I received an ARC from the author thru Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving my review. This book is a love story between Susan and Duke. She has come to London to intern at a bank. She believes that she has to go above and beyond to make her boss happy and get anywhere fast. Her work does not even end until late one Friday evening. This is how she meets Duke and their attraction is instant. Susan finds that banking might not have to be all that her life is. This older, sexy man makes her feel things she did not think possible. Duke thinks that he is going to have some fun with her but soon finds himself more invested in her than expected. These two have a story full of twist and turns, lust and love.

This book was amazing from start to finish. This has ALL THE FEELS and then some! What starts as a seriously hot fling turns into so much more but each of them doesn’t think the other one feels what they feel. Duke and Susan are now one of my favorite couples! I loved Duke!! He is an older man who is ready for a little more quiet after living kind of a crazy life. Susan is a younger woman who works for Duke’s brother as an intern. One of my favorite parts of this book were the good and bad angels that Duke had sparring in his mind. They were hilarious. I also really loved the scene when Duke realizes he has deep feelings for Susan and wants more than a fling. This scene will make you fall even more in love with Duke! I loved everything about this book and highly recommend reading it!!

It is fast paced from the very first word and it flowed really quickly! Duke will make Susan feel like the treasure she is but can she convince him that this treasure is to be cherished forever! I liked the characters and the fact that this is a full and complete novel makes me want to tell you to go and get this inspiring and welcome feel good story!

Enjoyed!!

A very enjoyable age gap romance. I liked the flow of this story and how it progressed. I loved that Duke supported Susan and wanted her to be a kick ass business woman. It’s steamy and a bit emotional too.
