I ignored Aida's warnings, and now I’m ensnared in a ruthless man’s trap.
When I went to give Fabio Alteri a piece of my mind,
I never expected the visit to take a forbidden turn.
Aida told me not to go but in a drunken fury I visited the dangerous don.
Angry that this man would tear my friend from me the way he did—his own daughter.
Then, our eyes met and it felt like he set my soul on fire.
I shouldn’t want the ruthless Sicilian mafia don.
He’s dangerous.
He’s forbidden.
He’s got no soul.
And yet, I find myself inexplicably drawn to him.
He’s broken, and I’ve always had a tendency to try to fix people.
The question is will I be able to fix him, or will he break me instead?
Ruthless Daddy is the third book in the Boston Mafia Doms Series by Bianca Cole. This book is a safe story with no cliffhangers and a happily ever after ending. However, this story has dark themes, hot scenes, violence, content some readers may find upsetting, and bad language. It features an over the top, twisted and possessive Italian crime boss.
Style: Dark Mafia Romance (Forbidden/Age Gap) Story: 4/5 Enjoyment: 4/5 Dark Level: 2/5 Sexual Level: SEX-CITINGLY APPEALING Triggers: Yes Violence: Yes (Mild to Medium) Male: Dominant,Possessive & Sexy Series: Book 3 Pages: loc. 3382 Audio: N/A Kindle Unlimited: Yes
STORY: The beginning of Ruthless Daddy overlaps with book one. We saw what lead to Fabio arranging his daughter, Aida, to be married to Milo. The author revisited their moment on the cliff as well, and we got to see things from Fabio’s POV. I admit, didn’t care for Fabio in book one, because he seemed cold and unfeeling, but now I have a better understanding as to why.
So, I can do age gap, but not a fan of huge age gaps. However, I have to say, Fabio is definitely a silver Fox Zaddy and a DILF. I can’t believe I’m saying this, but by far, Fabio was the sexiest read for me compared to Milo from book one and Malachy from book two. At first, I wasn’t sure about Fabio, because he came off a little too nice, but you saw when he wants something he is taking it. He is 49 and Gia is 21 and their chemistry was built on anxiety and excitement. Definitely that forbidden aspect of the story and not wanting to get caught gave me that adrenaline while reading. Gia, she was a little feisty. Strong one moment and weak the next. Personally, for me, I felt that gave me a good read with a pull and tug between the characters. Fabio was so consumed with Gia and it showed. He got a little too crazy with the private jet scene and traveling to Boston.
There was definitely a bit of mafia action that got a little exciting. Also, apart from the beginning of the story, there were other incidents that overlaps with book one. I do feel that all 3 books in some way weaves into each other. The best experience is reading each book in the series.
SEXUAL CHEMISTRY: I can not speak for anyone else, but I love the way this author does her sex scenes. Fabio was like a damn energizer bunny, he kept going and going. You really got the sense that he could not get enough of Gia. His sexual chemistry mix with his possessiveness intensifies their scenes for me. Love the flower shop scene.
SECONDARY CHARACTERS: Aida and Milo - They are from book one. Fabio’s daughter and son-in-law. Also, Gia’s best friend.
Siena - Gia’s and Aida’s best friend. I felt bad she was so in the dark. I wish the Epilogue did mention her. I was a little curious.
I don’t think anyone really stood out to me in this book. I would say Lorenzo, Fabio’s right hand man but meh, not sure how I felt about him.
OVERALL I am still enjoying this series a lot. I did not think I would fancy it as much with a huge age gap, but I found Fabio very appealing. Also, I am glad to see Alicia’s story will be next in the series. In my last review for this series, I noted she stood out to me, and I’m excited to see how her story with Niall will play out.
✰✰TRIGGERS: Violence, has some throat grabbing. May contain some dark sexual themes. Also, there is a particular scene where Fabio drugged Gia. May or may not be a trigger.
****I don’t equate these stories to real life. It’s about personal taste and what you would or want to tolerate with the books you read. I know we all have different opinions and preferences with what we read. I based my book reviews on my preferences and what I like, and while these preferences may not be the same for others, I hope this review was still helpful.
Morals, shmorals! Those have no place with a mafia don as he takes his daughter's best friend... again and again and again and.... You get the picture.
