I've followed Dr Glenn Doyle on social media for a while now and love his down to earth, no nonsense style so I went lookibg for some published work, a this didn't disappoint.
I loved this little book, it was full of easily digestable gems of wisdom. It could be read in one sitting but it's definitely one that will have more of an impact if you read a lesson and allow it to develop in your mind.
I highlighted lots of powerful sentences and I am looking forward to re-reading this again soon.
A very concise and powerful text that will speak to so many people. Dr. Doyle offers 30 things that can make you start to examine yoiur life and, hopefully, start making changes so you can create a life you actually enjoy. This book, albeit short, is really worth your while.
