It was an interesting read. Mostly because I recognized myself in his history as an addicted gamer.
I'd also recommend this book for parents who have children dealing with the same issues.

In the book Matthias also gives good tips on dealing with a child who has a gaming addiction, or who is gravitating towards a gaming addiction.

- verbinding vinden, ondanks uiteenlopende interesses
- zelfwaarde opbouwen

Seems greatly applicable in practice, clear explanations and overviews of his main points, and a big thumbs up for the sharing of his personal experience with gaming addiction.