As hot as these dirty dawgs are, I need to step back for a moment and go back to the beginning. My heart was breaking before even getting through the first chapter. I was not expecting that! Not even a little bit. If you've read the first book in this series, Cruel Daddy, now, you'll get to see Aida's send off from Sicily from her father's perspective. I knew there was something amiss but this.... 😥💔
Keeping with Cruel Daddy for moment longer, the ending hinted to this match and I've patiently waited for Bianca Cole to deliver. Oh yeah, she delivered. As I've mentioned, Gia and Fabio are sizzling together. 🔥🔥🎉🔥🔥 They are rough, raw, and right for each other despite her status as a newly minted twenty-one year old to his nearly fifty.
I love Gia's independence and feistiness. When she said, "I'd like to see you make me," to the don / Dom, i knew I picked the right book to read. Then there is the role playing. 🚿 <-- make it a cold one.
As much as I've enjoyed this book, I don't want to gloss over the fact that it gets a bit dark and gruesome here and there. Traitors and enemies be warned! 👺💀
You know this is part of a series. You don't need to read the other books, as this can be standalone, but I'd recommend the first book at a minimum.
I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.
I’m into dark romance, but non consensual role play was a little much, and first encounter was more towards non con w/o role play that it actually made me cringe a little. And calling her a wh0re through love making, like a lot just took away the spice. I mean some parts very spicy but this just went too much in the non con, but hey no shame if into that just not for me.
Ruthless Daddy is the third book in the Boston Mafia Doms series. These books are usually stand-alone stories however the only connection Fabio has to Boston was him marrying his daughter off to Milo in a previous book. To fully understand that connection as well as part of the issue with Fabio and Gia's relationship I would recommend reading Cruel Daddy first.
Gia is his daughter's best friend, his daughter already hates him and his life is full of darkness, those should be enough reasons to resist temptation but nothing can keep him away once he decides he wants something, especially if they tell him he can't have it.
Unlike some other stories in the series, there's no peace to be found here. Sicily isn't a safe place, especially for those connected to the mob. Never betray your Don, you won't like the consequences. That's as true to those working for him as it is to those in his personal life. 10 years ago his wife was taken from him and he never thought he could open up again. Now that he's let someone in it exposes a new vulnerability his enemies may try and exploit.
There's an even bigger darkness in this book and things tend to get a bit extreme. Dirty deeds, choking and consensual non-consent games that may make some readers uncomfortable.
I received an advanced copy of this book from BookSprout and am leaving a voluntary honest review.
Let me start offby saying that the title is super misleading? It's safe to say I assumed the book had a daddy kink, but nope. Not even a little bit.
Second, these characters have no emotions whatsoever. It felt robotic at times.
Thirdly, all the dirty talk was the same. He called her a dirty little whore every time. I get there's not much variation when it comes to degradation, but after the third rough sex scene it's all the same to me.
Fourthly, it was TOO insta-y. The night she goes to confront him, they haven't seen each other since she was eleven (she's 21 now) and his cock goes hard, he kisses her up against the door, tears her underwear and fingers her 10 minutes after she's come in. They have no contact for 2 weeks, until she sends him one text and it turns into sexting + photos. Next scene, he demands her in his bed every night. Sure, we readers totally believe you've fallen for each other and connected on a deeper level 🤡.
And lastly, the last sex scene of the book (at 92%) he asks if she's familiar with CNC. She's not. He explains and cue a CNC scene. Was the author really thinking "hmm let me end this book with a 2 page, weak CNC scene to prove he's really a 💫 ruthless daddy 💫"?
Can't resist a good wide age gap!!! Loved that the heroine wasn't a v-holder for this one. It was a welcome change. I loved their passion for each other and wish there were more scenes with his daughter. They needed to find peace in more than just one scene. Other than that, it was a lovely book!
Interesting plot with a best friend hooking up with your father. They definitely have a kinky relationship for sure. They have some very hot sex together. I wasn’t up for the role play stuff at the end but oh well to each his own. This was better then the first book and Fabio was hot as hell and he really cared and wanted Gia from the start. Yeah possessive and a tad high handed but what do you expect from an Italian mafia guy?
