Looking for attention and acceptance from the substitute teacher can be hard especially when the substitute is fancy as is Katie's situation. She tries all day to be noticed and to help will she succeed? You have to read to find out. My daughter enjoys this series. I try to get a new one every library haul I make.

Katie is missing her teacher. There's a sub, Miss Bliss, who Katie feels doesn't like her. She tries all day to get Miss Bliss' attention with little success. But in the end, does she get it or not? Enjoy the book to see how it ends. Many others in the series too.
