SAUR GOOD. it took me some time to get into it bc the insta lust threw me the fuck off in the beginning. i was in fact ready to PACK my bags and DIP 🧳🏃🏽 if insta lust/love has 0 haters then im as dead as a mf.
im glad i didn’t put it down bc to my surprise i didn’t get bored and shit got good cause he started hating her guts and y’all know that’s what i want, need and love & makes the man hotter PERIOD. the distance and hatred that i needed between them was there and it got ANGSTYYYYY
still would’ve liked & needed more of a slow burn between silas and estrella though. i really loved them and their chemistry was IT. BUT i wanted to love and feel them even more like i missed some of that sizzling high tension and butterflies yukno? but alas the smut was still smuttayyyy. wheww silas sure knows to please 😩 they was fuckin back to back it might have been as lengthy as his dick cus that man has STAMINA and i couldn’t get enough ‼️ (IM NEXT LETSGO)
talk about a badass milf… ESTRELLA OLA MAMIIIII one thing bout her she really is all for her son, loves him with all she has and will prioritize him always, like an amazing mother. i enjoyed seeing her transform to seduce, leash, fight, rob and play all these men on some queen shit 💅🏽
she’s one tuff ass bitch. like my girl been through a LOT. i felt for her as well as for silas and the other characters, seeing it unfold and them bonding over it & helping her deal with some of her ptsd was so beautiful yet sad. i was grinning from ear to ear when they FINALLY got their lick back on caine i hope that burnt half bald skinless, fingerless, dickless, toeless ahh vile pedo is still well tortured and kept on the brink of death for even many more years than 5
now for the writing.. overall good but i gotta say it had it’s cringeworthy things… like in the spice and all the thousand wolf references

i also had to get used to ant as a name at first bc i couldn’t shake off the imagine of a literal ant in my brain. but the name and kiddo grew on me & seeing silas and ant develop that father- son bond was so cute and heartwarming
and i refuse to acknowledge that alternative ending and will pretend that i never read that thank you.

BEST BOOK ON WATTPAD!!! god this book had me happy, angry, crying and laughing. estrella deserves the world for all the trauma she went through, i was balling my eyes out for pretty much all of her flashbacks. the author does an amazing job of hooking the reader in and getting them to attach to the characters. this is the type of book you still think about months after you read it(which i can confirm cause i read this in april and it is now july). I love this book with all my heart, i would give anything to be able to read it again for the first time.

I loved this so much! So much tension and emotion. It really was a roller coaster.
I loved the bond between Estrella and her son and also the sweet relationship develop between Silas and Ant.
The relationship between Estrella and Silas was nothing short of sexy! Some of those smutty scenes were seriously HOT!
I think this book deserves way more attention than its already received. It may have been written on wattpad but its way better than many published books I've read.
Be warned there are some sensitive topics featured in this story that may be tough for some readers. SA, child abuse, PTSD.

This is hands down the best mafia book I have ever read wattpad or published. Like I cried, I laughed and I got angry. I have never read a book where the trauma of the characters was so much I had to take a second. ALso the smut was so fucking good.

This wattpad story is absolutely amazing, like it’s on a whole other level. IT IS THE BEST WATTPAD BOOK EVER! The writing is beautifully flawless and the FMC was a boss ass bitch and I ate that shit up. Silas and Elizabeth are the standard. I loved every moment of them. The smut was perfect literal 5/5 and the plot blew my mind. It’s so damn good I want this story to be published! If your a wattpad reader please do yourself a favour and go read this. 🫶🏽

This book is definitely on my top 10 mafia book list. Every little thing from the book— the plot, the writing, the characters, the smut—blew my mind!
𝙀𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙖— Every time I think about Estrella's past I cry like a baby. She's so strong and watching her overcome all the hurdles and finally get the blue house that she and Ant always dreamt of melts my heart. (I'm going to pretend the alternate ending just doesn't exist. That shit broke my heart the most)
𝙎𝙞𝙡𝙖𝙨—Silas is so hot for what?! Everything he did made me lose my mind. For a fictional character, he has no business being this hot!
𝘼𝙣𝙩𝙝𝙤𝙣𝙮—So far Wattpad books only raised my standards for men but Ant legit raised the bar for my future kids. If my kids aren't as cute as Ant I don't want them.
𝘾𝙖𝙞𝙣—The amount of disgust and hatred I still feel for Cain is astonishing lol. Absolutely love the punishment he got in the end.
All in all, if you're a fan of Mafia, action and 18+ books you should definitely read this book. It'll keep you on the edge of your seat and will leave you emotionally unstable at the end.