A surprising couple, all in differences The story is complex because of the heroine's place: she finds herself not understanding herself in her reaction to mafia boss Fabio, father of her best friend, whether in her attraction, her submission, her feminist. The reaction of Fabio, a widower, whose wife was murdered, is just as complex for him, who has not had a relationship since the murder of his wife ten years ago. He is domineering, does not hesitate to kill for revenge or to protect others, and I found that the author was very successful in describing this antagonism between the barbaric criminal, domineering, and the man capable of loving again. I found this compromise of these two personalities difficult as a reader because I didn't know if I hated the character of Fabio, or if I loved him, while almost resenting myself to like him. It’s a great dark, bloody, steamy romance, with complex behaving characters I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book
I really enjoyed this! A great dark mafia romance, full of action and some very intense sex scenes! The story is slightly taboo and deals with an older man, younger woman and to be honest is not my usual preference, however the whole story really worked! Gia was feisty and Fabio was the possessive, controlling and domineering Mafia don who wouldn't take no for an answer!! Lets just say when these two got together it was like fireworks going off....be prepared for the sizzling heat and passion only an older man can give!! Highly recommend!

Wow this series has me hooked to this author! She has made me fall inlove with alpha men so possessive, they really shouldnt get a HEA….but the heroine theyre inlove with deserve their happy ending!!!! I loved Fabio and Mia so much!!!!
This is the 3rd book in the series but it can be read as a standalone. Gia is angry and Fabio for sending his daughter a way and when she goes to confront him, she gets more than she expected. Fast-paced read with loads of drama, suspense, steam and emotion. Great characters with lots of depth and an entertaining story. I liked it.
Captivating, dangerous, dark, twisted, intriguing, chilling yet oh so beautiful.
Fabio and Gia
Fabio is devastated by the loss of his second in command, still dealing with the loss of his beloved wife, taken from him by his enemies, in there never ending thirst for blood and vengeance. Fabio makes a decision in regards to Aida, to ensure her safety and her future. When he informs her that she is going to Boston and is to marry Milo, she lashes out, being forced to leave everything she knows and loves, when all is said and done, he breaks down, hurting at the decision he had to make, the sacrifice he needed to make in order to protect his daughter was the only thing he could do, he only hoped in time that she would forgive him.
10 months later….
On the night of her 21st birthday, Gia goes out for drinks with her friend Siena. So much has changed since there friend Aida was shipped off to Boston, they miss her terribly. Afterwards, Gia finds herself on the beach outside Aida’s home, using a secret entrance, she sneaks into the house, where she is caught by Fabio, when he recognises who she is, there attraction instantaneous. When she goes to leave they both almost give into there desires, Fabio teases her with his fingers, moaning in pleasure, at what he is doing to her, coming to her senses she leaves him cold, leaving him to relieve himself after making him hard. Irrespective of how old he is, and how old she is, he wants what he wants, and he wants her, heart, mind, body and soul, ruthlessly, forever.
Fabio can’t let go of Gia and neither can she, as she is thrusted into his life, they push each other completely, wholeheartedly, irrevocably until the inferno implodes between them. He asserts his dominance from the get go, and she is not sure how to accept him, let alone how to take him.
Gia fights Fabio at every turn, but she can’t help but be responsive to the way he touches her, the way he makes her feel, she is determined not to feel, but she has this need inside of her that only he can satiate, for him to take her on a sensual and erotic journey of self discovery, drowning her entire being in unthinkable pleasures.
Gia discovers that Fabio has vey explicit kinks and very dark and dirty desires, she also finds that she has desires herself, to be pleasured, to be taken in any way possible, her wants and needs taken beyond heightened passion, fulfilling this dark, powerful erotic sensual need inside of her and Fabio gave her all of that and more.
Fabio and Gia show each other that there was much more, no matter what either wanted, together they explored each other’s pleasures, going beyond more than what they both could have possibly imagined. Even though there relationship is strictly forbidden, between a dominate and a submissive, there coupling was electric, there desire white hot, there love for one other burning from the inside out.
The secrets, the lies, the twists, the turns lead to the inevitable, the truth, each hurting there friends and family in the process, of an elicit affair that they couldn’t deny, even though that wasn’t there intention. There were those out there, trusted friends who betrayed all for the sake of money, blackmail, kidnapping and enemies that were relentless in there pursuit for blood and vengeance, it all finally came to a head.
