Various is the correct author for any book with multiple unknown authors, and is acceptable for books with multiple known authors, especially if not all are known or the list is very long (over 50).
If an editor is known, however, Various is not necessary. List the name of the editor as the primary author (with role "editor"). Contributing authors' names follow it.

I love reading the conference talks. After completing this version I was struck with how many of the speakers specifically mentioned following the prophet. There is no way to pick a favorite talk. I loved them all. The talk by Elder Timothy J. Dyches when he told the story of he and his son going repelling in the Moaning Cavern in California really tugged at my heartstrings. As he and his son were lowered into the cave he described the moment, which was planned during which all the electric lights were extinguished and he and his son were "engulfed in a darkness so profound that we could not even see our hands on the ropes in front of us." Even though he and his son were doing a tandem descent into the chimney cavern, and this was part of their plan he said, "A voice instantly called out, "Dad, Dad, are you there?"
I know the feeling of that son. To think of this experience in the larger sense, I believe I am a daughter of God and I know the feeling of darkness and the cry to my Heavenly Father. And I also know the feeling of calling out for my dear parents and wanting their comforting assurance of closeness. So as I read all of these talks, I underlined the ways that I can humbly add light to my mortal experience. None of us like the feeling of total darkness, which is more than just seen but also felt. I have to do all I can to gather as much light as I can from the source of all light so I can find my way out of darkness to light.
I love these talks. I love reading them. I can't wait for General Conference in October.
I will probably be re-reading specific topics in this for the next 4 months. As usual the addresses were very much to the point and helped us to find ways to become closer to our Savior. Among my favorites were President Nelson's main address and the one given by Elder David Bednar about Principals.
No more pertinent or timely counsel can be found anywhere. It is up to date and relevant in every way. I study the Conference Addresses thoroughly every six months and find them uplifting, fortifying and full of inspiration and wisdom.
