Sinfully Theirs

Rate this book
For little Miss Nobody, a love this unique is more than she'd ever dared expect...

*

Mona is Miss. Average.
Her ass isn't the tightest, her job sucks, and she's still getting over her divorce.
Life is one long round of work, work, and more work until, one day, she accidentally falls into the arms of an ex-Marine. After an epic one-night-stand that has Mona rethinking everything she knows about sex, she learns a terrible secret.
One that makes no sense.
Zane Matthews?
He's married.
To a man.
And that man? Well, he isn't about to take his husband's cheating lying down, not when he wants Mona too.
For a girl who was reared in the Church, being propositioned by two men isn't an everyday occurrence. But for a love this unique, this powerful, is Mona willing to ignore society's prejudices? Or will she walk away from them both?
She was always sinfully his, but will she ever be SINFULLY THEIRS?

Sinfully Theirs is a 140,000 word standalone novel. It contains hot and kinky sex, MM as well as droolworthy MMF scenes, and will generally have you wishing you could fall into the lap of a lover this damn good!

This book has been re-edited, revised, and re-covered. It was originally printed with the title: MONA.

The endless, boring, and repetitive inner monologuing ruined this book for me. The only point of view we get is from the heroine, and though she started out likable, she quickly became incredibly boring and annoying. This story had so much potential but grrr, there was too much filler! And no depth! It could have easily been 40 pages instead of over 400. And the sex? This should have been hot, it's a ménage romance for book's sake! But even that was b o r i n g because I felt absolutely no connection between these characters. Sinfully Theirs equalled watching paint dry. I skimmed most of the book and only finished it because I did want to know how it would end. That's the reason for the 2 Stars.

YES YES YES an awesome 4.5 Stars....This book follows the life of Mona who is a broke, curvy, housekeeper. One night at a club she falls for a brooding, gorgeous southern man and has a wild night. Only to find out the next day he kept a very large secret from her. Zane and Jake will scorch your panties ladies so beware. This book does contain M/M/F and M/F/M scenes which are panty melting. If you love threesomes then this is a book for you. The writing is very descriptive and tends to have flashbacks during the middle of a conversation. I can't wait to read the next book in the series.

I’m not the kind of reader that ever gives out a five star review. I am normally left feeling like something is missing, or I have a stupid amount of follow up questions that I want to throw at the author because I can’t get them out of my head. This has not been the case with Serena. Serena is a new author to me and after reading Mona I can honestly say that she will no longer be a stranger to me. What she has created in this book is awesome.

I don’t often find a book that has two main characters who’s emotions, thoughts, feelings and actions are so well written that you can feel their responses, their reactions as if they are with you. Imagine my surprise when I started reading it and realised that there isn’t only Mona and Zane, but there is Jake too. And my god are they HOT together. How Serena has managed to do this amazes me. This book is written from one single POV (Mona’s) and yet every step of the way you can feel Zane and Jake too.

If you are meak of heart then this isn’t the book for you. If you don’t like the idea of a female being the mayo that holds two steaming HOT males together, again this book isn’t for you. If sex, love, fear and tribulations are you’re thing, then I’d definitely recommend reading this book.

I was lucky enough to win this in an event Serena was hosting.
Thoroughly enjoyed it. My first MMF, but it won't be my last!
I felt like I really got to know Mona, and even though Zane got me mad at times--what he was doing to his husband really got my goat--I liked how Serena showed the good, the bad, and the ugly of human nature. After all, how many marriages are perfect? Love isn't always enough.
Highly recommended read.

So I didn’t finish this book, so why the 3 stars? I gave it a 3 star bcos the story was good, the characters were awesome. The only issue I had was what I call “the waffle on” or in depth description about the room, their environment they’re in. Boring. I love books that are 300+ pages but i do get bored when the author goes into to much detail about the environment. Theres only so much I want to read about the suite the couple is staying in, before i get bored and start skipping pages. If I’m skipping a lot throughout the book then after halfway I’ve probably lost interest. In saying that this is my opinion. Some readers love that. But yea I got bored and there wasn’t much guy on guy action

Serena Akeroyd is a "new to me" author. With this knowledge I was a bit nervous about reading Mona at first. But once I got started I was pleasantly surprised that I not only got into the story, but actually liked it! It is plenty steamy yet heart warming and enjoyable too. The characters are fresh and realistic, while the story is well written and delicious. You experience plenty of emotions at play and the sex is HOT! I am definitely happy with Mona and am looking forward to the next story in Akeroyd's Naughty Nookie Series.