There story was raw and sensual, as it was powerful and confronting. There love for each other heartbreakingly beautiful. It was fast paced and thrilling, it made my heart race and soar to unfathomable heights. The need to see there growing attraction, the lust and fear, to own and dominate, retaliate, to take control, god it was hot.
I was hooked from the very first chapter right up until the last. I loved the different points of view, it told a telling story, especially the complex family dynamics between Fabio, Gia, Siena, Aida and Milo. The author knows how to write, to ensnare her readers to ensure they’ll come back for more.
And those s€x scenes in and out of the bedroom were down right sensually erotic, the filthy dirty talk an absolute turn on, daring, filthy, provocative, possessive, controlling, oh so steamy, deliciously wicked, dirty, hot, beautiful, dark, taboo, naughty, raw, powerful, passionate, wet, dominating and wild and there happily ever after is what you could wish for and more.

Aida (from Cruel Daddy) has warned her friends not to confront her father about him sending her away to be married to the Italian Don from Boston. But Gia has had enough, and one day when she’s a little drunk she decides to confront him.
But the confrontation doesn’t go as expected. Instead of putting Fabio in his place, they both start to feel an attraction towards each other that’s wrong and forbidden.
As Fabio tries to keep Gia for himself, Gia is fighting it because she feels like she’s betraying her best friend by being with him.
This one was my least favorite in the series so far. It was just kind of boring. The chemistry between them is there but kind of weak. And the story kind of dragged instead of sucking me in like the first two books.
I think one of the biggest issues was that Fabio was like a sweet little puppy compared to Milo and Malachy (from the first two books). It’s like those two were pretty dark and dirty and Fabio was kind of lame.
I don’t even mind the age gap. That’s not even the problem. In fact, I LIKE age gap books. But speaking of Fabio’s age, I will say that I feel like the model on the cover looks way older than 49. Like maybe closer to 59? I mean, my husband is 42 and he doesn’t have even a hint of gray hair, but this guy is like full-on gray. And she describes him as having a full head of silver hair. I don’t think most 49 year olds are fully gray. Maybe at 59, but not really at 49. But yeah, his age and what he looks like and is described as doesn’t really match up realistically.
But back to Fabio and his lack of darkness. Sure, he likes to call Gia a whore during sex and he has control issues. But he’s seriously nice compared to what we’ve seen in the series so far. Even him being into “CNC” was kind of iffy. The CNC in this book is so lame. And I like CNC in books! But it was just really cheesy and not well done in this book.
The other thing Fabio likes is for Gia to call him “sir”. I really dislike when MMC’s make the woman call them “sir” in bed. It just makes things feel so formal and impersonal. It’s one reason I steer clear of books with a heavy amount of BDSM. And what happened to these being daddy kink books? There is strangely no daddy kink in this one AT ALL. Maybe the author thought it would seem weird since Gia is his daughter’s best friend and the same age as her? I donno, but it seems odd that it wasn’t included in the story since it’s in the title of the book and the first two books focused on this kink.
Also Fabio’s “dirty talk” is really repetitive an uncreative. It’s always the same, “you’re a naughty girl”, “you’re my whore”, blah blah blah. Hot the first and maybe second time around, but after that I’m wanting him to get some new material.
The story (aside from the sex/romance) was about him taking down a rival family that was responsible for killing his first wife and best friend. This part was okay but not very suspenseful. I did like that Milo made an appearance to help out as an ally though.
Then there’s the part where Aida ultimately finds out about them. The main drama between the couple throughout the book was the forbidden-ness of her being with her best friend’s dad (who her bff is angry at). The whole “we can’t be together because of Aida” thing got kind of old after awhile. Yeah, I get the issue. But Gia started to sound like a broken record.
When Aida finds out, she is understandably angry. And I totally get why Aida would feel angry towards Gia and Fabio. But I did feel like she should’ve at least heard them out before writing them off. I didn’t like how she handled this at all. I liked Aida in her own book but she just seemed really bratty and stubborn seeing her act like this from an outside perspective.
Overall the book was just kind of meh. It was okay in places but disappointing in others. Definitely not my favorite in the series. Hopefully the next one is better!

