This is the book you want the read when you are looking for something lighthearted, with good guys who worship the ground their woman walks on. It's a perfect book to read by the pool or on the beach, with a cocktail in your hand and the wind blowing through your hair. If you are looking for a book like that, than I highly recommend buying this one.

This story was really eye-opening as far as parental control. Jennifer has been controlled by her mother for years, she married Jeremy because her mother felt that he would be the right person for her even though she never loved him. When she left him her mother made it known to her that she was upset because Jennifer didn’t fall in with her plans after she divorced him.

And when she rented her three rooms in her house to Lucas, Brandon and Shane who were in the habit of sharing a partner, Jennifer soon found herself being attracted to all three of these men, when she started a relationship with them, she was too afraid to admit it to her family in case they were disappointed in her. But when her mother tried to organise her getting married again to her ex-husband, Jennifer decided that she was going to take back control of her life and only then she was able to have her happily ever after with her three men.

I really like this short novella. This is a contemporary, reverse harem romance. There's plenty of fun in the sun, but there is also a little drama. Jennifer rents out the extra bedrooms in her house on the beach. Three attractive veterinarians - Shane, Brandon, and Lucas - book a week and the sparks fly. Of course, there's a villain who causes Jennifer to doubt everything, including herself.

I enjoyed how fast-paced this was, but I would like it if this story was longer. I'm not sure if this is insta-love, but it feels like I missed some scenes where the characters connected. I would be thrilled to read this as a full-length book. Having said that, the climax is perfect and cathartic. I'm curious about what happens next with the guys moving to the beach.

Jennifer is tired of trying to live up to the expectations of her parents. Whatever she does is never good enough. When Lucas, Shane, and Brandon rent her beach house for a vacation from a breakup with the woman they had been sharing. They resent being treated like something shameful. But meeting the owner of their rental house tempts them into one more attempt at acceptance.

Jennifer is tempted by the offer and gives it a try. She enjoys being with the men, even though her family would be appalled at what she is doing. But as she falls deeper for the guys, she will have to ask herself a question. Does she still need her family’s approval to tell her how to think and act? Or is life with three men, who only want her to be happy, the best choice for her? What will she decide?

'Sun, Sea and Sinful Delights' by Jayce Carter is not your typical beach read. This book tells the story of Jennifer, a divorcee who is tired of trying to live up to her rich and proper family, and Lucas, Shane, and Brandon, three friends who go on vacation to get over a broken heart. Jennifer rents rooms in her beach house to the three men. There is a attraction between the four of them and they decide to see where it goes. But Jennifer needs to come clean with what else she does to make money.

Ms. Carter has written an intriguing book with compelling characters and plenty of twists and turns to a happy ending. The story is full of heat, laughs, ups and downs, and a twist on a typical relationship. I really enjoyed this book and highly recommend it to any one who likes a steamy beach read.

Jennifer meets Brandon Lucas and Shane when she rents out some bedrooms of her beach house. They are just trying to get over a breakup with a woman that they had shared but had kept them secret instead of showing them off as hers. Now they meet Jennifer and instant heat builds, but they let her take the lead. She has spent her life being controlled by her family and has had it with that. Wanted to be loved for herself and not for a reason, she lets go to experience the kind of love she always wanted. Loved the characters, their intense feelings and emotions, and the banter and situations they get into. Her friend Mandy even shows how much of a friend she is. Time to start living the way that really makes you happy - a sign for us all. Well done.

I absolutely loved this story. Jennifer had a very controlling mother who wanted Jennifer to do everything her way. She even picked who Jennifer would marry and needless to say that marriage did turn out happily. Jennifer decides to rent the three rooms in her home to three men. After awhile she realizes that she is actually attracted to all three and they like to share women. I love reverse harem romances and this was definitely one that I will remember. It was emotional and had a good story line that I could really relate to. It was steamy and told a story that captured my attention until the very last page. I really enjoyed this summer romance!

Jennifer rents out her house to three guys, Lucas, Shane and Brandon and as they get to know each other things get steamy. The guys are trying to get past a failed relationship they had with another woman and they come to the beach to reset. Jennifer is divorced and trying to get on with her life despite an overbearing mother. I appreciated that the guys stood by their beliefs and didn't give in when it would have been easier and I liked that Jennifer finally stood up for herself at the end. This was a fun, easy beach read with well developed characters and relationships and plenty of steam without being gratuitous.