Very wordy

I know from the foreword that this was originally 4 separate stories that have been merged together into one. Overall, it was a good story, however, due to the nature of origin, the book is just too long and too wordy. Too much internal dialogue, too much description that does nothing to move the plot forward. I found myself skipping pages without a single line of dialogue from characters. Some people may enjoy books like that, but I really don’t. Still, that said, I still gave it 3 stars because I enjoyed the boys very, very much.

Deliciously written MMF.
It may have started off as cheating which is a trigger for many people but it turned into a match made in heaven. Serena has written such a amazing spin on an MMF than any others I have read. I love how she intertwined the characters to build the intense smoldering sexy relationship. I just couldn’t put this book down.
Definitely One-Click worthy.

I love this book.

I want more. I want another book of Mona and her guys. There is so much story here, so many emotions and epic hot scenes-mf, mm, mfm and mmf. I love the MFC, she is normal, she is realistic and she is relatable. The men are gorgeous, smart and funny-what a trinity!

Yes, theirs is a relationship that not many will agree with and they got there in ways some might not like. But, it is THEIR love story and I for one, adore it.

Her worst book! Just all around bad. Can you please give the men's point of view and stop with the long boring thoughts of the heroine OH and then you let her get the shit beat out of her! Let her kick that azz in the Balls! VERY DISSATISFIED with this book.

I really enjoyed this story once I got reading it. I thought it started out a bit slow but boy did it pick up once it got going. The author did an amazing job developing the characters in the story and giving us a really good look into the past of the main character so that we completely understand why they do the things they do, say the things they say and react the way they react. All three of the characters that make up the menage in the story have experienced some very tragic things in their past that make do, say and act the way they do throughout the story. They definitely all have some form of trust issues as a result. What people and society deem as perverted and sick ends up to be a real honest to God love story. It may not be the conventional love story that society deems "normal" but it's a couple that are labeled "gay" because they are two men that fall in love with each other but as much as they love each other there is still something missing in their relationship. After they are shunned by family and society because of their love, they find the missing link. Mona. And Mona struggles with her feelings for the two men and with what she has always been told what is right and what is wrong in the eyes of society and in the church. But how can it be wrong when her heart says it's right. It is a very nice love story and definitely full of some very hot and steamy sex scenes. Hot enough to just about melt your kindle, so be warned!

This is what I get for reading a book without going through the reviews.

A few things to say:
1. The protagonist sucked balls she was a terrible narrator but also said some very questionable shit and being stuck in her head was akin to torture at times
2. The whole premise is so WEIRD they just made him seem like such a dick right off the bat
3. I love Jake so much he’s the only reason I finished this something about him calls to me I find him EXTREMELY unresistible.
4. Tw assault and attempted rape, homophobia and just a lot of other shit.

It’s honestly so… weird to watch the heroine constantly contradicting herself. It’s like the author is trying to make her seem 3 dimensional by giving her these character traits but then makes her do unimaginably forthright shit just to make it easier for her to further the plot??????? She will gloss over the most traumatic shit just so she wouldn’t have to handle writing it by making the heroine seem strong but just makes her seem… flat? Why put her in compromising situations if you won’t address it??? Was the graphic assault scene necessary if you literally said like two sentences about it later and moved on…

Oh and the smut sucks. There’s actually phrases such as “central line of my nether regions”, “smash your clitoris”.

There’s so much about this book that bothers me lmao

I have finished Mona( Naughty Nookie Series Book 1) by Serena Akeroyd and already I'm suffering withdrawals.
Ms Akeroyd is a new author to me but after reading Mona I have put all her books on my tbr list.
The writing is descriptive, the storyline is great and the characters are lovable and easy to relate too. The character I could completely related to is Zane especially when it comes to the relationship he has with his family. I loved the way Mona, Zane and Jake made their relationship work even though Zane and Jake are married the adultery didn't bother me.
This is a must read fro readers who love M/M/F and a HEA and I am starting book 2 now.

As a lover of menage, this book was definitely for me, and I read this book back when it was set into different parts. I'm looking forward to the whole set being completed with Eddie's tale...hoping that's coming soon if these books have been revised/reedited? :)
Fingers crossed, anyway!!

Saw this pop up on my newsfeed and remembered it from when the books came in parts. Mona is the first in the series, and Marina the second. Looking forward to the third. Three different women, all with unusual stories. Great job by the author.

Undeniably unorthodox and beautiful! She might not have hit the floor that night but Mona's life was never the same for it. This book was not your typical menage but that's what made me love it all the more. This was my first book by Serena Akeroyd and definitely not my last.

This book really hit on all of my naughty plot-loves, with it's seriously hot erotic scenes. It's also a hauntingly beautiful love story, and a social entreaty to bring more awareness for "untraditional" lovestories. Beautiful, responsible, and sexy! The perfect trifecta.