This could have been soooo good, but it really fell short for me. The characters all felt severely underdeveloped, like characters in a novella would, except this isn’t a novella. I wasn’t invested in any of the characters or their outcomes, because they felt bland. The s*x started good, but halfway through the book, the author just started glossing over it and cutting to the next chapter, which was boring.
I have sooo many bones to pick with this author’s depiction of Sicily and the Cosa Nostra, aka the Sicilian mob.
First of all, Sicily is MASSIVE. M-A-S-S-I-V-E. It’s about the size of Massachusetts, and it takes about a week just to drive around the island. And Palermo? Well, Palermo isn’t a tiny village, it’s literally the Capitol of the entire region. Palermo alone has a population of over 90k, and the entire island of Sicily has around 5 million ppl (not including tourists). So, no. Palermo is not a small town, Sicily isn’t a small island, and everyone certainly does not know each other and each other’s business. It’s ludicrous how off the author is on this, but especially their depiction of the Sicilian mob. First of all, the don wouldn’t live in a cute, seaside villa. They’d live in a house that’s easily defended with walls/barbed wire/guards patrolling/cameras/etc. They definitely wouldn’t live in a villa on the beach with an unknown vent/hatch/secret passageway in and out of their house that somehow was never discovered. Like…get real. I get that it’s fiction and fantasy, but it’s based off reality, so make it realistic. So many eye rolls.
Then there’s Aida, the so-called “best friend.” What a horrible, bratty friend. I get Aida wanting nothing to do with her dad, but ignoring your best friends for practically a year, ignoring their calls on their birthdays…sorry, that’s not a best friend. That’s an old friend you slowly fell apart from. The fact that Gia was so concerned about hurting Aida, when Aida clearly didn’t give a shit about Gia, was obnoxious.
Overall, this book was just meh. Not sure I’ll read anymore from this series.
Ruthless Daddy is the third installment in the Boston Mafia Don series. Is in the world of Organized Crime, Vigilante Justice, in a Multicultural Romance. Ruthless Daddy is a best friend dad story, age gap trope, and forbidden romance. It's dark, vivid, violent, raw, and smutty. The chemistry between Fabio and Gia was so scorching hot it almost melt my kindle. Gia is best friend with Aida but Fabio sent her away to boston after his capo was murdered by the Moretti mafia. The two families had been at war for decades. The Moretti family killed wife ten years ago and was now threatening Aida's life. On Gia twenty first birthday she was drunk and she decided to break into the mobster home and confront him for answers about her friend. Fabio was attracted to Gia from the moment he see her he couldn't believe she had grown up so beautiful with curves. Gia had always had a crush on the silver mobster since she was a kid. Gia was the first woman that Fabio had a burning desire for since his ex-wife and he wanted to dirty things to her. One time taste and he knew that he had to have her. When Fabio wants something he's relentless and he always gets what he wants. He wants Gia even though he knows that it was wrong. He's like a moth to a flame and Gia can not stay away. There were so many push and pull and a lot of angst. Fabio is a very dominant possessive daddy with a very dark taste in the bedroom throat play, rough sex, bondage and roll play. There 's blood and gore and mob war. But it was beautifully executed with well developed characters and interconnected secondary from previous books making appearances. It was a page turner and highly addictive.

This... was so bad? It had so much promise, considerable age gap, possessiveness, taboo romance, rough sex. I was expecting so much and was left with... nothing? The tone was set from the very first chapter. The writing is a actually very bad? The dialogue is stilted and repetitive, and some instances are just not how people speak normally. Also the fact that Italian comes up SO often in speech. There is literally no need for that because the story and the characters are set in Italy so it's implied they speak Italian, why do I have to read random words and sentences in Italian followed by "which means [English translation] in Italian"?? Just no. Plus, it's super cringe! I'm Italian, I understood everything that was said perfectly, most of it were mistranslations and just not how Italians speak. "Tesorina"?? God, I almost passed out when I first read that. And wanted to die every time I read it after. Also, it's absolutely not what "a man would normally call his girlfriend". I get wanting to use foreign words here and there, whatever, I'm not 100% against it, but at least do some research, some fact checking, don't just copy paste from Google translate. There's hundreds of forums that can help you with that! Anyways, the characters are way too two-dimensional, they sound like robots, and the attraction/love was way too instant, it was just not believable at all. Also Gia was constantly switching between "No don't!" and "Yes, please, sir!", in the span of sentences, literally, that it was just... Safe to say I'm disappointed. I was promised something and got nothing.
