I’m growing very fond of Jepson. I don’t know where else I could find so much practical information alongside quotes from Master and Commander and CS Lewis.

As a tree care company business manager for 18 years and now a tree care company owner for three, this is a must read. Not only for all of us in the industry to break it down to the beginning, but for sure to show us all how easy it is to overlook a lot of things that can lead to major issues down the line. All of our staff get this book at onboarding, they have a week to read it and take a verbal test on it. Congratulations on another great book for our amazing industry. Tree Life
