Chaotic Delusions
Devina, a girl with a dark past and unhealthy coping mechanisms, leads an unconventional lifestyle. What may seem dangerous to some, is down-right intoxicating to others.
Hyacinth, a sweet girl next door who devotes her time to her father and stressful job, generally spends her weekends shrouded in a purple haze and avoiding her boring husband.
A ‘chance encounter’ leaves Devina pining for Hyacinth, taking full advantage of Hyacinth’s unhappy marriage full of doubts.
Treading the line of betrayal lightly, the two explore their heated connection in secret.
The pair are quickly blinded by their own desires and Devina grows impatient with their twisted situation. Hyacinths reluctance to accept her true self pushes Devina over the edge and into a possessive mania that will forever change both of their lives.
Can Devina convince Hyacinth to stand by her side while she navigates a menacing illness or will Devina take both of them down with her thunderstorm of chaos?

Oh Devina….
This series is quite addicting! In this book we get Dev’s point of view. So many chaotic thoughts. She’s sort of a survivor. I wanted to protect her! I like that she tries to be a better person. No one is perfect and she knows this, yet she still tries. I rooted for her all the way through! While there was a lot of emotional scenes, the heat factor was still there. Oh my! This book will definitely heat up your night!
Dark and sexy, this book was everything I needed! Devoured it in one sitting! Unputdownable! I give this 5 stars.

This novella definitely took me out of my comfort zone & honestly I have not decided if I loved it or didn't. The story is well written & I really enjoyed seeing the story for Devina's point of view. My inability to decide how I feel about it did exactly what the the author wanted to do. It took a very difficult topic of addiction & made you think about it, even if it is uncomfortable.
And if that is the case, you have to give props to the author, she did her job wonderfully.

Phenomenally Written !
This book from start to finish grasped my attention and I couldn't sit still. this emotional rollercoaster was so intense that I stood on my toes the entire time. From the character storyline to the intensity in their mindsets to the complete diversity in general this book was absolutely stunning. I recommend this book with open arms to anyone who loves a good dark romance.

5/5 - Damn. Erotic FF dark romance.
Savvy Rose is a new to me author that I’ll be reading everything on her backlist. She can write hot scenes but also explores mental health issues. I wish this story was longer but for a novella it hits the spot.

Read this book in one sitting! It’s a quick and easy read, that left me tingly and intrigued. And a bit wanting to be honest. Reading the first book, Wilted Petals, I wanted to know more about Devina; her past primarily and to delve a bit deeper in to her psyche. I was hoping we’d get a bit more of that in Chaotic Delusions; but it was more of a snapshot of her obsession with Cyn, which I enjoyed regardless. (Also, do you not love the name? (Cyn/Sin))
I’d love to see another short story about Devina’s past—I want to see that darkness!

Engaging dark and steamy short read.
Having enjoyed reading Wilted Petals which is from the POV of Hyacinth (and should be read first), I was intrigued to read the story from Devina’s perspective. Both books are well written and provide great contrast in the different perspectives, problems, flaws and backgrounds of the main characters, as well as great contrast in the type of ending. Definitely well worth a read.

I loved delving into the mind of Devina! Such a fascinating character! The questions that I had from the first book -yes that cliffhanger especially- were answered!! The love scenes were oh so spicy! Make sure you pick up the first book Wilted Petals and then read this one so you get the full story of Devina & Cyn!