The addition starts with the book cover….yeah…yeah…yeah don’t judge a book by its cover they say ….well we all do it and this one here it is the scratch to your itch or better yet the filling to your oreos! Speaking of filling…..wait, that’s for later. Within the first chapters you get the panoramic view of whom you’re dealing with! Bad boy….check Bod boy’s crazy brother/friend…check Bad boy’s Kryptonie…check ….check and check By the time you’ve figured out who is who, you’re already hooked, and you may as well give up the fight and prepare yourself for an all-nighter! Can’t say I didn’t warn you. Fabio is broken after his wife and best friends died at the hands of his enemy, he is a sexy as all get out big, mean, grump. Although don’t get it twisted, he takes care of the people he love, and will protect them at all cost. Gia is his best friend’s daughter all grown up and best friends to his daughter and very angry with him for what/how he treated Adia. He drugged her and sent her away to be married without having the balls to just talk to her and one drunken night she decides to confront him face to face ….bad idea being on Fabio’s radar is never a good thing and he has his sights set on Gia, generally he get what/who he wants. There will be twists and turns, a whole lot of drama but will it keep them from their happiness?
I read the first book in the series, Aida and Milo’s book. This is following Aida’s father, Fabio. I thought Fabio was a jerk the way he sent Aida away in her book but I’m glad to understand it in this book.
***spoilers*** Gia is best friends with Fabio’s daughter, Aida. Most of this book takes place in Sicily. Gia feels ignored in their friendship since Aida left to go marry Milo in Boston. So she storms over to her father’s house to give him a piece of her mind. The chemistry is instantaneous and electric. Throughout the whole book they both push and pull trying to stay away from each other. Fabio is the don of the Alteri mafia. His first wife was unalived horrifically by another family. It’s constant back and forth between the 2 families throughout the book. Threats are made against Gia, paparazzi take photos of Gia and Fabio together forcing them to tell Aida the truth sooner than planned. Aida of course is pissed and won’t listen. Gia is also pregnant. The character building is great, and Fabio is definitely a Mafia King! And their role play with CNC 🧑🏻🍳 💋

Fabio’s battle with the Moretti’s had begun ten years ago when they wanted to take over Sicily. They’d viciously killed his wife and more recently his best friend. He’d been his capo and he had expected him to eventually marry Aida. Fearing for Aida’s life, and needing back up from another family, he’d arranged for her to marry a Don from Boston. Only he had never explained this to the girls. After Gia hears nothing from Aida who’d been sent away to marry an older man with a cruel reputation, she’s both worried and furious. Gia sneaks into Fabio’s home through a secret tunnel that only the girls knew about. When she comes face to face with Fabio in his study, he was impressed with her brave front. As a dominant that liked kink, Fabio could sense that the beautiful Gia would make the perfect submissive. Despite the 20 year age difference, Gia had secretly admired Fabio from afar. But as their relationship deepens, Fabio worries for Gia’s safety…. This was an enjoyable follow up to Aida’s story. The relationship between Fabio and Gia was intense and it was interesting to catch up with Aida and the continuous war with the Moretti’s. Superb.

Gia is the best friend of Aida from book one. Gia decides to go tell Fabio off for the way that he treated her best friend. Gia enters a underground passage to Fabio house while she had just gotten through getting drunk on her twenty-first birthday. She going to tell Fabio a piece of her mind. Gia confronts Fabio in his house but just barley miss getting shot, until he recognize her. Gia starts talking about how she feels about his decision to sent Aida away from her. Fabio explain his reason and after they firnish talking they both notice that they are attractedd to each other. Gia and Fabio share a brief and powerful kiss. Gia and Fabio can not stay away from each other and met again, but it becomes physically intimated. This was a age-gap, Fabio is 49, Gia 21. Fabio is a delicious sliver fox, mafia boss, tough, strong, fierce, posessive, alpha male, handsome, take charge. Gia is fiesty, loyal friend of Aida, independant, determined, sexy, and speaks her mind. I love this story, Gia is mature for her age, not running the street or club but owning her flower shop business. The way that Fabio treats Gia charmng, sexy, and loving. Fabio and Gia romance story is geniune and true, loving, forbidden, and endaring, dark. Great sliver fox romance.
