My love story begins where most end. Theo and I didn’t start off with wedding bells and warm wishes. What we did have was true love. From the moment we met, it was inevitable that we would marry. He’s the other half of my soul and everything I could want in a husband. If I’d ever wanted to marry. Which I didn’t. I’m what you’d call a free spirit. An artist by nature. Pursuing my passion was the very reason I left my small-town home to live in the city. Marrying the quarterback, popping out babies, and being the perfect housewife has never interested me. Yet here I am with two rings on my finger, promising to spend eternity with a man I barely know. And now I realize he left out a few details about his life. Important details. Figuring out how to make a relationship work with the man I love is the biggest challenge of my life. Can our love withstand the pressure, or are we doomed to grow apart?
This trilogy is a slow burn romance, but Katherine will get her happily ever after … eventually.
Ahhh!! Katherine is one of my all time favorite characters from Aurora Darklight. If you've read books 1-6 of sweet existence, you might be surprised to find yourself back in time, starting from the very beginning. (Don't worry, you'll catch up to the current TL in book 10).
Katherine is resilient, stubborn, and turning into everything she said she didn't want to be as a wife and mother. Throughout sweet existence book 7 you meet so many amazing, important characters, discover where Katherine started and just how hard she's worked to get where she is in the previous books. It's a book of art ;)
I felt like I got to know Katherine and so many others in her trilogy.