Sinfully Theirs was deliciously hot. I love how their relationship developed individually prior to the ménage. I love that the male leads help Mona find some self worth and help conquer her body issues. A lot of ménage books don’t show the outside perspective but Sinfully Theirs does not shy away from the judgement someone in a ménage relationship would potentially face. As usual with Serena’s writing, there are so many unexpected twists and turns you don’t see coming. The characters really build and develop off of each other which I think is important in this kind of book. The sex scenes are steamy and get even better as the book moves forward. I see a lot of negative reviews on the body image issues Mona has throughout the book. While I understand we all look for happiness in the books we read, Sinfully Theirs is more realistic. Every woman has body image issues and I think they way she began to see her own beauty is one of the best parts of the books. I recommend this to anyone who enjoys RH books!! Another great read by a phenomenal author!

This book is 100% pure 🔥🔥🔥! If you're into MMF menage, please pick this story up right now. Mona is a curvy housekeeper struggling to get by. Her life changes one night as she picks up a handsome stranger at a bar. It was only supposed to be one night, but when she enters Zane's radar, it's chemistry that's combustible. Enter Jake, Zane's husband ( Light cheating, but there is an openish relationship in place). As Mona and he are forced to find common ground, then tension, heat, and passion are incendiary. And when the 3 come together? Gah! It was explosive, visceral, and exactly what I look for in all my romance reads. It's a phenomenal book, written to perfection, and I highly recommend it!

I dont think ive read a book by Ms Akeroyd that i havent liked yet and this book was so flaming good i cant tell you. What draws you into any book by Ms Akeroyd is not only the story but the depth of each character. They are characters that you genuinely feel invested in and want to get their HEA ending regardless of what happens or they do to get it. I loved Mona (FMC) from the very first chapter. She was sweet natured but with a few insecurities. Which popped up throughout this book. A chance meeting on a night out ends up opening her eyes to an unorthodox but fulfilling relationship. Theres so much to this story than Mona and her relationship. The backstory goes on to explain what made them all the characters they were. I loved how the dynamic changed between them all throughout this book. More so with Mona. She seemed to grow and come out of her shell more as the book progressed. This book is one of a handful of menage books ive read but its definitely one of the best

Smoking hot ménage

Sinfully Theirs is book 1 in the Naughty Nookie series. This is MMF with a twist!

It was so heartwarming to introduce Mona(Simone) into
Zane and Jake's well established relationship.
All three of them are so different, but the shared chemistry is off the charts hot.

There is so much happening during this whirlwind of a book. We learn so much about the characters, their background and nature. I fell in love with all of them.

A well deserved 5 stars

I am wondering why it took me so long to discover this book! Holy hotness is it good! I love a good menage book and this one didn't disappoint. There are a few things that could trigger others, but I absolutely loved this book. I was sad when it ended because I love the relationship that develops among the three. I definitely need more.

Daring Trio

This trio has indured everything that some wouldn't. What I love in this story is the way the Rio comes together. Each character has different attributes that they bring to the trio. Once again I find myself in love with another book by Serena

So I love a good MMF story especially when the MM are a couple. I thought this book was made for me. It had all the right ingredients, but just wasn't right for me.
The things I didn't like were:

I would still recommend this book to people into MMF. I felt the relationship especially when it came to Mona was really fleshed out and it didn't seem insta lovey on either accounts. The intimate scenes are very well written and for as many as there are in the book it doesn't get stale. The plot was very good and kept me reading and not bored which for my ADHD brain is a chore.

Sinfully Good!!!

Where do I start with this story? Let’s just say that I jumped on the Naughty Nookie train way late but boy am I glad I am now on board for the ride. Sinfully Theirs was such a fantastic MMF menage story by Serena Akeroyd. Of course, it had unbelievable steam, but it was the complex nature of the characters’ relationships that drive the story and I loved that.

Full disclosure, yes, this story contains cheating. The way the story develops calls for it. You can’t get away from it. But the way it happens will blow your mind - at least it did mine.

Okay, so this is the story of Mona and Zane. Mona, still guarding her heart after a bad marriage and even worse divorce, goes out with her friends for a night on the town. She meets Zane. Mr. tall, dark and handsome is a successful writer in town for a short time. A spectacular one night stand leads them both to the conclusion that one night just won’t be enough.

But Zane has a secret. And that secret has a name. Jake. Zane’s husband. Yeah. That was my reaction too. Confrontations, hurt feelings, confusion, guilt, and sadness abound. But there is also so laughter, heartfelt sacrifice, some serious steam, and lots of love.

Sinfully Theirs will put you through the emotional wringer!
