9/13/2024 - Really cute, but for me there were too many changes from the episode. The “go away” part of playing Come Here and Go Away wasn’t shown. Just disappointing because we play that with my daughter when she’s in a shopping cart or we’re pushing her on the swings 🫤🫤

I thought this story was adorable and heart-warming as it touched me right in the feels. I can relate to Bluey and feel for her as I do for my own daughter when I have to go out but she might not want me to.

I love how the Bluey episodes and books touch on so many valuable life lessons and heart feeling situations.

This is my favourite Bluey book so far.

The pups' bedtime routine is shaken up when Mum is away, and Dad must do it all himself. This was a sweet and cute story about parent and kids adjusting things a little from the usual, with a realistic scenario youngsters will relate to.

Jack borrowed this book from the Canal Winchester library. He was excited to see that they have Bluey books, so I picked some for us to take home.

He asked me to read it this morning and listened to the whole thing. He enjoyed Bluey's baby shower and all the other baby stuff. He did a lot of giggling too, which I didn't expect, but I'm glad he enjoyed it.

As a dad myself, this story very much explains what happens when I go through night-time routine with my little one.

I can guarantee that I will knock out by the end of putting my little one to sleep.