Read this years ago but realized I never left a review this book is genuinely amazing. It captures and makes u feel every single emotion the characters are so likable but all so different in a amazing way it’s dark light and everything in between I’m so sad it’s off Wattpad now but glad I got to experience it:)

Unpopular opinion.
I started reading this book with high expectations and ended up conflicted
My main issue is with Silas, about the the first 75% of the book I couldn't stand him. We are constantly reminded of how cruel Cain is, how he abused Estrella, but when Silas doesn't respect her when she says no or tries to get away from him, it is somehow ok? Cain didn't let her have autonomy, but neither did Silas. Just because she is attracted to Silas doesn't mean his behavior should have a free pass.
Both were victims of Cain so I can understand the resentment Silas feels toward Estrella when he discovers the truth, but he was so cruel and still Estrella forgave him very easily, because apparently everything is solved through sex.
Fortunately the last bit of the book Silas, in my opinion, redeems himself and learns from his mistakes, he shows Estrella that no matter what he will fight for her and Ant, so I really appreciate his character development. Also the last chapters were the most interesting although full of potential triggers.
Overall the book keeps you engaged even if at first I couldn't connect with Silas. Also, there are many repetitive parts telling about the past which make the reading annoying

Ce livre était plutôt bien, surtout pour un livre Wattpad. L’écriture était soignée, et on sent qu’un réel effort a été fait sur l’histoire et les personnages. Par contre, j’ai eu ma dose des flashback, like trql le sang 1 fois c’est bon en plus avec un livre de 900 pages.. pour peter mon crâne. Mais dans l’ensemble, ça reste une bonne lecture genre juste une DR mafia Wattpad sans le côté cringe et pick me.

This book shattered my heart into a million pieces in the best way possible. I can’t remember the last time i cried this much over a book. Every single chapter just kept tearing me apart. The subject matter is very dark & if you get triggered easily, make sure to check the warnings.
The protagonist, Estrella, is the most strongest character I have ever read. Not exaggerating. She has been through hell & back & still stays fighting. Also the best mom ever.
It deserved to be published for real. With some editors, I think this book is honestly a masterpiece. The imagery and writing style is so poetic, even if sometimes it’s can get confusing & not executed in the best way (but that’s where I believe this can be great as a PUBLISHED WORK with people to look over it.) this story deserve the praise. These characters also deserve the WORLD.
There is one part of the story where the author uses music to read along with the story, and it follows the flow of the story PERFECTLY, searing that tragic moment into the heads of readers. It was masterful, and I can’t believe this was an Wattpad of all places.
The one flaw is that I wish there was more world building for Silas’ character. Meaning that we know that he is one the the “three kings of the underworld” but as a mafia book, there isn’t much said about how he handles his business, or even what his business is. He’s described more as a solider than someone who is involved in illegal dealings (whatever that may be). By the midpoint, his actions follow that of someone heroic, going against the drug Viper, trying to take it down, but I wish we saw more conflict in the “evil” illegal business practices that he is involved in too, so that he is a more complicated conflicted character. Instead, the whole organization he runs feels just like a “Get revenged on Cain” hate group.
In conclusion, PUBLISH THIS BOOK SO I CAN GET MY HANDS ON A REAL COPY, PLEASE. NO MORE OF THIS AFTER OR KISSING BOOTH CRAP. ITS STORIES LIKE THESE THAT NEED RECOGNITION.

wish i could leave this book fresh in my brain forever. i loved it. the story, the pain, the anger, the revenge, THE LOVE. estrella, silas, little insect, the boys.. i loved everything about this. some parts were so hard to read and made me so sick to my stomach but the story was so worth it. i love that it wasn’t a normal story. i wanted to hug estrella and never let go. cain got everything he deserved and i am disgusted to know people actually exist like him. i really enjoyed reading this, wish i could experience it all over again.
p.s. to my future self, i know it looks like u have not been reading but you have, some of the wattpad books just don’t have a place on goodreads. don’t worry.

ONE OF MY FAVOURITE BOOKS!!
This book is great. The characters are badass. At first when i saw that she had a child i stopped reading, but im glad i came back to it. DONT STOP READING BECAUSE OF THAT!! I came back and i definitely dont regret it. Love the characters

I would give this book more than 5 stars if I could. I absolutely love this book it has me in such a chokehold, I don’t think any book could ever top this one for me. I’m an avid reader and have read so many books, but this one is the book I compare all my other reads too.

The book is a mafia storyline and deals with some heavy subjects, so be aware prior to reading. However, I strongly advise all to read this book I don’t think you would be disappointed. This book really set the bar for me and as of yet nothing can compare (I don’t think it ever will lol).
Wattpad took this book down but the amazing author is creating a website so all her readers can have access to beg for it again, so if u haven’t read it yet be sure to do so once the website is up.

I have read alot of so called "dark romance" but this is truly different, it's not just two people falling in love and fucking blah blah.... this is so well written that I had to put it down for a week cause i couldn't face the truth that I had only 4 chapters to finish it.. I'm happy that it has a happy ending cause I don't think I could have been able to take the alt one but either way this was a warm beautiful read, I will visit this book again later in my life.. I'm grateful for my friend who recommended it 2 me
