No Rating//Physical Book//I found this book through my work and decided to work through it over the past few months (ok, most of 2024) since the topic applies to me. I don't want to rate this because it's a workbook, so experiences will vary based on the work you put into it. I will say that as someone who has done a lot of my own reading, research and work on this topic, I found this to be more of a "beginner's book," or a starting point for someone just realizing they're an ACOA. Many of the topics/activities were things I've already done in therapy, through other books I've read, or just on my own. However, I'm glad I worked through it so I can recommend it to clients it may be appropriate for.
