Life Scripts are texts you can listen to (after reading them aloud first on for example your mobile phone) when you are in a calm relaxed state (like that state just before you go to sleep) that give positive message to your subconscious to replace the negative ones.

What is powerful is that you have first read the script onto your phone, and it is YOUR own voice you are listening to, which is better than a random voice from say a youtube video, although they can be useful as well.

Useful book with some interesting notions about self-hypnosis that are important to know and you don't necessarily find out easily elsewhere, putting your mind to rest and clearing up some misinformation and myths out there on the subject.

Author is an authority on hypnosis and speaks in a warm encouraging reassuring voice that gives you the courage and motivation to embark on such an auto-suggestion course, there is magic in them and they are really self-transforming in every and any area of your life you wish to change.
I marked with my pencil nearly every page.

What's more her life-scripts are flexible, you really can substitute what you want in the script if any particular suggestion doesn't resonate with you or concern you.

For example I have a phobia of ghosts, she doesn't have a specific script for that in the book, but she does for the more classic types of phobias...agoraphobia, claustrophobia, fear of spiders, ... I have the confidence that I can substitute the "ghosts" for the "spiders" for example.

She gives you specific affirmations to repeat according to what Life Script (problem) you're working on.

What she does stress is that you have to 1. first be in a relaxed state of mind before playing the recording, and 2. be ready to play the recording to yourself every day until you start to feel better, and 3. everyone heals in their own time, someone might stop smoking after a week of daily listening, another might take a month, so respect your own rhythm without putting unnessary pressure on yourself.

Scripts given for : relaxation, addictions (smoking, over-eating, nail-biting), phobias, bereavement, relationship break-up, emotions (guilt, joy, love), pain (pain reduction, surgery, panic attacks, asthma, migraine, insomnia, PMT), creativity (learning and memory, going for an interview, sporting performance), conception (mother/baby, childbirth, confident mother, parent/baby link), loving yourself (dealing with the past, people who've affected me, self-esteem)