The men are trying to get away after a relationship failure. All three would like to have a commitment to one woman. They want to share all the ups, downs, laughs, and love as a family. After meeting Jennifer, all four decide to see how it goes between them. There are obstacles in their path to a happy future together. It takes following their hearts to find it. I thought this was a good rh with a storyline that has good characters and a lot of emotion

Fan-yourself-with-the-church-flyer hot!!! If you're looking for a sweet little beach read, this probably isn't it. This is hot and steamy, with a gorgeous and successful woman, and three incredibly sexy men. Feeling the immediate chemistry between them, Lucas, Shane and Brandon plant the seeds, but never push Jennifer toward a relationship, and never go beyond what she's comfortable with. I love seeing Jennifer's growth, away from her mother's never ending list of expectations, and into the woman she's meant to be - strong, smart, beautiful, loved. For a while, I had my doubts about her friend Mandy, but she turns out to be a true friend and ally, even when she's being devious about it. Short steamy 3 ½ stars. - For a shorter novel, it has a good blend of steam, humor, drama and romance. Jennifer behaves like a normal person despite her family’s reputation in the beachtown community. She is down to earth. Her talent and business is in creating high-end sextoys but she rents rooms in her house to cover it up from her mother. Her current renters are 3 vets recovering from a failed group relationship but could she be the one to accept Lucas, Brandon and Shane as they are while accepting herself? It is a tasteful RH short read. I received an advanced copy and voluntarily chose to review it.

I thought this was a cute romance. Jennifer is such a sweetheart as were Brandon, Lucas and Shane. These three men are quite different in personality but they compliment each other, and all treat Jennifer well. I felt for Jennifer as she has always craved her parents' approval so ha always tried to do the right thing even if it means not being her true self. However for her to be with her three men, she will need to buckle up and stand up for what she believes is right. This romance was full of chemistry, a bit of heat and relatively low drama.

Jennifer has spent her life trying to live up to her parents expectations. She rents out rooms in her beach house which doesn’t qualify. She also secretly sells sex toys through the mail which would never qualify if they ever found out about it. Her latest boarders are three gorgeous guys and they like to share. She’s very attracted to them but can she figure out a way to make this work? The characters have great chemistry. I will definitely read more from this author.

Sinfully Delightful

Another great book by Jayce Carter! This story takes your standard beach read -reverse harem romance and adds layers like community and family acceptance. Surprisingly, I really like the depiction of Jeremy, Jennifer’s ex-husband. It’s too easy to have the ex be the villain, but in this case, Jeremy is a sympathetic character, and his support of Jennifer was sweet to see. Of course, the steamy chemistry between Jennifer and Lucas, Shane and Brandon was also a delight to read * wink wink *.

The guys were mostly awesome and Jennifer was sweet, but seriously lacking in self-confidence due to her family. I ended up pretty angry with the guys when they had their own personal can’t handle moment, they knew how hard her family was on her and some of the lasting consequences from that but gave her no slack or benefit of the doubt. Yes, yes, it’s because of their own past and trauma and fits with that, but still upset on her behalf!

This was a steamy well paced beach read about Jennifer, a divorcee who is done with trying to live up to her parent's expectations. For extra money, besides her sales on the side, she rents room in her beach house. Lucas, Shane, and Brandon are three friends on vacation to get over their broken hearts. There is an instant attraction between the four, so they see where it goes. I thought Jennifer was just an OK character for me. The book overall was OK.

This book had an emotional depth to it that seems missing from most reverse harems. The story was more about the relationship between Jennifer and the men than it was about sex. It was a refreshing read. Jennifer grows the most during the book, with her finally making decisions based on her opinions and not her mother's. Her guys are pretty firm about what they want and it was nice to see them stick to it. I'm hoping we see Mandy's story at some point as well.

I like the individuality of each character in this story. I love that Jennifer seems to be so independent and so self-sufficient when in reality she is crippled by her family . I like that each person, Shane, Brandon and Lucas have their own baggage and personality while really suffering from the same sadness. This story is a slow burn in a short amount of time. It is fun and flirty and well written.

A fun, quick read that was sweet and sexy. The guys were nice and the interactions were light and heavy with chemistry. It was definitely Instalove times three, not normally my thing to find love and forever in less than a week but if you take the story for what it is, it's cute.

It is becoming quite common to have a multiple partner romance. I picked this one quickly because it seemed to be in a series with different authors. It was quick to read with Lucas, Shane and Brandon. They meet someone and it goes from there. You keep going to see how this ends.
