Aliens, three species, invaded my world. But only one dares to conquer my heart. MayaThe Sepians destroyed everything I knew and loved, but that was only the beginning of whatthey had in store for me. My future, if you could call it that, would be as a breeder to alienhosts, and there was no escape. Until one of the Slyth Generals took me. He works for theSepians, does their bidding with no regard for life. Cruel. Sadistic. A killer. And he targetedme, but not for death. Not for the breeding program. For something far beyond what I everenvisioned. He claims I’m his mate, that one day I’ll love him. For now, I follow his rules, waiting for my chance to escape. But as his telepathic words invade my mind and his touchesreach my soul, I begin to wonder if Ryoko is my future.RyokoMaya and the other humans don’t understand that my men and I have been enslaved by theSepians as much as her people. Their drugs control us and the dragons who burn the humancities and capture any who dare defy the Sepians. But my little human broke through my drug-haze, allowing me to think, feel, and care again. If only she would not see me as her enemy… Iwon’t force her to love me, but I will protect her. Without her, I am nothing. With her—if shegives me a chance—I can bring the Sepians to their knees and free her world.

Good

First thing I noticed Ryoko and Maya should have been shipped better. It was just wrong, all of it. He didn't woo her or try befriending her at all, and any woman who let's herself be treated that way needs to leave immediately. Run and run hard. There are triggers for me in this book so read at your own discretion. I hope book 2 is better if not I won't be reading any more of this series. The storyline is like a sci-fi and a dystopian novel combined and gave this novel it's baseline story. It's good but I don't thing I'll be reading this book again unless it's a few year from now and I wanna recap on a parasitic worm invasion romance that gave me nightmares. If I even recall the romance. I'll be honest here and say the first half of the book threw me off of the story and I didn't want to read anymore but I pushed through and it does get better towards the end. It also makes me wanna read the other characters stories and hope they are better than this one. Plus this one leaves a lot of gaps in the end. Like who planned everything how did the planning go what was decided and what happened to Maya's new friend?. I am confused by this book and hope book 2 clears that up as well as having a better romance storyline. All I can say is anyone who reads this deserves all the luck they can get. I thought about giving it 4 stars but after careful consideration I can honestly say I can't give this book more than 3 stars the repetition of somethings, no trigger warnings, and the messed up relationship. Big no no's for me. Maybe you might like this book more than me. I hope so. Just be careful reading the first half of this book if you're sensitive to certain situations.

Nice Story

I enjoyed the story and the characters. My only problem was the horrendous misuse of the English language. Words were not only used wrong, but so often that I began spend more time on translating what was meant than enjoying the story. This author needs to get some quality assistance translating her stories to English. Often the words were in the wrong order, some words were omitted entirely and there was the consistent misuse of the correct pronoun. Sometimes pronoun errors were as many as 20 times per page. I often found myself chuckling at the way she used English instead of enjoying the story.

A GREAT sci-fi MUST READ romance!

ALIEN HEART, the first book in author TJ Quinn's new Conquered Mates: Aliens series is a fast-paced and intriguing love story. And if ALIEN HEART is the indicator, then the rest of the series will be a smash hit as well! Ryoko and May's love story is not a smooth and idyllic fairy tale. In fact, this could be an enemies to lovers romance, but the complicated and compelling plotlines make it so much more than that too. I totally enjoyed this novel as the 5 stars imply, and strongly suggest that ALIEN HEART be added to your romance library today! Happy pages! 😉

Story concept was really good. The progression of events was good. Character development was a little questionable for me. I would have thought Ryoko and the dragon man would have had a more concrete plan after having met their mates years ago. Maya would have hated him for much longer and struggled with her attraction and trust of Ryoko for longer. However, I linked the we story so I'd read the next one.

My god I hate this author. I am sorry but the plot holes are fuckin enormous, the perspective changes mid sentence, every book seems like a first draft that way stamped done and moved on from. And I love trash. I don’t even care when the dialogue is horrendous. But the glaring inconsistencies and editing issues make me cringe. Why have I read more than one book? Bc they are free and I forget. Then, I remember.

Great

My only issues with it was sometimes it didn't know who was what all the time. Sometimes it'd be the dude one chapter and a sentence or two out of place where it was the chick, but it kinda throws you off a bit. Other than that and sometimes switching between third person and first it was awesome!

Great Start for a New Series

The story was exciting and kept your attention from beginning to end. It has everything you want in a romance, dragons, alien mercenaries, evil parasites, finding your mate and love, sexy hot scenes that are not over the top with awesome characters? A must buy and keep them coming they are awesome.

Alien Heart

Aliens 👽 come to earth and take over. An alien 👽 slave, Ryoko, crossed paths with his future mate and began to realize how enslaved him and his men were. Maya being human didn’t understand all the mate business and refused him. Now with war coming will Maya realize how much she loves him or will it be too late? Recommend this book.

Trigger warnings needed

The storyline had potential because it had post-apocalyptic and invasion elements. But it got cringe when the MMC noticed Maya at such an early age but waited the moment she turned 18. Warning ⚠️ there is SA, but it's brushed off like life goes on. Wth? Sa doesn't involve mmc. Other than those elements, I mentioned it was an ok read.

This Series Continues to be Fascinating!

This series continues to enchant me! I can barely put I down! The writing and the story are top-notch, imaginative, and captivating. If you're looking for a good sci-fi series, I can vouch for this one (at least, with the first two books!). Recommended!

Great backstory to the series

This is a good introduction to the overlapping characters in the main series. I enjoy having a backstory on the various characters and this book is a good one.

Read in parallel with Heart of the Dragon. Second half of both books have some similar scenes but from a different POV. The scene that are different fill in plot hole and each couple's stories.

Alien Heart

Parasitic aliens invaded earth bringing along their drugged minions that include Slythians and dragons. Ryoko found Maya, his mate and saved her from the breeding pens.

I am glad we got Maya's story from the beginning. This was another solid book for this series and I can't wait to read more.
