I have looked at a lot of vegan and plant based cookbooks and I really like this one. I have Parkinson’s and can no longer do the cooking. My husband has taken over the cooking but he needs no fuss recipes. The recipes in this book qualifies. I love soup in the cooler weather and there are several that are appealing and easy to make. I look forward to sampling most of the recipes included.

This is a pretty standard recipe book. There aren't many pictures which is a bummer because I like books that have pictures of the finished recipe so I can see what things look like.
The introduction covers what it means to be plant-based and eat whole foods. There's a variety of recipes that cover desserts, dinner, and more using just plant-based ingredients. There's a lot of foods that contain grains highlighted in this book. Most recipes are pretty straight forward, but some are a bit more complicated.