Settle in for a wild ride with Bianca Cole’s Ruthless Daddy.
Gia should have known it was a bad idea to confront the father to her best friend Aida–especially when drunk. She wasn’t under any illusion that he was a kind man, he was cruel and heartless, but still, she was drawn to him like a moth to a flame.
Fabio knew he wasn’t who he once was. The death of his wife and then his best friend at the hands of his enemy changed him–and not for the better. He would do anything to protect the ones he loves, they just didn’t know it. Gia brings out something in him that has long lied dormant and he’ll do whatever it takes to keep her.
Ruthless Daddy is an age-gape, darkish romance that will leave you wanting to read into the wee hours of the night. This third installment of Bianca Cole’s Boston Mafia Don series brings us back to where it all started with a few surprising twists and turns along the way.

This was a good read intense and dark some of the sexual thems may not be for everyone I wasn't sure how I felt about one particular scene but like I said this is dark and violent and the sex is at times darker too. There is some violence that is Mafia related as well.
I was allowed to read and advance copy of this book via Booksprout and this is my honest review.
I love a good age gap and this definitely gave me that. The chemistry between Fabio and Gia was off the charts! I was also worried about how the relationship would play out since Gia was best friends with Aida. The back and forth between Fabio and Gia was a little time consuming, they spent more time denying to themselves and each other what they wanted instead of just accepting the fact that they want to be together and that they should be together. I didn't like that they kept pushing off on telling Aida what was going on, I do think they should have told her sooner but then it wouldn't have been the right story for these two. I'm glad that things worked out for them and that during this war between two sides didn't cause Gia to get hurt, I know she was having some trust issues with being drugged and kidnapped (who wouldn't?). All in all, it was the perfect story for these two!

I received an ARC from the author thru Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving my review. This is the third book in the Boston Mafia Dons series and it is not for the faint at heart. It is a standalone, but better read after the first two in order to understand the background. We learn to hate Fabio from his actions with Aida. In this book we learn much more about why he sent her away. Gia is best friends with Aida and is upset enough to confront the spider in his web. This changes everything for the both of them. Their attraction is undeniable and intense. Some of the steamy things they get up to are not for everyone, but it works for them. Fabio and Gia both discover a love that was unexpected. They still have to deal with the danger, drama, violence and most importantly, Aida. I enjoyed this book and the characters. It is dark and twisted at times but still their own love story.

I couldn’t wait to get to this book since we met these characters back in book 1. There was a lot of replaying conversations from book 1, but it wasn’t too annoying since we got to see it from another perspective. I expected this story to be my favorite but it was just ok. Still a great read and fantastic addition to the series, I’m not sure why it wasn’t my favorite. The age gap is huge, at almost 30 years which seems unreasonable in real life but since our hero was as horny as a teenager, lol, it’s easy to ignore the age difference. There was a huge obstacle with the daughter (heroine in book 1) hating them both for betraying her. I wasn’t really getting why she was so betrayed or angry, plus I feel like everyone was happy in the end so I don’t get why she’s holding a grudge against her father. Didn’t affect how I felt about the book, just my thoughts on the storyline. Looking forward to the next book in this series.
This book follows Gia and her quest to make Aida's father Fabio see how wrong he was in sending her away to Boston to be married off to man she doesn't even know. However, when she decides to confront Fabio Alteri, the Sicilian mafia don nothing goes to plan. For one she is drunk and all over the place but even in her drunken state she is drawn to him and she can't stop the feelings coming to the surface when he demands her respect. He is dangerous and she knows what he does for a living but she can't seem to stay away. This extremely hot age gap, bdsm novel is going to blow you away with the hotness radiating off the pages. Gia can't resist him and he is just as taken back by her but she is his daughter's best friend and his relationship with Aida is already strained so he knows this can't end well. You will enjoy this book just as much as the other Boston Mafia Doms series. You will be thoroughly satisfied. Happy Reading!
