She doesn’t need a man, but if he can keep her alive another day, it’s worth it.

Taylak has been in cryo for centuries with a do not resuscitate tag on him. So when the phone call comes in for a mate, the twins ignore everything they know and the fact that he could be a danger to the earth and wake him.
When he wakes, he finds out that the earth is in the last inning of a long game and losing. Then he’s told he has a mate. So he should go love her before the final bell rings.

Sena and Taylak have a choice to make. Do they hide from the world to indulge in the love they both missed out on, or do they face the impending catastrophe head-on? They can hide or fight until death takes them.

Argumento:

Sena ha estado corriendo la mayor parte de su vida. Lo que le preocupa es que no está segura de por qué, pero cuando estás marcado por la muerte, haces lo que sea necesario para estar un paso por delante de los que te persiguen. Entonces, cuando está segura de que la muerte la ha alcanzado, toma un consejo y llama a un número de teléfono que le promete una pareja. No necesita un hombre, pero si él puede mantenerla con vida un día más, vale la pena.

Taylak ha estado en crio durante siglos con una etiqueta de no resucitar.

Entonces, cuando llega la llamada telefónica de una compañera, las gemelas ignoran todo lo que saben y el hecho de que podría ser un peligro para la tierra y lo despiertan.

Cuando se despierta, descubre que la tierra está en la última entrada de un juego largo y está perdiendo. Luego le dicen que tiene pareja. Así que debería ir a amarla antes de que suene la campana final.

Sena y Taylak tienen que tomar una decisión. ¿Se esconden del mundo para disfrutar del amor que ambos se perdieron, o enfrentan la catástrofe inminente de frente? Pueden esconderse o luchar hasta que la muerte se los lleve.





Mí humilde opinión:

Un final de serie con amor en el aire pero sobretodo con mucha acción y magia!

Taylak me gustó más que Sena. Lo que él podía hacer como guerrero alienígena era increíble pero pensé que el poder de Sena no era tan genial como el que tenían sus amigas. Crei que haría algo más porque era la iluminada pero le tomó hasta el último momento tomar valentía y hacer algo único. La pareja tuvo sus momentos de pasión y dulzura pero no fueron mí favorita.

El gatito y James fueron una parte linda y me gustó que la pareja adoptara al niño.

Pensamiento aparte...

Me desconcierta totalmente que la tierra este a punto de ser destruida y en lugar de buscar de alguna forma detenerlo y luchar, los protagonistas salen en citas y hasta se dan tiempo para ver Netflix.

Me gustó ver el encuentro de todas las mujeres y luego todas luchando junto a sus parejas y los aliados.

Me pareció que la batalla final se alargó, yo diría que mucho de lo que sucede en medio era de relleno.

Yo me preguntaba cuando y de qué manera se abriría la puerta y cómo sería el rastreador entonces estaba medio llorando por el mal destino de las cuatro parejas pero luego tuvo un giro que me tomó por sorpresa y seguía medio llorando pero de alivio! En serio, la lucha final fue dura y sangrienta, dios mio, pero la parte más emocionante del libro en mí opinión.

Me sorprendió y encantó totalmente quien era realmente Jenn y que finalmente Miso encontrara pareja con alguien que nunca esperé.

La serie tenía amistad, aventura, amor, magia, devotos guerreros alienígenas y una lucha contra el mal que busca destruir la tierra. Aunque a lo largo de la lectura tuvo problemas de aquí y allá, la disfruté en su mayor parte. La volvería a leer? La verdad que no.

Sena had been running since she was 18. She had certain abilities and that helps her keep ahead of death. Then she makes one call that will change the course of her life and Earth's. On the night she almost gets killed she meets her mate. An alien but so gorgeous her heart melts just seeing him. Now both are caught up in a game that can end in Earth's death.
Adventure, powers, love and friendship forged through love. This book will take the reader through every emotion till the last page!!!

Stunning

I was a little saddened to read the last book in this amazing series. In this final book we contact with Sena and Taylak who had a fun and interesting adventure. The storyline was great and full of adventure and romance with loving characters and the war of wars. In the end the couple got there HEA and the series ended on a great note. Can’t wait to see what’s next.
