debt to. A simple in-and-out mission, or so it seems. Something feels wrong though, but with the backing of the Walker team Rick does what he knows best.
Action, drama and romance, exactly what I've come to expect from Ms. Jones, and that's exactly what I found in this book. I have loved Rick and Candace since first meeting them, and this was the perfect conclusion to their story.
The Savage Series is a definite MUST READ.

SAVAGE ENDING is the fourth book in the Savage series. This series must be read in the order of release.
With his odd sense of humor, tender heart, brilliant mind, and fierce protectiveness, Rick Savage is my favorite man in the Walker Security Team. I was glad that this “trilogy” was extended by one more book going into the wedding and honeymoon with his Candy.
This story has the sexy Walker men battling bad guys – great action and suspense; ; sexy loving – bow-chick-bow-wow!; and the Walker women bonding – warm fuzzy feelings. Speaking of warm fuzzies, there is also news of a baby on the way and a wedding that is a fairytale come true.
To sum it up: action, suspense, romance, and wonderful emotions that are the hallmarks of Lisa Renee Jones…. And no cliffhanger! … but plenty of hints of who may be the next giant of Walker to fall.

I am more than a little disappointed to have Savage and Candace story wrapped up with a nice and tidy bow (so to speak) but we all know they will show up in future Walker stories. There is something about Savage since he first showed up that struck me and had me hooked. That smart mouth and quick wit and take no prisoner mentality of his...yeah...that's him. He is a true alpha but when it comes to Candace he is a teddy bear, a protective one who will take anyone out who comes between them. Now in this conclusion of the series they are getting married and a former friend reaches out for a favor because he owes him and even though everyone's instincts are telling them it's a set up, off Savage goes but takes back up with him. Of course, Adam is by his side and it is Adam who on their honeymoon when danger comes with bullets flying is there too. This man needs the next series! At least the wedding happened and we were treated with lots of Walker cameos and a baby announcement and Linda came to town. Will she be staying? Definitely this one is a keeper, grab this series from the beginning!
