At this point my only requirements for isekai are MC with a decent personality, pretty art, one minimal plot twist, and I'm good. This one however, I like how fresh it is.

Sure, it stars with the same old same old story.

Main character suddenly finds herself in her favorite novel.

Her husband and her adopted son are both villains.

But wait, there is a twist!

Even though she reincarnated into the novel as the villain's mother and thinks 'how cute her son is' and wants go give him a proper childhood so he doesn't become the villain aww too fucking late darling. Her adopted son is already evil and she's the only one who doesn't realize or believe it.

Father and son are both passive aggressive and I have no idea where the hell this is going but oh well, so far SO GOOD.

I really enjoyed this in the beginning but then as chapters went by the FL started to annoy me. She just focuses on her son and I get why, but she acts like she doesn't know the web novel at all or the history behind the novel and why some characters do what they do. I honestly felt bad that she started to get tricked by others for her kindness but she should know the world she was forced into. we'll see where this series goes.

Started this one at about the same time as a couple others and we're just now getting to the end of season one. I'm kind of sad about this because the MC has finally wised up to the fact her husband and son are in fact the Villains of the story and have absolutely no desire to change that. (not that they know they're in the story ) After an existential crisis she's decided to love and accept them anyway. And I'm looking forward to seeing how this works in the rest of the story. Obviously the male leads Father and Son want her to stay completely innocent, and she's got the idea she has to become more like them so they don't worry about her. It will be interesting to see how they influence her to become either more of a villainess or if she starts influencing them to be less villainous Probably not. But I looking forward to seeing what the prince (who's a frick'n child trying to play with the big boys.) is going to do. I think he's setting up his father for assassination at this point.
Overall it's a nice story. I tend to wait until several chapters are available and binge all at once. Here's hoping the hiatus between S1 and S2 isn't very long.

Buy/Borrow? It's currently free online as a translation but if you can understand the original you can buy it. I probably would.

being isekai'd has become so popular lately. not that I don't get it, i really do. it's kind of overwhelming that there's like a bunch of them produced and published everywhere lol. but this one is unique, as far as my limited reading goes.
for obvious reasons, this is a female power fantasy in line with the Katarina character(My Next Life as a Villainess) but that is if you like being a mother and wife to an evil family.
In her past life, she was a daycare center worker which actually fits her mother role. She had taken the character of Roselia from the light novel she was reading. She stood as the evil stepmother of the Chade Duchy who is bound to be killed by the son because of the abuse he was inflicted upon (in the novel). She had hoped by becoming a better mother to Ainspenner she could change her death flag and the whole evil reputation of the family. Little did she know that there is not much she can do about their villainy. they are already nasty and murderous to begin with. although by her warmth and doting nature she had managed to make the father and son compete for her love. added to that they were also protective of her and would execute any means necessary to protect her.

Una storia che già dalla trama mi ha incuriosito parecchio e devo dire che è travagliata, travolgente, le tavole sono disegnate in modo favoloso per non parlare dell’ambiente d’epoca accattivante e disegnato in modo dettagliato e curato.
I protagonisti sono molto interessanti e con dei caratteri forti, determinati e la protagonista Seo Haena che si ritrova reincarnata nella novella che stava leggendo trasportata in un mondo magico come Roselia ma la cosa che mi sorprende è la sua determinazione nell’evitare che Ein diventi il cattivo a tutti i costi dandogli amore, questo mi sembra intrigante e misterioso. Roselia ha un cuore nel quale l’amore per Ein il suo figliastro che non è esattamente un angelo come appare e Cassius suo marito è puro e profondo. Ma il rapporto tra i tre li unisce creando una famiglia piena d’amore.

The story and art are all right but I don't really like any of the leading characters. The father-son duo as well as the many supporting characters are a little on the bland side and while the female lead is more colorful, she's also a little too narrow in vision. She can't seem to focus on more than one thing at a time. Honestly, based on her actions, it seems like she only read the book blurb of the novel or at most, the prologue, and none of the actual story. But if you ignore their general unlikeableness, you'll find some good moments written in. The story is still better than many others of its ilk.

This girl gets isekaied and ends up as the the villains wife and future villains step mom. She vows to protect her step son from his dad and raise him right so he doesn't become a villain in the future and die.

This is pretty interesting but kind of predictable. Compared to other manhua that I've read this one is a little more tame and cheesy.

im just gonna do the review for the whole webcomic here: after the time skip, I genuinely could not tell the dad and the son apart half the time - love the respect they put on her name and the love they have for her <3 I read a lot of this genre though, so the only reason for the lack of stars is that nothing sticks out too much for me
